MAKING A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ELIGIBILITY: The Ariat The Longest Ride Sweepstakes (the Sweepstakes ) is open to legal residents of the 50 United States, including the District of Columbia, age 18 or older at the time of entry. Void in Puerto Rico, outside the U.S., and wherever else prohibited by law. Employees and directors of Ariat International, Inc. ( Sponsor ), Eclipse Advertising, Inc. ( Administrator ), Twentieth Century Fox Film Corporation and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retail dealers, advertising and promotional agencies and printing vendors ( Promotion Entities ) (and their immediate family members or those living in the same household with such individuals), are not eligible to participate. Sweepstakes is and shall hereafter be subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. SWEEPSTAKES TIMING: The Sweepstakes begins on Thursday, March 5, 2015 and ends on Wednesday, March 18, 2015 (the Sweepstakes Period ). HOW TO ENTER: Visit complete the entry form in its entirety and submit ( Online Entry ). Online Entries must be received between 9:30 AM Pacific Standard Time ("PST") on Thursday, March 5, 2015 and 9:30 AM PST on Wednesday, March 18, 2015 (the "Sweepstakes Entry Period"). Online entrants are subject to all notices posted online including but not limited to the Sponsor s Privacy Policy. Limit one (1) Online Entry per person or e- mail address regardless if entrant has more than one address. Online Entries generated by a script, macro or use of automated devices will be disqualified. Although subsequent attempts to enter may be received, only the first entry received from a particular individual account will be eligible; subsequent attempts to enter will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute, online entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the Authorized Account Holder of the address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized Account Holder" means the natural person who is assigned to an address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. 1 P a g e

2 PRIZE/DISCOUNTS APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE ( ARV )/ODDS: There will be one (1) Grand Prize for a trip for two (2) to Los Angeles, California for the LA Movie Premiere of The Longest Ride currently scheduled for April 6, The trip will consist of the following: Airfare: Round-trip coach airfare for two (2) individuals (the winner and a guest) from closest major airport to the winner s residence as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion to Los Angeles, California. Winner and travel companion/guest must travel on same itinerary. Airline restrictions apply. Hotel Accommodations: A 3-day/2-night stay for two (2) individuals (one standard room with double occupancy, room & tax only) at a hotel in Los Angeles, California. Some restrictions may apply. Advance reservations are required and are subject to blackout dates, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Round-trip airport transfers in Los Angeles, California. Round-trip transportation from hotel to the movie premiere in Los Angeles, California $1,000 Ariat makeover. Total ARV of Grand Prize: $4, ARV is as of date of printing of these Official Rules. The difference in value of prize as stated herein and value at time of prize notification, if any, will not be awarded. The approximate travel dates are anticipated as April 5, 2015 through April 7, 2015 based on the current date of the LA Movie Premiere of The Longest Ride, but are subject to change in Sponsor s sole discretion. If the Grand Prize winner is unable to participate in the Grand Prize trip during the dates set forth by Sponsor, the Grand Prize will be forfeited in its entirety. Nothing set forth herein shall be construed to require the Premiere to be held at any particular time, or at all. In the event that the Premiere listed in the Grand Prize description does not or cannot take place as scheduled or at all, for reasons included but not limited to scheduling conflicts, cancellations, postponement, an event of force majeure, or for any other reason, then the Grand Prize winner will receive the remaining components of the Grand Prize, which shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsor s prize obligation to the Grand Prize winner, and no other or additional compensation will be awarded. In the event the Grand Prize winner and/or his or her companion engages in behavior that, as determined by Sponsor in their sole discretion, is obnoxious or threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, Sponsor reserve the right to terminate the Premiere experience early, in whole or in part, and send the Grand Prize winner and/or his or her companion home with no further compensation. 3 Random Drawing: The winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about Thursday, March 19, 2015 from among all eligible entries received. Drawing will be conducted by Sweepstakes Administrator, an independent judging organization, whose decisions in all matters relating to this sweepstakes are final. Potential winner will be notified by Sweepstakes Administrator, via and/or phone, and will be required to sign and return, within three (3) days of notification, an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Waiver, a W-9 Form and where allowable, a Publicity Release (collectively, "the Releases"). Travel companion of winner will also be required to sign a travel liability waiver. Noncompliance will result in disqualification and an alternate winner being selected. Trip must be taken on dates specified by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited in its entirety. The prize package will be awarded within approximately 10 days after the winner is verified. If a winner is otherwise eligible under these Official Rules, but is nevertheless deemed a minor in his or her state of primary residence, the prize will be awarded in the name of winner's parent or legal guardian who will be required to execute and return Affidavit/Release on minor s behalf. If prize notification is returned as undeliverable or if the selected winner cannot accept or receive the prize for any reason, or he/she is not in compliance with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected in a separate random drawing. Prize Conditions: All travel related expenses for ground transportation to and from home, any transportation during the trip not specified in the prize package, taxes, gratuities, incidentals, upgrades, insurance, service charges, airport surcharges, departure taxes, hotel, resort or property fees, food & beverage and personal expenses such as telephone/internet charges, and gift shop purchases are the sole responsibility of prize winner. Winner and travel companion must travel on same itinerary. Winner and travel companion must have valid photo ID prior to departure. Prize must be used by dates specified or prize will be forfeited. Travel is subject to availability and must be used on dates specified by Sponsor. All hotel reservations are based on availability and all holidays are excluded. Accommodations are subject to availability at time of reservation. Blackout dates may apply, advance booking requirements and travel restrictions may apply. Availability is subject to factors such as weather, seasonality and space availability. Reservations are subject to availability. If weather affects the ability for winner and his/her guest to redeem any portion of prize during the scheduled date and time, then the Sponsor shall have no further obligation to the winner and/or guest other than to supply the remaining elements of the prize package minus the unused portion of prize. If for any reason whatsoever, winner and/or guests are unable to travel after all travel arrangements have been made and paid, the Sponsor shall have no further obligation to the winner. If Grand Prize is forfeited prior to Sponsor finalizing and paying for travel, and there is sufficient time to notify an alternate winner, the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner in a separate random drawing from among all non-winning eligible entries. Winner and guest are responsible for obtaining the proper travel documentation (e.g., valid photo ID) prior to travel. Winner must redeem the Ariat $1,000 makeover by selecting and ordering the Ariat product based on current availability by April 30, 2015 or the makeover portion of the prize will be forfeited in its entirety 3 P a g e

