1 HKDL Corporate Card Standard Chartered Privilege Program ( Program ) - Terms & Conditions Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the HKDL Corporate Card Standard Chartered Privilege Pass ( Card ) for admission to the Hong Kong Disneyland Park ( Park ). By keeping or using the Card or the Program benefits, you are accepting all the Terms and Conditions below and will be bound by them. ABOUT THE CARD 1. The Card is issued subject to these Terms and Conditions, and the Rules and Regulations of the Park which are set out in the website at ("Website"). The Card is nontransferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable and void if altered. 2.1 The holder of the Card will be required to present such personal identification, the redemption letter issued by Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited ( SCB ) and provide such personal data as Hongkong International Theme Parks Limited ("HKITP") may require at the time of the issue of the Card. Examples of personal identification include but are not limited to: Hong Kong identity card, passport or other photo identification. HKITP may refuse guest admission if in the determination of HKITP the identity of the holder of the Card cannot be verified by one or more means set out herein. To be issued the Card, guest will be required to visit designated location(s) in person and follow procedures stipulated by HKITP (including but not limited to procedures relating to the taking of his/her photograph). The requirements in this paragraph 2.1 shall apply to issue of any replacement Card pursuant to paragraph 5. The name and photograph of the guest will be printed on the Card and the name as printed cannot be changed. The Card with the guest's name printed is referred to as a "Personalized Card" and each guest to whom HKITP issues a Personalized Card is referred to as a Cardholder. 2.2 Without prejudice to paragraph 2.1, if for any reason the photograph of Cardholder is not printed on the Card, Cardholder is required to obtain Ticket Tag confirmation or verify his/her identity by such means as stipulated by HKITP upon each entry into the Park. In addition, HKITP may require Cardholders to present such personal identification as HKITP may from time to time require upon each entry into the Park for verification. 2.3 Admission to the Park is subject to the Rules and Regulations of the Park which are set out in the Website, as the same may be modified by HKITP at any time and from time to time without prior notice. HKITP may from time to time, without prior notice and without refund or compensation, change the operating hours of the Park or attractions, close the Park or any part of it temporarily, restrict the number of persons having access to the Park, and/or suspend or cancel any attraction or entertainment program, due to capacity, inclement weather, special events, to ensure safety, security or order, or if HKITP considers that the circumstances so require. All persons, bags, parcels, clothing and other items may be subject to screening and/or security checks at the Park entrances and also within the Park. Neither HKITP nor Hong Kong Disneyland Management Limited ("HKDML") is responsible or assumes any liability for any damage to or loss of the property or belongings of any guest, whether such damage or loss is caused by the negligence of HKITP or HKDML or otherwise. 3. Without prejudice to the operation of paragraph 2.3, the Card is valid for admission during normal operating hours of the Park with unlimited usage for one year from the issue date, except for (a) private events, and (b) special events which require a separate admission charge. The last day of the validity period will be printed on the back of the Card. CARD BENEFITS 4. Cardholder must present his/her valid Personalized Card and such personal identification as HKITP may require at the time of redemption of the Card benefits. HKITP may refuse redemption of the Card benefits if in HKITP s determination the identity of the Cardholder cannot be verified Benefits apply to the Cardholder only and are non-transferable. Benefits (including discounts) are for the Cardholder's personal use only and must not be used to obtain or purchase items or services with ~ 1 ~ CM20451DL*

2 the intent to resell such items or services. Benefits (including discounts) must not be sold, bartered, transferred or exchanged for any goods, services, or benefits Benefits are applicable to Personalized Card only; redemption letters for the Cards are not valid for redemption of benefits If the benefit is conditional upon payment for goods or services, the Cardholder must be the payer for such goods or services, except where the Member is aged below Benefits are subject to applicable block-out dates Benefits are subject to availability. Certain benefits and features may be made available on a limited basis to a selected group of Cardholders. Benefits may be subject to controls which may limit the number, type, value and other features of the benefits allocated for the Program, or which may restrict the number or eligibility of Cardholders to whom the benefit is offered (collectively, "Benefit Limits"). Cardholders