Pro Rata not available for Leaders Circle qualification. general qualifications Definition of Production Credit: Life Production Credit: Net Annualized First Year Whole Life, Term and UL (Target) counted at 100 percent premium. Single premium and excess premium counted at ten percent. Lives Requirement: A minimum of 15 lives is required. Persistency Requirement: The company reserves the right to withhold an invitation should persistency fall below a minimum acceptable level. Definition of Principal: A principal is someone who has ownership interest and is active in Agency or IMO management and operations. Any additional principals must be approved by a marketing officer of Shenandoah Life. There are no 2nd principal qualifications for Shenandoah Club. Agency Requirement: No more than 50% of the qualification amount may come from any one individual producer or downline hierarchy. Writing Agent: The agent number listed on the application receives the convention credit as the writing agent. The agent signature must correspond with the agent number in order for credit to be counted. An agent cannot transfer production credit to another agent. Policies Written on Families: Policies written on the agent s own life or on the lives of the spouse and/or children will not count towards convention qualification. Published Standings: Published monthly in Shenandoah Stars. IRS Form 1099: Qualifiers will be issued IRS Form 1099 for the appropriate cost of attendance for the qualifier and spouse/guest. Invitations to Attend: Attaining convention requirements may make the qualifier and spouse/ guest eligible to receive an invitation. The invitation will be extended to the qualifier and spouse/guest only. No substitutions will be allowed. General Information: Records of the company will determine qualification results. Attendance at the convention shall be by company invitation only. Agents must be in good standing with the company at the time of the convention in order to attend. The company, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to modify or change any of the qualifications or guidelines at any time. Annuity Production Credit: Five percent of Net First Year Premium. Health Credit: Fifty percent of Net Annualized First Year Premium. Total production credits will be the sum of life, health and annuity production.