4 Prize is not redeemable for cash. Prize is non-assignable or transferable. No substitution is permitted except if prize is unavailable, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. No cash in lieu of prizes and no exchange or substitution of prizes, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Any other incidental expenses on prize not specified herein are the winner s sole responsibility. Grand Prize Winner is responsible for all federal, state, local and income taxes associated with winning prize. Grand Prize Winner will be required to furnish his/her social security number for the sole purpose of preparation of any tax forms as required by law. Except where prohibited by law, entry and acceptance of prize constitute permission to use winner's name, prize won, hometown, likeness, video tape, photographs, and statements for purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity (including online posting) in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification or permission. GENERAL: By entering, each entrant agrees to hold harmless and indemnify the Sponsor, Twentieth Century Fox Film Corporation and their subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents, its advertising/promotions agencies, participating retailers, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, offices, employees, agents and suppliers, against any and all liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described) due to any injuries, theft, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from (a) acceptance, receipt, possession, misuse or use of any prize; (b) participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity or participation in this Sweepstakes; (c) any malfunction of the entry website; (d) any error in the collection or retention of entry information; or (e) any typographical or other error in the printing, offering or announcement of any prize. Winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participating in this Sweepstakes or use or redemption of any prize. All merchandise prizes are awarded as is with no at-law or implied warranties whatsoever. By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Independent Sweepstakes Administrator. Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with, or utilized in, this Sweepstakes, or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing and/or transmissions in the Sweepstakes. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or authorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of due to technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or combination thereof, including injury or damage to participants or to any other person s computer related to, or resulting from, participating in or downloading of materials in this Sweepstakes. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including, without limitation, infection by computer virus, bugs, worms, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes, and select winners from all entries 4 P a g e

Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with the mechanics or logistics of this Sweepstakes will be declared ineligible and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the state of California. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrant s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the state of California without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of California or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the state of California. The remedy for any claim shall be limited to actual damages, and in no event shall any party be entitled to recover punitive, exemplary, consequential, or incidental damages, including attorney s fees or other such related costs of bringing a claim, or to rescind this agreement or seek injunctive or any other equitable relief. THE PARTIES HEREBY WAIVE THEIR RIGHT TO JURY TRIAL WITH RESPECT TO ALL CLAIMS AND ISSUES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT WHETHER SOUNDING IN CONTRACT OR TORT, AND INCLUDING ANY CLAIM FOR FRAUDULENT INDUCEMENT THEREOF. PRIVACY: By entering and providing the required entry information, Entrants acknowledge that the Sponsor may also send information, samples or special offers it believes may be of interest to Entrant.
