2 The Basics CUSTOMER No Membership Fee Can refer new Customers through their replicated site: yourid.uforiascience.com Can participate in the Customer Referral Program No monthly requirement Gets notifications on special sales, product webinars and Ü of YOU trainings. Can upgrade to ÜTRITIONIST anytime. (Commissions are not paid retroactively) Comp Plan Language Before we begin, let s get familiar with some basic terms and concepts. These will help you better understand the aspects of the ÜFORIA compensation plan. MEMBERSHIP TYPES: CUSTOMERS AND ÜTRITIONISTS Everyone who signs up are considered Members and can choose their type of membership: QV / CV X Each eligible product has points of QV/CV linked to them. Unless specified, the QV amount will be the same as the CV amount. Example: ÜTRITION $59.95 / 00QV/00CV QV (QUALIFYING VOLUME) Used for qualification requirements to be eligible to earn commissions and ranks. 00 Personal QV (PQV) or higher in the calendar month are required to participate in the comp plan. When meeting this requirement you re shown as ACTIVE. ÜTRITIONIST Membership Fee $39.95 per year Can refer new Customers through their replicated site: yourid.uforiascience.com AND Can refer business prospects through their replicated site: yourid.feeluforia.com Can participate in the Comp Plan to earn commissions and ranks. 00 PQV monthly requirement Gets notifications for Customers plus business- related news, training, events, incentives, etc. X Your personal customers can contribute with up to 00 QV towards a ÜTRITIONIST s monthly qualification at the close of the month. CV (COMMISSIONABLE VOLUME) Used for calculating your commissions throughout the comp plan. RV (RETAIL VOLUME) Add up your PQV + your Customers QV + the QV from your ÜTRITIONISTS (paid as Beginner) to obtain your RV for the month. 3 4 ENROLLMENT TREE Keeps track of each member s ENROLLER or SPONSOR. Your Enroller is the person who first introduced you to ÜFORIA. A PEM (Personally Enrolled Member) refers to the member(s) you have personally enrolled, also known as st level. Their PEMs would be your nd level, etc. Understanding Weekly Periods and Monthly Periods WEEKLY PERIODS Start every Monday am Central time and end every Sunday :59pm Central time. Weekly commissions are paid the next Friday after the weekly period closed. To qualify for a week s commission, it s necessary to be ACTIVE by Sunday of that week with 00PQV for the current calendar month and/or for the immediate previous monthly period. MONTHLY PERIODS Start at am Central time, the first day of the month (e.g. January, February, March, etc ) and ends at :59pm Central time on the last day of the calendar month (e.g. January 3, February 8/9, March 3, etc ) Monthly commissions are paid on the 0th day of the following month. The Customer Referral Program FOR CUSTOMERS ONLY When a Customer on Autoship has 4 or more Customers who were referred by him/her, and are active in the current month, his/her ÜTRITION will be free, just pay shipping and handling. C FREE! PLACEMENT TREE An Enroller can choose to place a PEM underneath another ÜTRITIONIST in their organization, as long as the placement happens within the first 30 days from the date the PEM signed up and the PEM is still st level on both trees. A PEM who has been given members by the upline, can't be placed. * Enrollment or Placement changes cannot make any already-issued commissions retroactive. AUTOSHIP FEBRUARY M T W TH F S S Your healthy habit. Schedule it once, and you can rest assured your monthly supply of your customized ÜTRITION will be automatically ordered, processed and shipped to your door, so you re always active and enjoying of your ÜTRITION. 3 The Compensation Plan FOR ÜTRITIONISTS ONLY ÜFORTUNE POOL (paid monthly ON GLOBAL CV from new Members) 0% of company-wide CV from all new Members will be accumulated throughout the MONTHLY PERIOD. The value per share is determined by dividing the pool amount by the number of shares issued company-wide. Also, throughout the MONTHLY PERIOD QUICK OVERVIEW you can earn shares of this pool, according to this chart. The comp plan has 5 earning centers. Must be active with 00PQV to participate. ACTION SHARES EARNED NAME FREQUENCY PAID-ON... First-Start Bonus Weekly Your Enrollment Tree (on new Members' CV <30 days) Üfortune Pool Monthly Global CV (from new members) ResidÜal Bonus Monthly Your Placement Tree (on CV from Members > 30 days) (USA) For every CAP 3 pack you buy in a monthly period. For every CAP 5 pack you buy in a monthly period (CANADA) For every CAP 3 pack you buy in a monthly period. For every CAP 0 pack you buy in a monthly period 5 D&D Bonus Monthly Your Enrollment Tree (per PREtrition or ÜTRITION ) Rev Share Rainmaker Pool Quarterly Global CV (from