2 CRUISING YO 2016 Incentive Trip UN 16 FOR IQ VE UE I N C E NTI 20 Who is eligible to earn the 2016 Incentive Trip? All Active Presenters are eligible. What are the details of the 2016 Incentive Trip? The Incentive Trip is a 4-night cruise from October 20 24, The ship leaves from Miami, Florida, and makes stops in Key West, Florida, and Cozumel, Mexico, followed by a day at sea before heading back to Florida. This year, when you qualify, you earn a spot for you and a plus-one. What is the qualification period? The qualification period begins February, 1, 2016, and ends June 30, However, registration this year will begin May 1, 2016, and will close at our discretion. Qualifying Presenters must register to attend. Additionally, your January 2016 PRS will be added to your points and noted as February bonus points! How can I track my points? The qualifications are easy to check in your Back Office. On February 1, 2016, we will provide you with a tracker in your Back Office. Your points are not real-time; rather, they will be shown at the end of the month and after all compliance checks have been made (the 8th of the following month). For example, starting March 8, 2016, you will see all your points from the month of February, as well as your bonus points for registering for Convention, if you have done so. 2

Paid-As Status Points These are the points you earn for your paid-as status for a given month. a. Pink = 1,000 e. Purple = 4,500 b. Blue = 2,000 f. Black = 5,000 c. Green = 3,000 g. Black Level 1 = 6,000 d. Orange = 3,500 First Level New Advancement Points As a Sponsor, you will earn points when one of your First Level Presenters advances in rank during the qualification period. a. Pink = 250 b. Blue = 500 c. Green = 750 d. Orange = 900 e. Purple = 1,200 f. Black = 2,000 g. Black Level 1 = 2,500 Bonus Points a. Earn 1,000 points when you register for Convention. b. 4 FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS What is unique about this cruise? This is the first time that Younique will reward qualifying Presenters with not just one spot on the cruise, but one for a guest as well. Earning Level 5 of the qualifications will also grant you onboard stateroom credit that can be used at your discretion (i.e., onboard activities, excursions through the charter). How do I earn points to qualify for the Incentive Trip? You can find all of the trip qualification information on page 2 of this document. Beginning May 1, 2016, those who earn the trip will receive an invitation to register for the cruise. We will not be waiting for the qualification period to end before we send invitations to register, and registering is the only way to secure your spot. Do what you can to earn an invitation to the 2016 Incentive Trip! Additional bonus points and incentives to qualify are not guaranteed. Are First Level New Advancement Points cumulative? Yes, these points are cumulative. In other words, if you are the sponsor of a First Level Presenter who advances from Pink to Orange, you (the Sponsor) would receive 2,150 points (500 points for Blue points for Green points for Orange = 2,150). Are Paid-As Status Points cumulative? No, these points are not cumulative. These are points you earn for being Paid-As a certain status for that given month. For example, at the end of February 2016, if you are Paid-As Purple, you would earn 4,500 points. When will I receive the rewards associated with Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 qualifications? Once you earn the required points associated with Levels 1, 2, and 3, respectively, the incentives will be awarded as follows: Level 1 (Earn 10,000 points, receive $25 in Y-Cash) Receive $25 in Y-Cash on the 8th of the month following the month in which you earned the 10,000 points. 5 Level 3 (Earn 20,000 points, receive Younique-branded makeup trunk) Receive the Younique-branded makeup trunk after the 8th of the month following the month in which you earned the 20,000 Points. Example: If you earned 20,000 points in March 2016, your Younique-branded makeup trunk will be shipped to you after April 8, What does the cruise include if I earn the Incentive Trip? You will be invited to attend an exclusive cruise with Younique Founders, Derek and Melanie, around Key West and Cozumel, Mexico. Please note that you will be responsible to get yourself (and your guest) to and from the Miami, Florida, USA port, where the cruise ship docks and launches. There is no airfare allowance for this trip. If I earn the Incentive Trip, can my guest be another Younique Presenter? No, your guest cannot be another Younique Presenter. What are the qualifications to be a guest? Your guest can be anyone at any age, but they cannot be another Younique Presenter. However, please be advised that per charter rules, there must be a person 21 years old or older in every cabin. If you are a Presenter under the age of 21, you must elect to bring a guest that is 21 years of age or older to attend. Are the point requirements different across the different markets? No. The required points are the same across all markets. Can Younique Presenters in all markets earn the Incentive Trips? Of course! We are a global company, so Active Presenters in all markets are eligible to earn the 2016 Incentive Trip. How will I be notified if I qualify? You will receive an letting you know you have qualified for the trip as soon as you ve reached Level 4 (earning the cruise). If you reach qualification before registration opens (May 1, 2016), you will be asked to RSVP yes or no to attending the trip. As soon as registration opens, you will receive another to register, which is the only guarantee of your spot on the cruise. When will Younique announce who earned the 2016 Incentive Trip? We will announce all who earned the Incentive Trip after July 8,

