A selection of products launching at GTC 2015 valued at over $100 SRP. Early Bird Bonus Pack can be picked up starting Friday, April 17, 2015, in the GTC New Product Store. Early Bird Bonus Pack is available to Arbonne Independent Consultants only. This offer does not apply to guest registrations. Registration and Early Bird Bonus Pack are non-transferable. No substitutions permitted; the GTC 2015 Early Bird Bonus Pack has no cash value and may not be substituted. Arbonne Independent Consultants must attend GTC to receive the Early Bird Bonus Pack. Early Bird Bonus Pack will not be shipped if the Consultant does not attend or does not pick it up at GTC. Early Bird Bonus Pack is subject to change and Arbonne reserves the right to amend, change or modify the product offering at any time at its sole discretion. Arbonne Independent Consultants must be active, qualified, and in good standing with Arbonne, and in compliance with their Arbonne Independent Consultant Application & Agreement, Policies & Procedures, and Arbonne SuccessPlan ( Agreements ) at the time of the incentive period in order to qualify. Arbonne reserves the right to disqualify any Arbonne Independent Consultant at any time for violating these Terms & Conditions, the Agreements or any applicable agreement, rule or regulation, or if Arbonne determines tampering, fraud or bonus buying has occurred. TERMS & CONDITIONS NEW CONSULTANT CONFERENCE FEE WITH EARLY BIRD BONUS PACK New Independent Consultants or newly upgraded Independent Consultants with a Start Date from October 1, 2014 April 18, 2015, can qualify by purchasing a SuccessPack or placing a single 350 QV order in their Start Month or the following month. New Independent Consultants must have a Start Date during the incentive period to qualify. Preferred Clients must pay the upgrade fee during the incentive period to qualify for the incentive. Only orders placed after the upgrade will count toward this incentive.

2 TERMS & CONDITIONS NEW CONSULTANT CONFERENCE FEE WITH EARLY BIRD BONUS PACK (Continued) For purposes of this incentive, the SuccessPack purchase or single 350 QV order must be placed by the new Arbonne Independent Consultant, or the Preferred Client who has upgraded to Independent Consultant during their Start Month or the following month. The SuccessPack or single 350 QV order must also be placed during the incentive period. Incentive reward is not transferrable, and no earned or unused volume can be gifted or transferred to another Arbonne Independent Consultant or Preferred Client for any reason. No cash value or credits will be issued and no substitutions apply. Arbonne is not responsible for any accommodations and/or travel during GTC All travel expenses are the responsibility of each attendee. Arbonne may deduct volume and any resulting award as a result of any product returns, exchanges of product for lesser value or re-purchases of any product. Arbonne Independent Consultants must be active, qualified, in good standing, and in compliance with their Arbonne Independent Consultant Application & Agreement, Policies & Procedures, and Arbonne SuccessPlan (the Agreements ) with Arbonne at the time the incentive is awarded in order to qualify for the incentive. Preferred Clients must be active, in good standing with his/her Preferred Client Terms & Conditions and any other rules, policies, or procedures with Arbonne at the time the incentive is awarded in order to qualify for the incentive. All incentive qualifications, specifications, rewards and details are subject to change without notice and Arbonne reserves the right to amend, modify and/or cancel any part of the incentive at its sole discretion. Arbonne reserves the right to disqualify any Arbonne Independent Consultant or Preferred Client (if applicable) at any time for violating these Terms & Conditions, the Agreements or any applicable agreement, rule or regulation, or if Arbonne determines tampering, fraud or bonus buying has occurred. 3 LEGAL BUSINESS ENTITIES To register a legal business entity: The primary contact must complete online registration first. Contact Customer Service to register the partner of the legal business entity. GUEST REGISTRATION FEES & POLICIES Two options are available for guests to attend GTC 2015: GUEST KICK-OFF NIGHT & GRAND AWARDS CONFERENCE FEE Includes: Kick-Off Ceremony and New Product Launch on Thursday, April 16, 2015 Grand Awards Celebration on Friday, April 17, 2015 Excludes any GTC special functions GUEST FULL CONFERENCE FEE Includes attendance to all of GTC 2015, except GTC special functions. $199 October 15, 2014 December 31, 2014 $295 January 1 April 18, 2015 $99 October 15, 2014 April 18, 2015 GUEST POLICY The guest must be 18 years of age or older and may not be another Arbonne Independent Consultant, NO exceptions. Guest registrations are based on availability. CHANGING CONFERENCE GUESTS Guests names can be changed up to Tuesday, April 14, From the Registration Confirmation page, select the Edit button to make the appropriate changes. Guests may not be another Arbonne Independent Consultant, NO exceptions. UPGRADE OR DOWNGRADE A GUEST S PACKAGE From the Registration Confirmation page, make the appropriate changes. INFANT REGISTRATION Arbonne recognizes the importance of family and that infants need to be with their parents. GTC participants must register any accompanying infant (any child under age 3). (The venue requires Arbonne to carry certain licenses, as well as insurance and onsite medical personnel.) Infant Registration Fee: $50 (nonrefundable and nontransferable) An additional seat will not be provided for the infant. Register your infant on the Guest Registration form.

