2 Mountain Lodges of Peru invites you on a cultural exploration of the Urubamba Valley, the celebrated Sacred Valley of the Incas, and the spectacular archaeological site of Machu Picchu, combined with activities in the less visited and uncrowded Lares region north of Cusco, noted for its rural atmosphere, traditional weavers attired in colorful dress, and roving herds of alpacas and llamas an authentic slice of Peruvian life. Itinerary and Rates to be agreed by Both Parties Mountain Lodges of Peru sales representatives and travel specialists can help you to design a customized itinerary that includes accommodations and services pre and post our standard programs. We can modify our basic Sacred Valley and Lares programs to fit the profile of your clients, whether they want challenging day hikes or easy cultural experiences especially designed for families. From airport transfers to a selection of hotels in Lima and Cusco, to an additional night in Aguas Calientes, or an extension to the Amazon jungle, we can provide you with an excellent net rates and quick turnaround service. And we would like to remind you that we can host your group at our own 4-star boutique hotel in Cusco El Mercado, one of the best in Cusco according to Trip Advisor s independent reviews. At the beginning of 2017 we have opened a new 3-star hotel in Cusco - El Retablo Art Boutique B&B, with 17 rooms all handpainted by local artists. Please ask for details and rates. WHAT IS INCLUDED? All transportation services mentioned in the detailed itineraries. Daily activities a-la-carte (Daily choice of hikes, soft adventure or cultural activities). Entrance fees to tourist and archaeological sites (Includes half day entrance to Machu Picchu). Ticket to Huayna Picchu Mountain (subject to availability). 4 or 6 nights (According to the program) of accommodation in lodges/ hotels. All Meals (Except breakfast on day 1 and dinner on the last day of the program). Services of professional guides (Excluding moments in the program which are labeled on your own). All gratuities (Excluding guides). NOT INCLUDED: Massages Optional Activities: Afternoon visit to Machu Picchu on day 4 or 6 depending on the itinerary Alcoholic beverages Bottled water and sports drinks are not included. In an effort to reduce plastic waste on the trail and at the lodges, we encourage guests to use refillable water bottles. For this purpose, we provide a large supply of the highest-quality filtered water, available at multiple water stations at the lodges. Local taxes (18% IGV) on meals and lodging applicable to Peruvians, foreign residents in Peru and tourists traveling in Peru for 60+ days.

3 Terms and Conditions MINIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS FOR PRIVATE GROUPS A minimum of 8 paying guests is required for private groups, with maximum of two single occupancy rooms. For exclusive use of the lodges we require a minimum of 12 guests. SINGLE OCCUPANCY Requested Single Room: 25% supplement of the retail cost per person. Requested Willing to Share: 10% supplement of the retail cost per person. CHILDREN Children under 12 years old will be granted a 50% discount of the official rate depending on the program, when sharing the room with the parent (Maximum two children per room). Children from 13 to 16 years old will be granted a 25% discount of the official rate depending on the program, when sharing the room with the parent (Maximum two children per room). The discount does not apply in a single room. In case children stay in a single room the full adult rate and single supplement will apply. DEPOSIT AND FULL PAYMENT A non-refundable deposit of US$ per person is due at 90 days prior to departure date. Full payment is required 60 days prior departure date. Full guest information to be handed in 60 days prior to departure date to ensure permits and tickets are secured for the entire group. Additional travel services purchased through MLP may have different payment and cancellation terms. Please inquire your Sales Representative for detailed information. CANCELLATIONS The following cancellation fee apply: Up to 60 days prior to trip start date: US$ per person is not refundable days prior to trip start date: 50% of the total trip cost days prior to trip start date: 100% of the total trip cost. Transfers are only valid until the end of the following year depending on availability. If there is an increase in the rates from one year to the next, the guest will assume the difference.

NOTE: Permits are non-refundable, non-transferable and do not accept changes. EXTRA DAY AT MACHU PICCHU Even though guests have enough time to see the core of Machu Picchu Sanctuary during the regular guided tour, most of our guests realize that they would have liked to stay a little longer since there is so much more to explore, such as climbing Machu Picchu Mountain (permit to be purchased in advance) or hiking to the Inca Bridge or the Sun Gate. Let us know if you want to add this optional day at time of reservation. TRAVEL INSURANCE The Sacred Valley and Lares Adventure is multi-activity program which takes place in remote locations and it contains a certain level of risk. In order to ensure a safe experience for every guest, we kindly request that every guest presents valid proof of insurance coverage as a minimum for Medical Emergency Treatment and Evacuation. Please be careful when assessing and/ or purchasing your insurance policy and make sure that the insurance policy includes Adventure Travel Activities or similar. DEFINITION OF VALID PROOF OF INSURANCE Mountain Lodges of Peru requires presentation of the following information at least 60 days prior to trip start date: Name of Insurance Company and Name of Specific Policy (if applicable) Coverage registration number or code 24hr emergency telephone numbers provided by the insurance company Mountain Lodges of Peru (MLP) partners with an insurance company called BUPA GLOBAL TRAVEL a member of the BUPA Group to offer insurance coverage for Medical Emergency Treatment and Evacuation, including Adventure Travel Activities. Upon your request, MLP may purchase this insurance coverage ON YOUR BEHALF from the mentioned supplier at a rate of US$10 per person per day. The full terms of coverage of the mentioned policy can be found at: In the event that a guest has not presented valid proof of insurance to MLP at least 30 days prior to the trip start date, MLP will provide the aforementioned insurance policy at the rate of US$10 per person per day, for the duration of the itinerary purchased through MLP.