acknowledge that HKITP may, in its absolute discretion, determine or change the availability and the Benefit Limits without prior notice. Benefits are further subject to such terms and conditions applicable to the benefit or transaction in question. Availability, Benefit Limits and the terms and conditions applicable to the benefit or transaction in question are set out in the "HKDL Corporate Card Standard Chartered Privilege Pass Benefits Terms and Conditions", the Website, the relevant advertisement, Cardholder communication and/or notices or signage displayed at the service location Benefits may not be used in conjunction with any other coupon, promotional offer or discount Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the total amount (net of discount) on all merchandise purchases made by a Cardholder shall be limited to HK$10,000 per calendar month (such limit, "Merchandise Limit"). The Merchandise Limit shall apply to Cardholders, regardless of the discount type and level of discount. Cardholders shall be responsible for ensuring that the Merchandise Limit is not exceeded at any time during the validity of the Card. Without prejudice to other rights of HKITP in these Terms and Conditions, HKITP reserves the right to at any time without prior notice terminate or suspend the merchandise discount benefits to a Cardholder whose merchandise purchase has exceeded the Merchandise Limit HKITP reserves the right to add to, delete and/or to vary the terms and conditions applicable to the benefits or to terminate or suspend the availability of any benefit at any time and from time to time without notice, save and except that HKITP will give notice to the Cardholder of any material change to the benefits provided in the " HKDL Corporate Card Standard Chartered Privilege Pass Benefits Terms and Conditions" below. Any such notice given by HKITP to the Cardholder can be sent by posting the material change on the Website designated by HKITP. Publication of the material change to the benefits provided in the "HKDL Corporate Card Standard Chartered Privilege Pass Benefits Terms and Conditions" below by such means as HKITP may consider appropriate will also constitute effective notice to the Cardholder. REPLACEMENT OF CARD 5. A handling fee determined by HKITP will be charged for the replacement of Card due to loss, theft, damage or upon Cardholder's request. The last day of the validity period of the replaced Card will be the same as that of the original Card. Card replacement pursuant to this paragraph 5 is subject to the requirement set out in paragraph 2.1 above, including, without limitation, the requirement that guest must collect the new Card in person and have his/her photograph taken. Cardholders will be required to provide personal identification and the Card Number for verification during replacement process. GENERAL 6. HKITP reserves the right at any time to revoke and/or retain the Card (and the corresponding Program membership), or suspend the benefits associated with the Card, without refund or compensation: (a) if the Card is used for Park admission or redemption of benefits by any person other than the guest whose name is printed on the Card; (b) if the Card and/or its benefits are used for commercial purposes or are misused for other purposes; (c) if the Cardholder violates or fails to comply with any of these Terms and Conditions or any of the Rules and Regulations of the Park; (d) for unsafe, illegal or ~ 2 ~ CM20451DL*

3 offensive behavior; (e) to ensure safety, security or order; or (f) if HKITP considers that the circumstances so require. 7. In the event of disputes, HKITP reserves the right to make final judgment on the dispute and otherwise in respect of the Program. 8. HKITP reserves the right to add to, delete and/or to vary these Terms and Conditions at any time and from time to time without notice, save and except that HKITP will give notice to the Cardholder of any material change to these Terms and Conditions. Any such notice given by HKITP to the Cardholder can be sent by post, , via sms message or by posting the material change on the Website. Publication of the material change to these Terms and Conditions by such means as HKITP may consider appropriate will also constitute effective notice to the Cardholder. Use of the Card or the benefits after the date upon which any change to these Terms and Conditions is to have effect will constitute acceptance by the Cardholder of such change, and the Cardholder shall be bound by such change. 9. HKITP reserves the right to terminate or suspend the availability of the Program or any part of the Program or its use by the Cardholder at any time without any prior notice. 10. Except as specifically amended by the Personal Information Collection Statement set out in these Terms and Conditions, personal data collected in connection with the issue of the Card will be held, processed and used in accordance with the applicable privacy policy set out in the Website. Copies of HKITP's privacy policy are also available upon request at any of HKITP's ticket sales locations. 11. These Terms and Conditions are subject to the interpretation of HKITP which shall be final and conclusive. 12. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China. 13. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail. 14. These Terms and Conditions constitute an agreement between HKITP and each Cardholder respectively. A person who is not a party to this agreement shall not have any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Chapter 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce any term of this agreement. HKDL Corporate Card Standard Chartered Privilege Pass Benefit Terms and Conditions Important Details a. The Card benefits set forth below are available to Cardholders from April 1, 2018 to December 31, 2020 and within the validity of the Card. b. Cardholders acknowledge that HKITP may in its absolute discretion determine or change the range and availability of the applicable benefits (the Benefit Limits ) at any time without prior notice. All benefits are subject to the Benefit Limits. c. In order to redeem benefits available to Cardholders, a Cardholder shall present his/her valid Card and personal identification as required by HKITP. A Cardholder shall present the redemption letter issued by SCB and personal identification at the Ticket Booths located at the Main Entrance of the Park to obtain his/her Card. d. A hotline is designated by HKITP for Cardholders at (852) ( Corporate Card Hotline ) to make advance reservation for the benefits set out in sub-paragraphs d.(i) to d.(iii) below. Hotline operating hours will be 9:00am to 8:00pm daily, effective from March 15, All reservations must be made two (2) to seven (7) days prior the planned visit and will be subject to availability. Cardholders under 18 years of age must have parent or guardian permission to call. For the benefits set out in sub-paragraphs d.(ii) and d.(iii) below, Cardholders should approach Magic Access Member Service Center ( MAMSC ) in the Park on the visit day to obtain related identification for the reserved arrangements. Where reservation is required in order for Cardholders to benefit from any of the Card benefits, Cardholders must make such reservation in advance in accordance with the terms and conditions applicable to the benefit via the Corporate Card Hotline. Park Ticket Discount Offer a. Cardholders may enjoy 10% discount for the purchase of 1-Day Admission tickets to the Park. This benefit is applicable to the published rate of 1-Day General Admission and Child tickets only. b. Each Cardholder may purchase up to six (6) Park tickets using this benefit in each calendar year. c. Discounted Park tickets are only available for purchase at the Ticket Booths located at the Main Entrance of the Park. d. Discounted Park tickets are only valid on the day of purchase. Discounted Park tickets not used on the day of purchase will be void. e. This benefit may not be used in conjunction with other discount or promotion. f. Subject to Park ticket General Terms and Conditions available at Magic Access Discount Offer a. Cardholders may enjoy 10% discount for the purchase of Magic Access. This benefit is only applicable to the published rate of Platinum, Gold and Silver Magic Access, except senior Magic Access membership. b. Each Cardholder may purchase up to four (4) Magic Access using this benefit on each day of visit to the Park. c. Discounted Magic Access are only available for purchase at the Ticket Booths located at the Main Entrance of the Park. d. This benefit is only applicable for purchase of new Magic Access membership cards. This offer is not applicable for purchase of Magic Access Certificate, renewal and/or upgrade of any type of Magic Access. e. This offer may not be used in conjunction with other discount or promotion. f. Issuance and use of Magic Access is subject to the Magic Access Terms and Conditions which are set out on the Website and to other restrictions and changes determined by HKITP in its sole discretion without advance or further notice. Parking a. Free parking for Cardholders at the Auto Plaza from 8:30am until 2 hours after the Park s scheduled closing time. b. This benefit is applicable to private cars or motorcycles parked at Auto Plaza only and is not applicable to parking at other locations, including car parks at the hotels in Hong Kong Disneyland Resort (each a Hotel ). c. Each Cardholder may only use the benefit once and for one vehicle per day. d. This benefit must be used by presenting the Card or the redemption letter issued by SCB and personal identification upon entry to the Auto Plaza. No refund will be made available if the above-mentioned identification is not presented at the time of entry to the Auto Plaza. e. Entrance to and use of the Auto Plaza is subject to the Rules and Regulations of the Car Park, which are displayed at the entrance near the toll booth. Preferred Entrance a. Cardholders may enjoy preferred entrance for security check at Park entrance. b. All guests (including Cardholders and any accompanying guests) bags, parcels, clothing and other items may be subject to screening/security checks at the Park entrance. Admission to Art of Animation Lounge a. Cardholders may be admitted to Art of Animation Lounge, located in Art of Animation on Main Street, U.S.A. upon presentation of the Card. Admission is subject to availability on a first-come-first-served basis and the Benefit Limits. ~ 4 ~ CM20451DL*

