EXAMPLE: If you enter at a PS3 Level, you are eligible for full commissions on each PS3 System or lower that you sell to your personal enrollees. However, if you enroll someone at a PS5 Level, your maximum commission will be that of the PS3. The difference will be paid to the first PS5 that is qualified in your Upline. If you have entered Trévo with a smaller system, you can upgrade systems as you grow your business through retailing more product. And remember: As an enroller, you can enjoy the benefits of commissions on all 8 Generations of your organization as your team develops their business. Not only can you earn commissions from all 8 Generations of product sales from the PS Systems enrollments in your team, but with our PS Commission Roll Up, your earnings are maximized by those enrolled in a lower PS Level as their earnings ROLL UP to you. 7 POWERSTART UPGRADE COMMISSIONS No matter what PowerStart Level you begin at, you can upgrade your system as you develop your Elite Customers and Team Members! Your maximum eligible commission is the level you are currently qualified for. When you enroll with a PowerStart System, you are only eligible for the commissions that particular PS Level carries. If someone in your Downline purchases a larger system, you will only receive the commissions that you are eligible for. I know what you are thinking: What about all of those commission dollars that I am missing out on? Don t worry! You can upgrade your system at any time; purchase more product and expand your customer base. Powerstart Upgrade Commissions are based on the difference between the originally purchased system and the new Upgrade System. 8 ELITE CUSTOMER SALES AND COMMISSIONS An Elite Customer is an individual who has been enrolled by a Life and Health Coach as a customer and will have an account with Trévo. They purchase product directly from Trévo at a discount on Monthly Subscription Orders. Every Elite Customer enrolled, will be placed on the Life and Health Coach s 1st Generation, allowing the (L&HC) to earn Retail Commissions. Life and Health Coaches earn commissions on all 8 Generations through orders and Subscription Recurring Orders of Elite Customers. Please note: Elite Customers cannot earn commissions. EXAMPLE: When Michael, a Life and Health Coach, registers Lisa, an Elite Customer, Lisa goes on Michael s 1st Generation. 9 QVP - MONTHLY SALES A Qualifying Volume Purchase (QVP) is any of the packages listed below that are purchased under your personal Customer ID Number (CID). The number of accessible generations will depend on the QVP Package that the Life and Health Coach purchases or sells in their personal CID. A Life and Health Coach may choose to purchase directly from Trévo, then sell the product directly to a Retail Customer or purchases for household or personal use. Remember, the best way of promoting the product is by using it! Qualifying Volume Points (QVP) do not go towards your own ranking. Prices shown include VAT and shipping costs. All Trévo Life and Health Coaches who enter the company after you will automatically be placed under you and count toward your Team Volume. NOTE: In order to receive revenue, a Trévo Life and Health Coach must be in good standing with Trévo and be personally fulfilling their QVP monthly requirement. * If your monthly Points are below 13,000, then you can be eligible to receive all 8 Generations of commissions with a 3 bottle or higher QVP Package. 11 QVP COMMISSION COMPRESSION Trévo s monthly QVP Commision Compression ensures that you receive the maximum commission possible. Here s how it works: you are paid monthly Commissions on everyone in your first 8 Generations who have placed a QVP Order in that month. With monthly compression, those Life and Health Coaches in your 8 Generations without a QVP Order are simply taken out of the equation and other team members from generations below your 8th Level are temporarily moved up until all 8 Generations are filled. This allows you to receive commissions on all 8 Generations. After commissions are paid, your 8 Generations roll back to the positions held prior to compression. Level 16 through 20 : Volume maximum is 50,000 points per Leg with infinity depth. = Group Volume Points. TVP = Team Volume Points QVP = Qualifying Volume Points Note: Points are not cumulative and re-start every month. Bronze Bonus Qualifications: Must attain Bronze Level within the first 2 calendar months after your enrollment month. Must have 3 personally-enrolled Team Members with monthly QVP in their personal CID. 50% of the 4,000 Points must come from QVP Volume and Volume must be divided between 2 Legs