4 AGE All GTC 2015 attendees must be 18 years or older unless they are a registered infant under age 3, for which an Infant Registration Fee has been paid. PAYMENT TERMS All GTC participants, including registered guests, must pay the applicable conference fee in order to secure a spot at GTC. Payment for all conference fees is by credit card only (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover). CAN, UK, AUS, POL Independent Consultants: Transactions will be processed using the conversion rate as set by the Independent Consultant s banking institution. SPACE AVAILABILITY Conference availability is on a first-come, first-served basis to those who pay the applicable conference fee. ATTENDANCE Any Independent Consultant or guest who does not attend GTC 2015 and did not cancel their registration will be considered a no-show. No-shows will not receive any type of refund, training or registration materials, or other items distributed by Arbonne at the conference. CANCELLATION POLICY CONSULTANT & GUEST The cancellation deadline for GTC 2015 is February 28, Independent Consultants will have the ability to cancel their own conference registration as well any guest conference registrations purchased via the GTC 2015 registration section. The cancellation option will be available October 15, 2014 February 28, 2015, on the Registration Confirmation page. On the Registration Confirmation page, select the registration you need to cancel; click Submit. You will receive an confirming your cancellation. Cancellation deadline: February 28, Cancellations received on or before February 28, 2015, will receive an 80% Conference Fee refund. To reinstate a canceled registration, call Customer Service. Independent Consultants can cancel a guest conference registration without canceling their own conference registration. Independent Consultants who cancel their conference registration (either the Independent Consultant and/or guest) by the February 28, 2015, cancellation deadline date will receive an 80% refund of the conference fee. The refund will be processed back to the original credit card used. Refunds will be processed between 3 4 weeks of receiving the cancellation. Independent Consultants who partake in the three-month or two-month installment payment plan and cancel their conference registration or their guest conference registration (if applicable) by the February 28, 2015, cancellation deadline date will be refunded 80% of the installment payments made. The Independent Consultant Conference Fee is nontransferable, no exceptions.

5 PURE VIBE CELEBRATION To cancel and receive a refund for the Pure Vibe Celebration, log in to arbonne.com > Consultants > Events > GTC Submit your cancellation from the Registration Confirmation page. Cancellations for the Pure Vibe Celebration must be received no later than Monday, April 13, Cancellations will not be accepted after this deadline, as Arbonne has already guaranteed your attendance to this special function. EARNED GTC INCENTIVE Independent Consultants who qualify and earn their way to GTC 2015 and cancel their registration will forfeit the earned GTC 2015 Incentive (registration and/or hotel reservation, if applicable). The GTC 2015 Incentive cannot be transferred to another Consultant. No cash value or credits will be issued. No substitutions apply. NO-SHOWS Any Independent Consultant or guest who does not attend GTC 2015 will be considered a no-show. No-shows will not receive any type of refund, training or registration materials, or other items distributed by Arbonne at GTC MGM GRAND HOTEL CANCELLATION POLICY To avoid cancellation charges, room reservations must be canceled no less than 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date. Reservations canceled on or before 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date will be refunded the first night s room and tax that was charged at the time of booking. First night s guest room and tax charges will not be refunded on any reservations canceled after the 48-hour cancellation deadline. NOTE: Independent Consultants who do not check in on their scheduled arrival date are considered no-shows, will be charged one night room and tax, and will not receive a refund. MGM GRAND HOTEL HOUSING & AIRLINE DISCOUNT DISCLAIMER All hotel rates, cancellations, terms, conditions and changes are subject to MGM Grand Hotel ( MGM ) policies. All airfares, cancellations, terms, conditions and changes to itinerary are subject to each respective airline listed below. Arbonne makes no representation, warranty or guarantee on rates, terms, conditions or availability of hotel rooms. Although rates are discounted, hotel room availability is subject to change. IN NO EVENT SHALL ARBONNE OR ARBONNE AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OR IN CONNECTION WITH RESERVATIONS, OCCUPANCY, PRICING OR DISCOUNTS OFFERED BY MGM AND/OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE FLIGHTS OR DISCOUNTS OFFERED BY THE AIRLINE.
