1 KIDS' CELEBRATION PACKAGE FULL TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Offer is valid at Hilton Singapore and subject to availability and hotel s booking terms and conditions. Unless otherwise stated, rates/prices include VAT but exclude gratuities, local taxes and incidental charges. Offer is valid for new bookings only. Event must be booked between 1 September 2016 to 31 March 2017 and held by 31 March 2017 ( Event ). Event requires a minimum booking of 5 tables of 10 persons per table. Confirmation of holding the Event is at the discretion of the hotel and is subject to availability and other factors at time of booking. The hotel has a policy to address terms and conditions of holding an event at their property; please inquire with the hotel prior to booking for complete details. Blackout dates may apply. A contract must be signed with the hotel to govern the terms of the event ( Contract ). The details of the event, including identification of the Event Planner, selection of ( Value-added Perks ) must be described in the contract. Value-added perks may be chosen as follows: Package Inclusions Free flow of soft drinks for up to 3 hours Additional cutlery sets for children aged between 7 to12 years old Complimentary stage set-up (basic decoration) with usage of in-house audio-visual system (inclusive of one LCD projector and screen) Parking coupons (self-park) for 20% of the guaranteed attendance (Subject to availability) Minimum 5 tables for set menu (10 guests per table) / Minimum 50 guests for buffet menu 5 7 tables / guests 8 9 tables/ guests Your choice of 1 Your choice of 2 Value-added perks Complimentary welcome canapés during reception Your choice of Thank You favours for each guest One Sunday Champagne Brunch voucher for 2 persons Complimentary usage of one (1) Deluxe room from 3pm to 6pm (subject to availability) 10 or more tables / 100 guests or more Your choice of 2 value added perks from the above, plus complimentary 5 large alphabet display props The number of minimum tables must be met in conjunction with one booking; no combination of bookings is permitted. Value-added perks are awarded only when a contract is executed and all deposit and payment terms are met. If the event occurs at a lesser or higher value than booked, only the actualized value will be considered to determine the to be awarded. Valueadded perks must be used during the contracted event (except the complimentary Sunday champagne brunch voucher which must be utilized within six months respectively from the conclusion of the Event) and must be allocated to a member of the group by the Booker.

2 The terms of this offer shall not be interpreted to modify the terms of the Contract. Only the Event Planner is eligible to earn Points and Miles and the Event Planner Bonus Points. Earning of Points and Miles will only be awarded as specified in the contract and in conjunction with all other Event Bonus Program terms and conditions. Event Bonus Points are awarded after completion of the Event, checkout of the group and final bill settlement. To receive HHonors Event Planner Bonus Points, the Event Planner must fully complete and submit the Meeting Planner Bonus Acknowledgement Form, which requires the Event Planner s name and details about the Event. The Event Planner identified in the Meeting Planner Bonus Acknowledgement Form is the only person entitled to receive the Event Planner Bonus Points. Points will be deposited into Event Planner s HHonors account 6-8 weeks after completion of and full payment for Event, and verification of entitlement to points. This offer is not applicable to existing reservations or bookings and cannot be combined with any other offers and/or special discounts. You must mention the Baby Shower/Full Month Celebration Package promotion at the time of enquiry and must be a member of Hilton HHonors to earn Event Bonus Points.
