2 Page 2 Minutes of the Meeting of the LHOA Board of Directors May 17, 2016 Meeting called to order 7:40 PM Attendees: Board members included Karen Seale, Becky Larsen, Valarie Jones and Patrick Turner. Residents in attendance included Amy Rush and Cindy Hamm. Minutes of April meeting were read and approved. Treasury Report: Presented and approved. Books were delivered to the accountant for the year end audit. address: treasurer.lhoa@gmail.com. As of 5/31/16 Checking account balance $ 114, Savings account balance 124, Checking account #2 balance Total cash assets $ 239, Total Expenses for May = $9, Committee Reports: Deeds: 50 Letters went out this month. Currently working with several homeowners on various issues. Clubhouse Rentals: Rentals are booking up for Spring. Anyone wanting to book the clubhouse should contact Jennifer. Rental is $100 plus a $250 security deposit. Download the Rental Contract and contact information is on the webpage ACC Committee: 3 ACC forms approved. Swim Team: No report. Welcome Committee: No report.

3 Page 3 Website: Updates on the website should be completed in a few days. David Rush is working on getting the old webpage taken down and redirected. Children s Committee: Next event is the End of Year School Party and Movie Night. Volunteers are needed and appreciated. A Sock Hop is being considered for the older kids. TC Munoz has graciously volunteered to DJ for the evening. TBD. Pool Committee: Pool Bands still being handed out. From now on residents will need to put form in mailbox and wait to find out how and where to get their bands. Old Business: Bids being taken for several pending jobs. New anode rod installed in clubhouse water heater and tank flushed to remedy the sulfur smell in the water. New Business: Bids are being taken to repair the front of clubhouse. Bids are being taken to repair pool deck that has eroded and sunk, as well as the reinstallation of the diving board. Recent flooding and damage have made it challenging to find a contractor at this time. Meeting adjourned at 8:10 PM Special Business Meeting to Discuss Pool Hours May 19 th, 2016 In Attendance: Robert Downey, TC Munoz, Karen Seale, Patrick Turner, Valarie Jones, Becky Larsen and Maria Shaver. Valarie Jones made a motion to amend the pool hours by adding morning swim at least two mornings to accommodate resident requests. Motion was seconded by TC Munoz. Discussion followed. Vote carried. Meeting adjourned.

Residents in attendance included Amy Rush and Dwight Shaver. Minutes of May meeting were read and approved. Treasury Report: Presented and approved. Board assisted two neighbors with conflict resolution. Clubhouse Rentals: Rentals are booking up for Summer. To book the clubhouse contact Jennifer. Rental is $100 plus a $250 security deposit. Three toilets in bath house were rebuilt. Bids are being taken to repair the front of clubhouse. Recent flooding and damage have made it a challenge to find a contractor at this time. New Business: Summer hours were further modified in order to standardize the hours and make the pool available more hours to accommodate the requests of all of the residents. Changes are pending until Southwest Pools can be contacted to see if lifeguards can be provided for the hours requested. Current schedule is in effect until further notice. It was recommended that the HOA require an Addendum be added to leases on homes being leased within Londonderry to assure that the renters understand that they are responsible for following LHOA deed restrictions and to provide an instrument to the LHOA for updating our data base with proper contact information. A leasing/rental protocol was recommended. Robert Downey will contact the attorney to see how to proceed. Two bids were taken to replace the hot water heater in the bath house. The current tank is around forty years old and has been inoperable for years. The water heater will be replaced. A Private Security Co sent a bid for patrolling our neighborhood. The required number of hours to contract and hourly rate were well beyond the budget. Other options will be explored and presented in the future. Meeting adjourned at 8:10 PM