5 b. The Art of Animation Lounge may be closed or suspended, without prior notice and without compensation, due to capacity, inclement weather, special events or other operational reasons. Priority Admission Pass a. On each day of admission to the Park, Cardholders are entitled to obtain one (1) Priority Admission Pass ticket from MAMSC on first-come-first-served basis subject to availability on the visit date. Such Priority Admission Pass tickets are only for admission to designated attractions in the Park printed on the Priority Admission Pass. b. Each Priority Admission Pass ticket must be used on the valid date as printed. c. Each Priority Admission Pass ticket allows the Cardholder and up to three (3) guests accompanying the Cardholder to use a designated queue to enter the designated attraction. The designated queue does not guarantee immediate enjoyment of the attraction. d. Valid Priority Admission Pass tickets must be presented, and will be collected, at the time of entering the attraction. e. Attractions listed on the Priority Admission Pass may be closed or suspended, without prior notice and without compensation, due to inclement weather, special events or other operational reasons. Complimentary Popcorn a. Cardholders may redeem one (1) popcorn voucher upon obtaining his/her Card at the Ticket Booths located at the Main Entrance of the Park. b. Cardholders may enjoy one complimentary popcorn scoop upon presenting the popcorn voucher and the Card at Outdoor Vending Cart. c. The popcorn voucher is valid for one year upon the issue date and during the validity of the Card. d. The popcorn voucher not redeemed or used within its validity will be void without refund or compensation. e. Use of the popcorn voucher is subject to the General Terms and Conditions relating to Food and Beverage Promotion and Redemption in Park and Hotels available at and to other restrictions and changes determined by HKITP in its sole discretion without advance or further notice. Food and Beverage Benefits a. Cardholders may enjoy 25% discount for dining in the Park, subject to the following: i. Park dining benefit is not applicable to dining at Main Street Corner Cafe hosted by Coca- Cola, Plaza Inn, Market House Bakery and Outdoor Vending Carts in the Park. ii. Park dining benefit is not applicable to food and beverage souvenirs and bottled drinks. b. Cardholders may enjoy 10% discount at Plaza Inn and Market House Bakery, subject to the following: i. At Plaza Inn, this benefit is only available for orders placed after 5:30pm. Tea condiment charge and 10% service charge (based on original price) apply. This offer may not be used on block-out dates including May 1, 5 6, 12 13, 2018; June 9 10, 16 17, 2018; July 1, 2018; September 15 16, 22 25, 2018; October 1, 8 9, 2018; December 15 16, 21 25, 31, 2018; January 1, 2019; January 29 February 8, 2019 and February 14, ii. At Market House Bakery, this benefit is only applicable to "Pizza + Egg Tart + Drink Combo". c. Cardholders may enjoy 25% discount for dining in a Hotel, subject to the following: i. This offer may not be used on block-out dates including every year s New Year Day, Valentine s Day, Mother s Day and December 21 to 31. ii. Hotel dining benefit does not extend to dining at Sea Breeze Bar at Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel, Chart Room Cafe at Disney Explorers Lodge and Hollywood & Dine at Disney s Hollywood Hotel. iii. Hotel dining benefit does not extend to any food or beverage items ordered as part of room services at the Hotels and any off the menu items. iv. Advance reservation is recommended, please call (Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel) or (Disney Explorers Lodge) or (Disney s Hollywood Hotel) for reservations. d. 6 e. HKITP reserves the right to determine the prices of food and beverage and the operating hours of the restaurants in its sole and absolute discretion. f. This benefit may not be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotion. g. Each Cardholder may only use this benefit once per day at each restaurant and during each meal session. h. Tea condiment charge and 10% service charge upon the original price may apply. Merchandise Benefits a. Cardholders may enjoy 20% discount on selected Park and Hotel merchandise and 10% discount on PANDORA Jewelry. This benefit is available at all merchandise stores in the Park and Hotels and The Magic of Hong Kong Disneyland (at Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 of the Hong Kong International Airport). b. Cardholders may enjoy HK$30 discount for the purchase of 8R photo print(s) with digital download (same image). This benefit is available at below photo sales locations: Town Square Photo, Pooh Corner, Merlin s Magic Portraits, Expo Shop, Space Traders, Kingdom Gifts(at Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel), The Trading Post (at Disney Explorers Lodge) and Celebrity Gifts (at Disney s Hollywood Hotel), excluding online purchase. c. This benefit is not applicable to the purchase of