6 Am I guaranteed a spot on the cruise if I earn the Incentive Trip? Even if you meet the qualifications, the cruise is on a first-come, first-served basis, so not all Presenters who qualify by the qualification end date will attend. Qualifying for the trip does not guarantee your spot. Registration for the trip within the allotted time is the only way to guarantee your spot. Younique Products reserves the right to withhold prizes for compliance issues and at the discretion of the company. If I am unable to attend the cruise for any reason, will I be awarded the cash value of the trip? You will not be awarded cash value of the trip if you are unable to go based on capacity or circumstance. All those who qualify, however, will receive the exclusive Incentive Trip charm. What if I qualify and register for the Incentive Trip, but I have to cancel; are there any penalties? The cancelation fee after August 15, 2016, will be $200. Cancelations before that date will not be penalized. Will I still receive the charm even if I am unable to attend the Incentive Trip? Congratulations for qualifying! We re sorry you can t make it. Of course you will receive the charm for earning the cruise. You will receive your charm around October or November 2016, after the cruise has commenced. Can I choose my own cabin for the cruise? Cabins will be assigned by Younique at the end of the qualification period. We encourage qualified Presenters to register as soon as they qualify, after May 1, Your points will continue to accumulate after you register, and cabins will be assigned based on points earned by the end of the qualification date, June 30, How do I earn a suite? Cabins are assigned at our discretion. Cabin suites and upgrades are not guaranteed. Will children be able to attend? Your automatic, plus-one guest can be anyone at any age, but they cannot be another Younique Presenter. Children s passes will be available, but will be limited to two (2) children at $150 USD per ticket. Communication of this decision will be made known to all qualified Presenters. There will be a limit of one cabin per qualified Presenter, so those who opt to bring children will room with all their guests (limit 4 people total). 6

7 2016 Incentive Trip If I earn the Incentive Trip, what is the deadline to register? Registration will begin May 1, We urge those who qualify and receive invitations to register as quickly as possible. Qualifying spots are on a first come, first-served basis, and they will not be held for those who do not register. The official registration deadline is July 31, 2016, as space allows. I am claustrophobic/have other illnesses that keep me from attending and/or staying in rooms with no windows. What can I do? Please provide a doctor s note after registration, and we will take each situation on a case-by-case basis. Are there any pregnancy limitations? Pregnant guests who enter the 24th week of pregnancy before or at any time during the cruise will not be allowed to sail (October 20 24, 2016). Pregnant guests, who will not enter the 24th week before or at any time during the cruise, must submit, prior to departure, a letter from their attending physician certifying that their gestational status is in accordance with this policy, and that the expecting mother is fit to sail. Carnival will not accept any agreement or recommendation from the guest and/or her physician that the policy be waived. Can I be reimbursed for my plus-one if I cannot bring a guest? No. There is no reimbursement for your plus-one if you are unable to bring a guest. You shouldn t have too much of a problem finding another plus-one to come along! What do I do once I ve earned the Incentive Trip? First of all, celebrate! As soon as you qualify for the trip, you will be extended an invitation to attend the Incentive Trip you earned. If you qualify before the registration date of May 1, 2016, you will receive a RSVP only. You will then receive an official registration on May 1, 2016, for you to register. Those who qualify after May 1, 2016, will receive a registration directly. Please be advised that your spot is only secure after you register for the Incentive Trip. RSVP ing is not enough to secure your spot. How much of my airfare will Younique cover? There is no airfare allowance for earners of the Incentive Trip. Will I need a passport? How do I get one? Yes, you and your guest will need a passport to attend the Incentive Trip. Citizens of all countries will be required to provide information for themselves and any guests. Information on obtaining passports and the fees required can be found at your local post office. Because obtaining a passport does take time, we recommend that you start the application process as soon as possible after qualifying for the Incentive Trip. The value of any incentive trip may be considered taxable income, and all taxes are the sole responsibility of the Presenter who qualifies for and receives the Incentive Trip. It is the responsibility of the Presenter to provide airfare, pre/post meals and lodging, ground transportation, and any other fees relating to the Incentive Trip. Additional exclusions apply. 7