or more. 4,000 Point qualification = 4,000 Points in a single month. Platinum Executive Bonus Qualifications: Must attain Platinum Executive Level within the first 4 calendar months after your enrollment month. These bonuses are our way of rewarding Life and Health Coaches for their strong leadership in aggressively building their business, their dreams and empowering others to build successfully as well. There are 15 separate pools that begin at 100,000 TVP and progress to 15,000,000 TVP. Trévo reserves 15% of the company s Group Volume Revenue (from monthly QVP and Bulk Pack Sales) to be paid monthly in 15 separate 1% Pools. This amazing Global Team Volume Bonus maximizes the power of our revolutionary Single-Line Matrix, with the result being more income for Trévo s high-performing Life and Health Coaches. EXAMPLE OF 1% TEAM VOLUME POOL: When Trévo ships 70,000 Group Volume cases per month, the total monthly revenue will be approximately ,50. Each 1 Pool will be worth ,17 and will be divided by the number of Life and Health Coaches who have achieved that specific qualifying rank. Using this example, if you are qualified at the Blue Sapphire Director Level, you will share in four (4) separate ,17 Pools. The following are the requirements to qualify: 50% of must come from monthly QVP. 20,000 maximum per Team Leg. Personal Monthly QVP participation is required. Minimum of 1,000,000 TVP at time of qualification. THREE LEVELS OF YOUR CAR BONUS ,000 (minimum 3 Legs) can earn you a MONTHLY CAR BONUS OF 533,98. 55,000 (minimum 3 Legs) can earn you a MONTHLY CAR BONUS OF 728,16. 65,000 (minimum 4 Legs) can earn you a MONTHLY CAR BONUS OF 970,87. 17 LUXURY CAR INCENTIVE UNDERSTANDING THE RULES Upon qualification, a completed application to participate must be submitted to Trévo Corporate Office. After application is approved, send completed vehicle contract or lease agreement (with all paperwork and a photo of luxury vehicle purchased) to Trévo Corporate Office 30 days before the 1st month s bonus is to be paid. No bonus money will be paid until receipt of information is confirmed. Life and Health Coaches have the option to either purchase or lease the vehicle. Life and Health Coaches must purchase or lease one of the six approved manufacturer brands: BMW, Jaguar, Mercedes, Lexus, Audi or Range Rover* Vehicle must be manufactured no more than 2 years from the year it is purchased. Example: Participating Life and Health Coach may purchase 2015 model or newer in All vehicles purchased or leased via the Trévo Luxury Car Incentive must be either black or white. All cars must be purchased from an Authorized Dealer. Proof of car ownership and insurance verification must be submitted to Trévo Corporate Office annually on car purchase anniversary date. Car Bonus money will only be paid through the lease or purchase period. Until such lease period is complete or the car has been paid in full; and not to exceed 5 years from date of manufacturer. If car is purchased with cash, bonus money will be awarded to the Life and Health Coach for the allotted 5 year period on the earned months only. Example: If car is purchased on a 3-year note and is paid off, at end of said 3 years, you will not continue to receive Luxury Car Incentive Bonus Checks for the 4th and 5th year. Amount of each month s Car Bonus payment will be based upon the Life and Health Coach s for the previous month. Example: Although a Life and Health Coach may come into the Luxury Car Incentive qualifying for a 533,98 monthly Car Bonus, if their monthly falls below 45,000 they will not qualify for a 533,98 Car Bonus payment that month. Any month that a Life and Health Coach does not meet the Luxury Car Incentive Qualifications, Car Bonus shall not be paid or will not be added at end of term. All qualifications must be met within calendar month by close of business (2:30PM CST) the last day of the month. No exceptions. Bonus Payments are only offered for 5 years. At the end of 5 years, Car Bonus payments will cease or Life and Health Coach must purchase or lease a new car. All cars must be properly maintained and be in excellent working condition. All sales/lease agreements are between Life and Health Coach and dealership. Trévo LLC is not responsible for the purchase or lease of any vehicle. If Life and Health Coach has financing problems due to credit issues, a co-signer is allowed as long as said Life and Health Coach s name is on contract or lease. Trévo Corporate Office reserves right to make changes to Luxury Car Incentive Qualifications at any time without notice. * Different models of cars are available in various international countries.
