2 GLOSSARY RETAIL CUSTOMER People who are purchasing VABO-N products only for their personal use. ACTIVE ACCOUNT Each account with an autopship of at least 60 QV. As Brand Ambassador with an active account you are qualified for the New Costumer Bonus and get access to the back office, your personal website and the VABO-N Academy. BRAND AMBASSADOR Independent VABO-N reseller that generates revenue by recommending VABO-N products to customers and/or other brand ambassadors. ACTIVE BRAND AMBASSADOR To be an active brand ambassador, you must meet a Qualification Volume (QV) of 120. You can either place an autopship of at least 120 QV or place an autopship of 60 QV and complete the remaining 60 QV with Personally Enrolled Customer Volume (PEQ) of at least two customers, the QV of your customers counts for you to 50%. As an active BA, your CV volume is collected and taken from your Power Team, even beyond the current RA-period. QUALIFIED BRAND AMBASSADOR As soon as you are an active brand ambassador with 120 QV and have registered at least one active account on EVERY side, you are a qualified VABO-N brand ambassador and eligible for commissions from the VABO-N Compensation Plan. As a qualified BA, your CV volume is collected and taken from your Power Team and Profit Team, even beyond the current RA-period. 02

3 GLOSSARY QV Qualifying Volume. Points that are accumulated by BA to qualify for bonuses from the VABO-N Compensation Plan. Each product counts for a certain score. CV Cycle Volume. Points accumulated by the brand ambassadors for commissionable volume and summarized in cycles. The number of cycles you can reach within this period determines your VABO-N rank. ENROLLMENT-LINE Your personal enrollment-line includes all of your personally recruited BAs and customers and their personally recruited BAs and customers, etc. The enrollment-line is the line that connects you all. ENROLLER The enroller is the person who has integrated you into the world of VABO-N. And therefore, you are the enroller of those, which you have enrolled into the system. 03

4 GLOSSARY AUTOSHIP With an autoship you get every month the deposited order automatically delivered. The autoship can be canceled at any time. POWER-TEAM The team that has more volume. PROFIT-TEAM The team that has less volume. PAID AS RANK This is the rank you achieved in each RA-period based on your cycles earned in this RA-period. 04

9 CYCLE VOLUME BONUS CYCLE-VOLUME-BONUS-RATING To support our brand ambassadors while growing their businesses and to pay tribute to their efforts in the initial phase, the first cycle is worth the most in each RA-period. CONSTANT COMMITMENT TAKES CARE OF A CONSTANT INCOME. If you are a qualified VABO-N brand ambassador, you have the opportunity to earn a weekly Cycle Volume Bonus. CYCLE VOLUME 1 9 Cycles Cycles Cycles Cycles Cycles CYCLE WERT 120 % 115 % 110 % 100 % 95 % Whenever there are purchases under you, in the ratio 6:3 - on one side with a total CV of 360 CV and on the other side of a total of 180 CV - you get a cycle. The ratio can also be reversed 3:6 (180 CV to 360 CV). The value of a cycle ranges approx. 17 to 22 euros. The Cycle Volume Bonus is a pool bonus and therefore variable on a weekly basis. 250 Cycles and more 90 % GET A WEEKLY CYCLE VOLUME BONUS IN VALUE OF APPROX. 17 TO 22 PER CYCLE. approx THE CYCLE EARNINGS LEVEL The cycle earnings level only applies to the Cycle Volume Bonus and has no impact on other areas of the commissions from the VABO-N Compensation Plan. Once you reach the maximum cycle level earning of 20,000 per week in your position during four consecutive weeks, you will receive one new position above your current one. Up to a maximum of two postitions per brand ambassador and four individual postitions per married couple are permitted. 10 BALANCED TEAM BUILDING BONUS WITH THE SIZE OF YOUR TEAM, YOUR INCOME WILL GROW! To qualify for the Balanced Team Building Bonus, collect 500 QV from autoships on both legs - within the respective RA-period. In addition, your rank and the highest of your personally enrolled brand ambassadors on both legs, will decide the level you ve reached. *This bonus is a pool bonus and will be split among all qualified brand ambassadors. Accumulated volume will not be taken over into the next RA-period. Brand ambassadors who are in the same rank for more than 12 months can no longer participate in this bonus pool and can t qualify again until they reach the next rank. Initial orders will not be added to the calculation of the 500 QV. DEPENDING ON WHICH QUALIFICATION YOU FULFILL, YOU WILL RECEIVE UP TO 600 AFTER EACH RA-PERIOD. 10

