3 2016 Los Cabos Cana Dealer Sign up and Trip Terms and Conditions: 1. Travel insurance is the responsibility of the dealer. We will make the insurance available through our travel agency for baggage, personal coverage, and re-insurance for the value of the inventive trip against acts of God, war, governmental intervention, or any other unforeseen problems. 2. Any Liability for provincial, federal, state, income or other taxes imposed on the trip participant will be the sole responsibility of the trip participant. 3. Dealer accounts must be current at the time of registration and at the time of departure to participate on the incentive trip and all invoices must be paid by due date as stated on invoice. Accounts with past due invoices at time of trip may be excluded from the trip by Comfort Supply Inc. 4. The qualification period is January 1, 2016 through December 31, Only qualifying equipment & supplies shipped and invoiced by Comfort Supply Inc. during the qualification period will be included in trip accruals. Any balance due will be payable upon receipt of invoice issued in January Deadline for sign up is August 15 th 2016 unless approved otherwise by CSI. 5. Dealers must purchase enough equipment and supplies to earn at least 40% of the total value of the incentive trip. 6. Incentive travel trips are limited to dealer owners or approved key dealer employees only. 7. Comfort Supply Inc. is under no obligation to furnish the dealer with an alternative award if he/she is unable to make a scheduled incentive trip date. The incentive trip has no cash value, and points cannot be carried over to the following year. 8. All airline tickets remain the property of Comfort Supply Inc. and are to be returned in the event that they are not used. 9. Comfort Supply Inc. will not be responsible for delays or cancellations caused by conditions beyond its control such as weather, strikes, act of God, war, government action, energy shortage, etc. If the group trip is canceled due to conditions beyond our control, reasonable efforts will be made to find a suitable alternative. Comfort Supply Inc. reserves the right to alter itineraries if necessary or desirable.

4 10. Those that leave the group trip, for any reason, do so at their own risk and expense and will not be reimbursed for additional cost by Comfort Supply Inc. Air travel to and from our destination city may be charter and individual airline tickets may not be used. Travel expenses to and from point of embarkation or debarkation, before and after the trip, is at participant s expense. 11. Participant is responsible for their individual purchases while traveling such as wines, liquors and other beverages or items of a personal nature such as laundry, telephone, telegraph, etc. 12. Accommodations are based upon double occupancy. There will be an additional charge for single occupancy or third or fourth persons. 13. Comfort Supply Inc. will not be held liable for any losses or expenses incurred during an inventive trip as a result of illness, accidents, loss of luggage, or any other cause. 14. Due to unforeseen future costs of airline luggage fees, dealers will be responsible for their own luggage fees. 15.
