4 D.2 Sectr Experience The infrmatin supprting the applicant s sectr experience shuld als be prvided in relatin t each market (r a representative selectin f markets) in which the applicant perates, either independently r as part f a jint venture r cnsrtium, and shuld include: a brief histry f the applicant s peratin; (ii) a descriptin f relevant activities and services/prgramming ffered; (iii) the size and cmpetitive envirnment in each market; (iv) the structure f the business in each market (whlly wned subsidiary, jint venture, etc.); (v) number f subscribers, and grwth rate, churn and market share; (vi) summary f financial perfrmance; (vii) descriptin f any netwrk perating experience, including netwrk rllut perfrmance; (viii) physical envirnment (and any similarity t prviding service in Trinidad and Tbag); (ix) benefits delivered t custmers (price reductins, new services); and (x) custmer service prgrams (Ttal Quality Management prgrams, service standards, service measurement). E. FINANCIAL STABILITY 4 E.1 Audited Financial Statements Attach financial statements f the cmpany fr the past 3 years. Nte: This sectin will nt be applicable in first-cme first-served' prcesses t a newly incrprated cmpany which is nt affiliated with any existing cmpany. Such cmpanies are nt required t submit histrical financial statements. In particular, the applicant shuld prvide the fllwing: Evidence f existing financial resurces and capitalizatin, including all debt and equity financing; 4

F. VIABILITY OF PROPOSAL (BUSINESS PLAN INFORMATION) F.1 Financial Prjectins and Plans 7 F.1(a) Feasibility Analysis A cmprehensive financial plan must be develped and submitted. This plan will include a feasibility analysis fr the develpment f the cmpany s peratins. A financial prjectin fr 5 years must als be submitted. The financial prjectin must include: All assumptins made in estimating and frecasting csts. The financial prjectins shuld be calculated assuming cnstant prices. (ii) Annual balance sheet. (iii) Annual prfit and lss accunts. (iv) Annual cash flw statement. (v) Relevant accunting ratis (including current assets t liabilities rati, debt t equity rati and interest cverage rati). F.1(b) Risk Assessment The applicant must submit a thrugh risk assessment f the rganisatin s prpsed business plan. F.2 Service and Marketing Plans 8 F.2(a) Market Assessment The applicant shuld describe the market assessment it has cnducted in its business planning activities, including any revenue r traffic frecasts, cnsumer studies, price analysis, and estimates f market share t be gained as well as its prpsed marketing and pricing strategies. F.2(b) Service Descriptins and Rll-ut Plans The applicant must prvide a detailed descriptin f the services it intends t prvide under the cncessin, including its plans fr service rllut, the specific markets t be served and the means f service delivery. 5

6 F.2(c) Custmer Service Standards The applicant must prvide a detailed descriptin f all custmer service standards t be implemented (where relevant). F.3 Technical Prpsal 9 The applicant must prvide detailed infrmatin regarding the equipment, systems and/r netwrk facilities relevant t this applicatin, including: Netwrk/Systems Design: A detailed descriptin and specificatin f the technlgy t be used, including its cmpliance with internatinal standards r any equipment standards established by the Authrity; and A netwrk verview that includes infrmatin n the applicant s prpsed netwrk tplgy, prpsed netwrk capacity and any requirements r prpsed pints fr intercnnectin (if applicable). (The netwrk verview shuld als indicate any need fr radi frequency spectrum and the relevant licence applicatin(s) shall accmpany this cncessin applicatin frm); A detailed prpagatin mdel/map where applicable; and Where necessary, an indicatin f the intent t cllcate n existing facilities and if the relevant applicatins fr these facilities have been apprved. (ii) Rllut Plan 10 : A detailed descriptin f the applicant s prpsed netwrk rllut plan. At a minimum, this plan must include the ppulatin/gegraphic cverage plans and rllut timeframes fr the relevant netwrks and/r services during the rllut perid. A rll-ut cverage map will be preferable; Plans fr the acquisitin and installatin f all required facilities and equipment capacity; and A frecast fr expected grwth f the netwrk r service demand. (iii) Quality f Service Plan: Identificatin and descriptin f QOS cmmitments fr bth whlesale and retail services; Hw the applicant prpses t meet its quality f service cmmitments; and Reference shuld be made t cmpliance with applicable quality f service standards. All bradcast applicants must submit a cpy f their bradcasting statin licence r any ther relevant licence applicatins e.g. Studi Transmitter Links, Outside Bradcast Link. F.4 Organizatin, Facilities and Management Please prvide the fllwing infrmatin: An rganizatin chart shwing management functins and titles 11 ; (ii) Summary resumes fr all senir management; (iii) An emplyment plan shwing hw the applicant will ensure it has suitable skilled staff, including 6