CHOW TAI FOOK Jewelry, electronic products (e.g. digital cameras, CD players, radio), non-disney items (e.g. drugs, films, batteries, H2O+ series), SD cards, media products (Video CDs, DVDs), LEGO items and other items as HKITP may specify from time to time. d. Each Cardholder may only purchase up to five (5) pieces of limited or special edition merchandise items in each single transaction. e. Purchase must be made in person by the Cardholder holding the Personalized Card used for the transaction f. All merchandise item sold are subject to the exchange and refund policy printed at the back of original sales receipts. For verification purposes, Cardholders are required to present their Personalized Cards and such personal identification as HKITP may require for any refund or exchange. g. This benefit may not be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotion. Hotel Room Discount Offer a. Cardholders may enjoy 15% discount for the Best Available Rate of the Hotels. b. This benefit may not be used on block-out dates including December 23 26, 2018; December 30, 2018 January 1, 2019; February 5 9, 2019; December 24 28, 2019; December 30, 2019 January 1, 2020; January 25 29, 2020; December and 30 31, c. Cardholders must make reservation via the Corporate Card Hotline at least three (3) days prior to the planned check-in date. d. Actual offer price depends on the check-in and check-out date, the room category selected, the group mix and the Hotel s Best Available Rate, which is determined at the time of booking (subject to availability and any Benefits Limits). e. Each Hotel Room can accommodate up to 4 guests. At least one adult must be a staying guest in each Hotel Room. f. An extra charge of HK$200 per person per night will be imposed for the third and fourth Guest aged 12 or above per Hotel Room. g. A 10% service charge based on the sum of discounted room rate and extra charge (if any) will be applied. h. A deposit equivalent to the sum of first night s room rate, extra charge (if any) and 10% service charge will be charged for each reservation at the time of booking. i. Each Cardholder may reserve only one room with the same check-in and check-out dates in each transaction. j. This benefit is only available for Hotel reservations made after the redemption of the Card; no refund or reduction of room rate is available for Hotel reservations made prior to the redemption of the Card. k. Rooms reserved are for Cardholders' personal use only. Cardholder must be one of the staying guests and is required to present the Card upon Hotel check-in. ~ 6 ~ CM20451DL*

7 l. This benefit may not be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotions, including special promotions or hotel packages. m. No change of guest name is allowed under any circumstances. n. Guests are not allowed to cancel or modify a reservation once it is made. Any cancellation or modification will be subject to a charge equivalent to the sum of first night s room rate, extra charge (if any) and 10% service charge. Such charge will be deducted from the deposit. o. This benefit is subject to the Hotel General Terms and Conditions at and to other restrictions and changes determined by HKITP in its sole discretion without advance or further notice. Character Greeting at Designated Location a. Cardholders may enjoy designated Character Greeting experience at designated location once per visit date. Each Cardholder may enjoy this benefit with three (3) guests accompanying the Cardholder each time. b. Cardholders must make reservation for the Character Greeting experience via the Corporate Card Hotline two (2) to seven (7) days prior to the planned visit and obtain related identification from MAMSC on the visit date. c. The Character Greeting experience may be closed, suspended or cancelled, without prior notice and without compensation, due to capacity, inclement weather, special events or other operational reasons. Priority Seating for "Festival of The Lion King" show a. Cardholders may enjoy priority seating for one of the "Festival of The Lion King" shows on their visit date for the Cardholder and up to three (3) guests accompanying the Cardholder per show. b. Cardholders must make reservation via the Corporate Card Hotline two (2) to seven (7) days prior to the planned visit and obtain related identification from MAMSC on the visit date for the benefit. c. Cardholders and his/her accompanying guests are required to arrive at theater entrance 20 minutes prior to the scheduled show time. d. The Festival of The Lion King show may be closed, suspended or cancelled, without prior notice and without compensation, due to capacity, inclement weather, special events or other operational reasons. Premium Spectacular Tour a. Cardholders may enjoy the Premium Spectacular Tour (the Tour ) at the price of HK$8,888 subject to the following conditions: i. Each Tour lasts for three consecutive hours from the reserved time. Any additional hour (excluding professional photography services) will be subject to availability and Benefit Limits and will be charged at HK$1,600 per hour. ii. Up to a maximum of six (6) guests (including the Cardholder) aged 3 or above (at