The Firm(s) / Supplier(s) are eligible to participate in the Tender, who have Registered in Income Tax and Sales Tax Department, having valid certificates and Registration number. 2. Applicable Income Tax will be deducted from the bills(s). 3. Price per meter, including cost of embrioded NBP Logo must be indicated on prescribed Bill of Quantity GST, if applicable should be shown separately. 4. Sample Cloth / Pocket of embrioded Logo should be accompanied with the Tender. 5. Cost / Price of the Cloth should be inclusive of the all Taxes and all seen/un-seen costs, charges regarding supply of above items. 6. Cost / Price should also be included of Free Delivery of offices of the Bank. Located at various stations (All over the Pakistan & AJK). Rates once quoted cannot be taken back. 7. Supply of the Cloth will have to be completed within days from the firm Purchase Order date. 8. 5% Earnest money (Refundable) of entire Tender value should be attached with the Tender in shape of Bank Draft / Pay Order in Bank s name. 9. Rates / Offer should be submitted in Sealed Envelope and must be dropped in Tender Box placed in the Chamber of Senior Vice President & Divisional Head (LSS&EG) Office, 3 rd floor,, latest by the given date and time, mentioned in our advertisement. 10. Necessary Specimen / Samples of items duly Stamped and Signed must be submitted before Tender Opening with the Quotations. None of offer / quotations will be entertained found without Samples / Specimen. 11. All the Cloth will be accepted strictly in-accordance with the approved sample(s). 12. Substandard items will be rejected by the Bank at any stage after or during the supply and no claim whatsoever will be entertained. 13. Supply should be made in proper packing material (i.e. One Suit / Poly Bag), 14. Cutting / Over Writing are not allowed, unless / until authenticated under proper Seal & Signature of the Authorized Person. 15. At the Opening Date and Time of the Tender an Authorized Representative of the Firm can attend the Meeting if desired. 16. Quotations must be valid at least 60 days from the date of its opening. 17.
