OSC's vision is "tribal sovereignty through self-determination and its mission is to help healthcare entities "build sustainable 638 healthcare systems". Through the Conference, we aim to bridge gaps between National, State, Local and Tribal healthcare entities to further improve healthcare delivery and decrease healthcare disparities within Native American communities. ATHC2018 presents a unique opportunity for organizations to engage local New Mexico tribal healthcare organizations and continue to strengthen current working relationships with tribal healthcare entities. We look forward to hosting providers, staff, and tribal leadership of AI/AN communities from across the country. OSC also believes in educating our Tribal Leaders by providing conference sponsorships for one tribal leader of all 19 Pueblos, the two Apache Nations and those of the local Navajo Chapters.
