Lawrence Berkeley Natinal Labratry agrees that FAR will be included in all subcntracts greater than $700,000 ($1,500,000 fr cnstructin), with the exceptin f cmmercial items, if subcntract invlves any further subcntracting pprtunities. Such plans will be reviewed by cmparing them with the prvisins f FAR , and assuring that all minimum requirements f an acceptable subcntracting plan has been satisfied fr maximum SB participatin. The acceptability f percentage gals shall be determined n a case-by-case basis depending n the supplies/services invlved and the availability f ptential small business subcntractrs. Once apprved and implemented, plans will be mnitred thrugh the submissin f peridic reprts, and subcntracting prgram prgress. We will discuss relevant gal attainment issues f SB subcntract plan hlders when needed. 11. Lawrence Berkeley Natinal Labratry agrees t submit peridic reprts and cperate in any studies r surveys as may be required by the cntracting agency r the Small Business Administratin in rder t determine the extent f cmpliance with the subcntracting plan and with the clause entitled "Utilizatin f Small Business Cncerns" cntained in the cntract. We further agree t submit The Individual Subcntracting Reprt fr Individual Cntracts (ISR by 4/30/18 and 10/31/18), and the Summary Subcntract Reprt (SSR by 10/31/17), in accrdance with the instructins utlined in the gvernment wide esrs Subcntracting Reprting System lcated at Additinally, we will ensure that ur subcntractrs agree t submit the Individual and Summary Subcntracting reprts where applicable. 12.
