Instructions and Conditions: (1) For providing the rate for AMC of RO Plant, firm/agency can visit the site at below address during office hours 10:30 AM to 6:00 PM in working days (Ahmedabad Campus) Inside Vishwkarma Government Engineering College Campus, Sabarmati- Koba Highway, Near Visat Three Road, Chandkheda, Ahmedabad (Gandhinagar Campus) GNLU Building, K-6 circle, E-4 Electronic Estate, G.I.D.C, Near Tata Chokdi, Sector-26, Gandhiangar (2) The registrar of GTU does not bind himself to accept the lowest or any tender or to give any reasons for the decision. He is having the right to accept or to reject any or all the tenders without giving reasons. (3) The tenderers should have minimum of three years' experience in working of similar nature of works. (4) Preference will be given to agencies having experience in the field of AMC works of University/Hospitals/Industries/Education Campuses etc. (5) The notice of tender and terms and conditions shall form the part of the contract of document (6) The firm/agency will have to entered into agreement on stamp paper whose offer is accepted (7) The validity of the tender shall be 60 days from the date of receiving of bid (8) 1% of bill amount will be recover for labour cess, over and above TDS. (2) Attending all break down calls during AMC period within 24 hours all time including holidays.

5 (3) Making functional the R.O. plant within 48 hrs of complain. In case of default, a penalty of Rs.500/hr shall be levied and deducted from the relevant bill. (4) Replacement of wound cartridge at every two months. (5) Dosing chemical shall be supplied at the rate of 15 Ltr/plant at every three months for 250 LPH RO plant. (6) Any modification/upgradation/repairing work required for RO Plant before start of AMC should be endure by agency. (7) This AMC is inclusive of providing new brand CSM type membrane, Lubi or equivalent raw water pump & high pressure pump as and when required. (8) This item includes cost of any parts/components mechanical/ electrical/frp Vessel/Bakelite/U-PVC pipe fitting/plastic/media filter/membrane or any other including cost of and labour including all taxes, servicing and making functional the R.O. plant. (9) Certificate of TDS value certified by relevant nodal officer after every service shall be attached with the bill for Item. TDS value should not exceed 250 at any time. (10) Service card showing all the details like change of parts and servicing shall be maintained for plant separately and shall be attached with bill certified by relevant nodal officer. (B) Payment terms: (1) Payment shall be paid after service of the specified month in the next month within 20 days of submission of bill.