least one guest aged 16 or above is required) may participate in the Tour. The Cardholder must be one of the guests joining the Tour. iii. The identity of the guests must remain the same throughout the Tour and no change in any guests is allowed. b. Each Tour include: i. Direct entrance to rides in the Park during the Tour time* ii. Reserved seating for theatre shows during the Tour time* iii. One hour and 30 minutes of professional photography services at the start of the Tour* iv. Designated viewing area for the Disney daytime parade during the Tour time* v. Designated viewing area for the nighttime parade, Disney Paint the Night * vi. One PhotoPass+ to be used in the Park vii. One personalized Mickey Ears hat for each participating guest (while stock last)* viii. Round-trip private transfer between the Park and the Hotel (for Cardholders staying in one of the Hotels on the Tour date only)* ix. Fun facts and stories about Hong Kong Disneyland from the Tour host x. Concierge services to pre-arranged priority parking, dining reservations and Park tickets ~ 7 ~ CM20451DL*

8 * All offerings, services and experiences are subject to availability and the operating hours of the attractions and entertainment programs, which may be changed or cancelled without notice. c. Separate Park admission is required for all Tours. The Tour does not include admission to the Park, meals or other transportation arrangements. d. The Tour may be conducted in Cantonese, Mandarin or English, subject to advance reservation and availability. e. In order to enjoy the Tour, Cardholders must make reservation via the Corporate Card Hotline at least twenty-one (21) days prior to the planned visit. Cardholders may not cancel reservation for the Tour once the reservation is confirmed. f. In order to enjoy the private transfer between Park and Hotel, Cardholders must make reservation with Disneyland Tour Services at least 24 hours prior to the planned visit. g. Cardholders are required to arrive at the gathering point designated for the Tour at the scheduled Tour time together with his/her accompanying guests and present the Card and the confirmation issued by HKITP. Guests who arrive late at the designated gathering point will not be able to enjoy the full Tour and will not be entitled to any compensation or refund. h. Guests will be given a credential for entering the designated viewing area for the Disney Paint the Night parade (the Credential ). Guests are required to arrive at the designated viewing area before the parade time and present the Credential for admission. i. Each Participant is subject to and shall at all times comply with rules applicable to the Tour, including but not limited to the instructions and signage given by HKITP and/ or its cast members. j. Professional Photography Services in this Tour are provided by Pictureworks (Hong Kong) Limited ( Pictureworks ), and not by or on behalf of HKITP or any of its affiliates. Pictureworks is not an agent of HKITP. HKITP gives no representation or warranty as to the services provided by Pictureworks. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HKITP does not accept any liability for any injury, damage, loss or expense of any nature howsoever suffered or incurred as a result of the misconduct, wrongful act or omission, or negligence of Pictureworks, or otherwise arising out of the services provided by Pictureworks. k. HKITP may from time to time, without prior notice and without refund or compensation, change the operating hours of the Park or attractions, close the Park or any part of it temporarily, restrict the number of persons having access to the Park, and/or suspend or cancel any attraction or entertainment program, due to capacity, inclement weather or special events, to ensure safety, security or order, or if HKITP considers that the circumstances so require. l. The price and offerings of the Tour is published online on the website designated by HKITP and is determined at time of payment. HKITP reserves the right to determine the Tour price and offerings at its sole and absolute discretion. m. In the event of any inconsistency between the terms and conditions set out herein and the General Terms and Conditions as applicable to the Tour, the terms and conditions set out herein shall prevail. n. Issue and use of PhotoPass+ are subject to terms and conditions relating to Hong Kong Disneyland s Disney PhotoPass+ available at Premium Hotel Experience a. Cardholders may enjoy the Premium Hotel Experience for two (2) adults ( Hotel Package ) at the price of HK$12,888. Each Hotel Package includes: i. One-night accommodation in a Kingdom Club Suite in Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel ii. Character breakfast buffet for 2 adults at Enchanted Garden Restaurant iii. Private dining for 2 adults served in the Suite ( Chef Table ) iv. Celebration Room Decoration Package v. Welcome amenities vi. A round-trip private transfer between the Hotel and the Park b. Block-out dates of the Hotel Package are April 22 May 20, 2018; December and 30 31, 2018; January 1, 2019; February 5 9, 2019; December and 30-31, 2019; January 1 and 25 29, 2020; December and 30 31, c. In order to