Members > 30 days) For every new PEMs with full Üstart kit /lab process completed in a monthly period When completing 0 new PEMs with full Üstart kit / lab process completed in a monthly period +5 (on top of the shares you ve received on the previous lines) FIRST-START BONUS (paid weekly on the ENROLLMENT TREE) When achieving 0 new PEMs with full Üstart kit /lab process completed in a monthly period +0 (on top of the shares you ve received on the previous lines) You can earn this bonus from orders placed by your new Members (Customers or ÜTRITIONISTS) within their first 30 days in the business. Also, by any new members on your second and third levels. * Orders participating on the First-Start Bonus and ÜFORTUNE Pool does not participate on ResidÜal Bonus or Rev Share. EXAMPLE LEVEL 30% Between March to 3, you bought a 0-pack. You shared with 0 new Customers and followed through making sure they completed their Üstart kit registration. Let s assume that in March, new Members generated,000,000 company-wide CV. 0% Üfortune Pool = 00,000 CV LEVEL 0% You would ve received: 5 shares for buying the 0-pack Let s also assume, the total amount of shares issued for the month was 00 (including your 5 shares and everyone else s). 5 shares for having 5 x PEMs with full Üstart kit registration & lab. Share value = (00,000 CV / 00 shares) = $90.90 per share LEVEL 3 0% 5 extra shares for having 0 PEMs with full Üstart kit registration & lab. Your Üfortune Pool Bonus for the month would be 5 shares x $90.90 = $,363.50! Total: 5 shares for the month *Orders participating on the First Start Bonus and ÜFORTUNE pool will not participate on ResidÜal Bonus or Rev Share.
4 3 RESIDUAL BONUS (Paid montly on the PLACEMENT TREE on CV from non First- Start orders). At the end of the monthly period, if ACTIVE, you ll qualify for one of the ranks on the ResidÜal Bonus chart. You ll get paid the percentages shown per rank, according to the chart. Dynamic compression on Customers and Beginners down to next level to the rank of Builder. Generational levels (Levels 8th and beyond) compress to the rank of INFLUENCER. Example: Your paid rank is INFLUENCER this month. You get paid levels to 7. Then, members on levels 8, 9 and 0 are ranks lesser than Influencers, but the person on level is an INFLUENCER. The first generational payout would include the CV from levels 8,9,0 and together paid as st generation. Then we ll continue to look for the nd generation of Influencers to be paid on level, 3, etc
5 4 D&D Bonus (paid monthly on the ENROLLMENT TREE) EXAMPLE: You re D&D-0 and you have Anne (ÜTRITIONIST) who is D&D-0, who has Ben (ÜTRITIONIST) who is D&D-5, who has a Customer (named C ). Let s track how D&D pays the $0 from C s jar: - C is D&D-0, thus she gets $0 from her own jar. According to your D&D grade for the month, you can get paid up to $0 on your own purchases and on your Enrollment tree. D&D payout starts with the person who purchased a ÜTRITION or any of the PREtrition packs, and then continues up the enrollment tree paying the difference between your D&D grade minus any amount already paid on D&D for that specific purchase. - Ben is D&D-5, he gets $5 from C s jar. 3- Anne is D&D-0, she gets ($0-$5)= $5 from C s jar. 4- You are D&D-0, subtract $0 already paid out and you get $0 from C s jar. Your D&D grade is defined by your RV (Retail Volume). Add up your PQV + your Customers QV + the QV from your ÜTRITIONISTS (paid as Beginner) to obtain your RV for the month. Depending on the RV for the month, each ÜTRITIONIST will qualify into one of the following grades: 4 = get $0 from C's jar WHEN THE RV FOR THE MONTH IS... D&D GRADE D&D "pay amount" YOU are D&D QV D&D-0 $ 0-00 QV D&D-5 $ QV D&D-0 $ = ($0-$5) = $ D&D-5 $ 5.00 Anne is D&D-0 50-or more QV D&D-0 $ 0.00 = $5 Ben is D&D-5 The best way to explain D&D is by tracking the D&D payment from a specific purchase. = $0 C is D&D-0
6 5 Rainmaker Pool REV SHARE RAINMAKER POOL (paid quarterly on GLOBAL CV from non First-Start orders) Every time you are paid as Rainmaker, you participate in a Rev Share Pool. This pool represents % of the company s global CV from recurrent orders. * Recurrent orders are orders placed by Members outside of their first 30 days in the business. INCENTIVES AND PROMOTIONS! In addition to the amazing Compensation Plan, ÜFORIA creates events, trips and incentives for ÜTRITIONISTS, such as a cruise you can attend, either paying for it completely, or partially, or earning it and letting the company pay for it! The examples used to explain the comp plan are no guarantees concerning the level of success you may experience and are not promises of income. As with any business, your results may vary, and will be based on your individual capacity, expertise and level of desire.