12 MATCHING BONUS UPPER LIMIT MATCHING BONUS: You will receive up to 5, commission on the Matching Bonus within the 4-week billing cycle without special conditions. To earn commissions of more than 5, through the Enroller Matching Bonus, one brand ambassador must have reached and maintained the paid as rank of Ruby or higher. ENLARGE YOUR BUSINESS, MOTIVATE YOUR TEAM AND BE REWARDED! Qualify yourself by taking four personally recruited active brand ambassadors one in each team, the others on any placement within your teams. Motivate and expand your personally enrolled team and get an additional 10 % of the Cycle Volume Bonus value, your personally registered brand ambassadors earn; and another 10 % of the Cycle Volume Bonus value that the personally enrolled BA of your personally enrolled brand ambassador earn. If the respective brand ambassador is not qualified for the Matching Bonus, the Matching Bonus will be paid from the 1st line to the next active upline-brand ambassador from the direct enrollment-line. One brand ambassador can t receive both bonuses, Enroller Matching Bonus and Enroller Matching Bonus 2nd Generation, for the same downline-brand ambassador. 13 RANK ADVANCEMENT BONUS RECEIVE A REWARD FOR ALL OF YOUR SUCCESSES WITH VABO-N. Achieve a certain number of cycles within a four-week RA-period and through that qualify for different ranks. Once you have achieved a new rank, it will count as your highest rank (Lifetime Rank) until you reach the next highest rank. COMPLETE THE REQUIREMENTS OF EACH RANK IN TWO OR SIX CONSECUTIVE RA-PERIODS AND GET A ONE-TIME BONUS! 15 TEAM REQUIREMENTS BALANCED BUILDING WITHIN THE CUSTOMER/BRAND AMBASSADOR STRUCTURE: In order to earn commissions from the VABO-N Compensation Plan, the weekly total volume of your complete structure must be mostly customer sales (50.1% or higher). If this condition is not met, no commissions will be paid out of the VABO-N Compensation Plan for the relevant period. These unpaid commissions flow back into the bonus pool in the following month and are again divided among all brand ambassadors. BALANCED STRUCTURE OF THE BRAND AMBASSADOR NETWORK: VABO-N brand ambassadors are required to meet a certain criteria on both sides of their structure. If the criteria for a balanced buildup of the brand ambassador network is not met, the percentage Cycle Bonus deduction will be - after expiry of a period of grace - striking, as explained in the criteria for a balanced structure of the brand ambassador network. 15

From the Elite Club applies: For example, if the paid as status ROYAL SAPPHIRE is not reached and the paid as status of SAPPHIRE or STAR SAPPHIRE is not met, 20 % will be deducted. However, if you qualify for the ROYAL SAPPHIRE paid as status as SAPPHIRE or STAR SAPPHIRE, then the brand ambassador will only need to contribute 10 % of your Cycle Volume Bonus. If brand ambassador bonuses are deducted or not paid, they will be returned to the Cycle Volume Bonus in the following weeks and will be split among all brand ambassadors receiving the Cycle Volume Bonus. 16

17 TEAM REQUIREMENTS REQUIREMENTS FOR A BRAND AMBASSADOR- ACCOUNT REGARDING THE CYCLE VOLUME: QUALIFIED BRAND AMBASSADORS COLLABORATE CV ON THE SIDE OF THEIR PROFIT TEAM. If you don t qualify as an active brand ambassador in four consecutive weeks, the CV of the Profit Team will be lost. If you are still unable to qualify, the CV on the Profit-Side will no longer accumulate. However, all sales of your Power Team will be retained until you qualify again, provided that you stay active. In simply terms: If you are not qualified accordingly as brand ambassador, only the sales of your stronger team will be credited. BRAND AMBASSADORS CAN CREATE UP TO 2,000,000 CV FROM THEIR POWER TEAM. If you have not reached active status for four consecutive weeks in which the volume is calculated, the total accumulated volume of the two teams will be lost. If you have accumulated significantly more CV in your Power Team than in your Profit Team, then at the end of a typical 52-week fiscal year, the total volume of your Power Team that is above the level of the profit team will be adjusted. If you have registered yourself after the 26th week of the fiscal year, the volume will not be adjusted until the following year. At the beginning of the first week of the new fiscal year, the entire volume of the Power Team that exceeds the specified limit will be deleted. This limit equals fifteen times (15 times) from the volume of the Profit Team, which will be implemented between the calendar weeks 49 and 52, or a CV of 150,000, whichever is greater. The VABO-N business partnership expires automatically after 24 consecutive weeks without any activity (order). 17