enjoy the Hotel Package, Cardholders must make reservation via the Corporate Card Hotline at least fourteen (14) days prior to the planned check-in date, and will be subject to availability. d. 9 e. A deposit equivalent to the Hotel Package price will be charged for each reservation at the time of booking. f. Cardholders may cancel or change the stay period at least fourteen (14) days prior to the check-indate. The deposit will be forfeited in case of any cancellation made after the prescribed period stated above. Change of stay is subject to availability and Benefit Limits, and no change is permitted after prescribed period stated above. g. Cardholder must be one of the staying guests and is required to present the Card upon Hotel check-in. Each Suite can accommodate up to a maximum of 4 guests (including the Cardholder). h. No change of guest name is allowed under any circumstances. i. Breakfast is served from 7:30am to 9:00am. Chef Table is served from 6:00pm to 8:00pm. Requests for other time slots may be made upon reservation and subject to availability and Benefit Limits. j. Redemption of breakfast and Chef Table is subject to availability of the food and beverage items and the operating hours of the restaurants and such services. k. Chef Table is available at HK$988 per additional guest staying in the Suite. l. In order to enjoy the private transfer between the Park and the Hotel, Cardholders must make reservation at Hotel front desks at least 24 hours prior to the planned visit. m. The price and offerings of the Hotel Package is published online on the website designated by HKITP and is determined at time of payment. HKITP reserves the right to determine the Hotel Package price and offerings at its sole and absolute discretion. n. The Hotel Package is subject to the Hotel General Terms and Conditions at and to other restrictions and changes determined by HKITP in its sole discretion without advance or further notice. Card Benefits Terms and Conditions - General a. Benefits only extend to Cardholders and are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash, credit or any other items. b. Benefits only extend to Cardholders holding a valid Card. Cardholders holding a redemption letter issued by SCB shall present such letter and personal identification at the Ticket Booths located at the Main Entrance of the Park to obtain his or her Card. c. If the benefit is conditional upon payment for goods or services, the Cardholder must be the payer for such goods or services, except where the Member is aged below 18. d. Benefits are subject to availability and such terms and conditions applicable to the benefit or transaction in question as are set out in the Terms and Conditions in the Website, the relevant advertisement, Cardholders communication and/or the service location. e. Benefits may not be used in conjunction with any other coupon, promotional offer or discount. f. These Benefits Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China. g. These Benefits Terms and Conditions are made in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People s Republic of China ( HKSAR ) only. All offers set out herein may only be redeemed in the HKSAR in person by Cardholders in accordance with these terms and conditions. HKITP makes no representation that participation in any offer is appropriate or available in other locations and offers described herein are void in any jurisdiction where participation in such offers is prohibited or restricted by law. Those who choose to participate in any offer do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent they are applicable. h. These Terms and Conditions are subject to the interpretation of HKITP which shall be final and conclusive. i. In the event of disputes, HKITP reserves the right to make final judgment on the dispute and otherwise in respect of these Benefits Terms and Conditions. j. HKITP reserves the right to amend or supplement the Terms and Conditions or to terminate or suspend the availability of any benefit at any time without any prior notice. k. 10 l. These Terms and Conditions constitute an agreement between HKITP and each Cardholder respectively. A person who is not a party to this agreement shall not have any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Chapter 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce any term of this agreement. Personal Information Collection Statement Personal data collected in connection with the Card or upon the purchase, issue or provision of tickets, tours, other products and services may be used for the processing of requests or enquiries, enforcing the terms of the commercial dealings, sending administrative materials to you, our internal business and administrative purposes, research and statistical purposes or other directly related purpose, or for legal, safety or security purposes. Provision of personal data for the mandatory fields is necessary. If you do not provide such personal data, we may not be able to provide you with the products or services you requested. Personal data may be transferred to third parties involved in fulfilling the aforesaid purposes, or such other persons as required by law.
