BANK OF BARODA, a corporate body constituted under the banking companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act 1970, having its Head Office at Mandvi, Baroda (Gujarat), Corporate Office at C-26, G Block, Bandra Kurla Complex, Bandra (E) Mumbai and ZONAL OFFICE at Bank of Baroda Building, 16, Sansad Marg, BANK OF BARODA, Zonal Office, Northern Zone, invites sealed tenders from reputed and authorized Arms Dealers only in Delhi Metro in 2 bid system for disposal of 13 Nos. 12 bore Guns located at different branches of the Zone in UT of Delhi as per list attached on as is where is basis.

2 1. The Technical Bid to contain: Bank of Baroda TECHNICAL BID Name of the firm with Phone No. and ID (If available). Name and address of owners with Phone No. and ID (If available). Registration No. and Date of Registration of the firm. (Only Firms in Delhi Metro are eligible to take part in Tender). License No and date to procure/store/sell Arms. EMD amount for the number of guns for which the price is quoted. 2. Financial bid will contain the bid amount for each Gun (Single Barrel, Double Barrel and Pump Action Gun) separately. 3. Each bidder can quote for one or more than one guns 4. Each Gun will be disposed off separately to the bidder quoting the highest price against the same. 5. EMD Rs.500/- per Gun for the No. of Guns for which price is quoted will be deposited with the Technical bid by way of Bankers Cheque / Demand Draft of any Nationalized Bank payable to Bank of Baroda at will be submitted along with the technical bid. 6. If a Financial Bid contains price quotes for more guns than the corresponding amount of EMD deposited that Financial Bid will not be considered. 7. Any Bid not having the EMD will be considered disqualified. 8. A set of Tender Documents (Non-Transferable) can be downloaded from the Bank of Baroda s web page 9. The Technical Bid, Price Bid and EMD shall be put in separate closed envelopes and together shall be sealed and enclosed in a cover addressed to The Zonal Head, Bank of Baroda, Zonal Office, 6 th Floor, Bank of Baroda Building, 16, Sansad Marg, Last date of submission of bids is till 3:00 PM in the Tender Box kept at 6 th Floor, Zonal Office Bank of Baroda Building, 16 Sansad Marg,. 10. Technical Bids shall be opened at 3:30 PM on , in the presence of authorized representatives of the bidders. The Financial Bids will be opened at a later date after screening of Technical Bids.

3 11. The Financial Bids of only those bidders will be opened who qualify in screening of Technical Bids. 12. Bidders shall furnish documentary evidence i.e., copies of their Licenses as mentioned above in the first instance itself in support of their fulfilling the qualifying requirements. Bank reserves the right to complete the evaluation based on the details furnished in original bid without seeking any additional information. If supportive documents are not enclosed the technical bid will be rejected summarily. 13. The successful bidder will allow time not less than 90 days for the respective branches to obtain necessary permission from their Licensing Authorities 14. The concerned branch shall hand over Gun after obtaining permission from Licensing Authorities to sell the Gun to the concerned bidder and on receipt of the payment in favour of the concerned branch by way of transfer/dd/bankers Cheque as per the instructions of Bank of Baroda, Zonal Office,. 15. Bank shall not be responsible for any expenses incurred by bidders in connection with the preparation and delivery of their bids, including expenses incurred during bidding as well as for collection of the Guns from the respective Branches. 16. Bank reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning any reason. 17.
