3 APPENDIX ADVANCEMENT POINT EXAMPLE To earn Rank Advancement Points, you must achieve the new Paid As Rank and maintain for 2 additional consecutive months (for a total of three consecutive Rank Advancement Periods). New rank achieved must meet one of the following criteria: n A first-time, never before achieved rank, or n A Paid As Rank that was held only prior to July QV month. Rank Advancement Points will be awarded only once for any given rank, and will be awarded at the conclusion of the contest period. Example: Tom is a 3-Star. Tom advances to 6-Star during the contest period and maintains for two Rank Advancement Periods. Tom would make the difference of points at 3-Star and 3000 points at 6-Star. This would give Tom 2 points for the contest period. PERSONAL TEAM GROWTH EXAMPLE To earn Organizational Growth Points, you must have personally enrolled a new IE and that IE must maintain Paid As Rank for 2 additional consecutive Rank Advancement Periods (for a total of three consecutive Rank Advancement Periods).
