2 Louisiana Claims Association 22nd Annual Educational Convention and Trade Expo Meet Us on the Mighty Mississippi June 27-29, 2016 Natchez Convention Center, Natchez, MS General Information Registration Fee: Early Bird Special : Submit your registration fee no later than May 30, 2016 May 30, 2016 After May 30, 2016 $295 for LCA Members $395 for LCA Members $395 for Non Members $450 for Non Members Note: Multiple early bird registrations (minimum of 3) from the same company submitted at the same time $275 each, if all are members.. After May 30th, multiple registrations $350 each. Registration fee includes the conference handouts, meals as indicated, session breaks and social events. We do not mail out confirmation notices. When we receive your registration, we place your name on the conference roster. Please direct questions regarding your registration to Linda or John Alwood at Refunds: All advance payments fully refundable until June 1, Cancellations received after that date are subject to a $40 service charge. All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Guest Tickets for Social Functions (Note, these functions are included in a full registration fee) Monday Mark Twain Reception $55 Tuesday Lunch Ticket $40 Wednesday Riverboat Party $65 Wednesday After Party Extravaganza $40 Hotel Information A limited number of rooms has been blocked at the Natchez Grand Hotel, 111 Broadway Street, Natchez, MS until May 24, Requests made thereafter will be accepted only on the basis of room and rate availability. You must notify the hotel at the time of your reservation that you want the special rate for the Louisiana Claims Association. Our room rate is: $129/$139++ per night, and this rate is available three days before and three days after the convention.. Reservations can be made by calling: Band & Cocktails Tuesday After Party : Join us at Bowie s Tavern Tuesday evening from 9:00 pm Midnight. We will have a great band and cocktails. Located within walking distance of the hotel. Continuing Education Credits: Certification has been requested for 12 CLE credits for Louisiana Attorneys, as well as 12 education credits for Louisiana Adjusters and Agents and Private Investigators. Louisiana has reciprocal agreements in Texas, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, Florida and Tennessee. Three hours of Ethics and three hours of Flood Insurance are included. Who Should Attend? This 3-day conference is designed for insurance adjusters and agents, claims representatives, third party administrators, industrial relations managers, risk managers, administrators of self-insurance programs, defense attorneys, private investigators and all personnel involved in the handling of insurance claims.
