Review of Council Governance Structure Options: Current Structure One Council Meeting Per Month, Coordinated Committee (Four Standing Committees) meets one per month, Committee of the Whole Former Structure Two Council Meetings Per month, Two Standing Committees meeting per day, per month, Committee of the Whole New Option 1 One Coordinated Committee per month, one Committee the Whole and two Council meetings New Option 2 Coordinated Committee meetings immediately following the two Council meetings per month Other 3.
