To support these efforts, we offer a 4% Product Discount and a 4% Retail Bonus to all Certified Health Professionals. Our Health Professionals enjoy the same business building and compensation opportunity as other Platinum Distributors, but since their orders are discounted more deeply, we adjust the Unilevel Monthly Residual Payouts for the upline Distributors above all Health Professional orders as follows. If they do not maintain this volume requirement, they will be switched to a Premium Distributor (if they have a QV monthly Back Up order on file) or Distributor (if they do not have a QV monthly Back Up order on file). In order to re-qualify as a Health Professional if they are switched, they must submit another re-qualifying order of 4 BV or exceed 4 BV of Personal Group Volume in a month. Infinity Bonus - There are two categories of infinity bonuses. The Infinity Bonus is a commission that begins on the 9th Level and goes down an infinite number of levels (all the way to the bottom of your group) unless "blocked" by another. This means you could earn commissions on an order on your 1th level, 2th level, even 1 levels down in your business. If there is another in your group, then you will receive the payout on the 9th Level and then down to the 9th level of the in that leg. If the is on your first level, then you will receive the bonus only on your 9th Level in that leg. The income statistics above are for all active Purium members who were eligible to earn downline commissions in 215. Note that these figures do not represent a Member's profit, as they do not consider expenses incurred by a Member in operation or promotion of his/her business. The figures above refer to gross income (total income before any expenses are deducted). The expenses a Member incurs in the operation of his/her Purium business vary widely. The through II Infinity Bonuses work in a similar way to the Infinity Bonus. They start on the 1th and pay down an infinite number of levels until blocked by the next. Importantly, the Infinity Bonuses can be additive, meaning that if a or does not have a below his/her 1th Level, then the or will receive BOTH Infinity Bonuses (total of 4%) on his/her entire organization below the 1th Level. GLOSSARY OF TERMS Loyalty Customer Program - Customer s discount increases from 1 when an order is placed in the following month as well. The maximum is. If a customer does not order in a month, the discount decreases to a minimum of 1. Example: Customer orders in January (initial order % off - gift card may be applied) and is enrolled into the Loyalty Customer Program and receives in February 1 off. When ordering in March again a discount of is applied. If there is no order in April, the discount is set back to 1. Active - Active Distributors have QV of personal group volume in a monthly commission period. Back-Up Order - A Back-Up Order is a monthly recurring order set-up by a Distributor which releases on the 21st of every month if a Distributor chooses not to purchase product orders totaling at least QV by 6:59 AM Central European Time on the 21st of the month. An active Back-Up Order of QV or more automatically qualifies a Distributor to be a Preferred Distributor. Minimum Payment Amount - The Minimum Payment Amount for commissions is $1. Commission Earnings are accumulated and held until the minimum payout amount is reached. Commissionable Volume (CV) - The point value assigned to each product that counts toward commission payout Personal Volume (PV) - The total Qualifying Volume of products purchased by a Distributor within a given month. Compression (aka Dynamic Compression) - Dynamic Compression occurs when a Distributor fails to meet the required qualifications for receiving a bonus. The non-qualifying Distributor (and associated customer) volume available in their downline will compress to the next qualified person in their upline. The Platinum Compensation Plan uses Dynamic Compression to calculate all bonuses (except Pools, Achievement Matching Bonuses and Lifestyle Bonuses) in an effort to maximize payout to qualified Distributors. Premium Distributor - An individual or business entity that purchases a Starter Kit and follows the Platinum Policies & Procedures is a Platinum Distributor. When a Distributor activates a Back-Up Order of QV or more, this Distributor becomes a Premium Distributor and receives an additional product discount (up to 1% more savings) in exchange for the Back-Up Order commitment. Fifty Percent Rule (% Rule) - An alternative qualification structure that allows a to use the Group Volume of one leg to count towards % of the total Group Volume requirement for that rank. The other % of the Group Volume will come from all other legs. Does not apply to ranks below or I and II. Purium Health Products (PHP) - Sister company to Platinum Health Europe that operates in the United States and Canada. When you become a Platinum Distributor you automatically become a Member of Purium and vice versa. Purium has a compensation plan unique to orders that originate in the US and Canada. This plan can be viewed at mypurium.com/(your url). Volume and ranks are seamless between the plans. Distributors are compensated based upon where the order was placed. Orders placed in Purium territories are paid up through the Purium Compensation plan. You do not need to purchase a separate Starter Kit or have a separate Back-Up Order to qualify for commissions which are derived from orders originating in the United States or Canada. Bonus Pools are calculated separately for Platinum and Purium. Generation - A Generation is an Active Level of Associate which follows the Enroller Tree. Matching Bonuses use Dynamic Compression on all Generations to maximize payout. Gift Card Program - Retail orders placed using a Gift Card, through the "Buy" path, have the price reduced by and QV/CV reduced by (please note price and QV/CV will never be less than zero/negative and the Gift Card cannot be used towards shipping cost). Distributor orders placed using a Gift Card, through the "Join" path, have the price reduced by and the QV/CV remains the same. The Retail profit is earned on orders that are net 2 (which means, the product total is greater than 2 after the gift card is used). Qualifying Volume (QV) - Qualifying Volume is the amount of volume assigned to a product that is counted toward rank advancements. See the Platinum website or Price List for Qualifying Volume point amounts for every product. Group Volume (GV) - The Volume in your Organization, from 8 levels deep using compression, including your own Personal Volume. Group volume for s includes 9 levels. Unilevel Bonus - A monthly bonus that pays on your Group Volume on all Distributors and Customers up to 8 levels compressed in your Unilevel Placement Tree, based on Paid Rank. The Monthly Unilevel bonus does not include volume that was paid out as a part of the weekly First Order Bonus. Health Professional - A Distributor who has provided a copy of their Health Professional license or certification which has been approved by Platinum Europe Corporate and has placed a first time qualifying order of 4 QV or has reached a Personal Group Volume of over 4 QV in a given month (Personal Volume + Loyalty Customer Volume).
