2 TERMS AND CONDITIONS How To Book Forward our completed Tour Booking Form (below), a copy of the front page of your passport, and a non-refundable deposit of $300 per person. Final Payment Will be due 6 weeks prior to departure. Friday 08 February Cancellations: If Wildside Travel cancels the trip, for reasons beyond our control, you are due a full refund of all monies paid. If you wish to cancel, your deposit remains nonrefundable, if you have paid in full prior to 08 February a refund will be calculated according to Accommodation refund policies and Event Management guidelines. No refunds will be given after 08 February. We recommend you take out insurance cover early, so you are covered for all monies paid at any time. Insurance: We consider Insurance mandatory, even for short trips to the Pacific. It is a good idea to take this out at the same time as paying the deposit, so non-refundable monies paid are covered should you need to cancel. Those over 50 years of age will attract higher premiums, as well as anyone specifying existing medical conditions. Please contact us for updates on these extras. We sell KIWI HOLIDAY INSURANCE. Prices All prices stated herein are based on event rates for We have access to allotments on all services, but first in first served. Any changes (if at all) will be notified early and well before any due dates. Room Types The tour cost is based on Garden Suite at Paradise Cove, we have access to allotments and should availability of this room type be unavailable, alternative categories will be offered, and notified early. You may request alternate room categories i.e., Beachfront...please ask for a quote. If you would like to book a Single room there is an additional charge of $440 for Garden Suite. Rarotonga Accommodation Please ask us about staying on in Rarotonga, we can round out your trip in one easy package. Race Registration: Race Entry forms will be sent out prior to full payment due date (February 2019), so you may leave your race category decision until then. The full race package cost of $225 is included in the price as detailed on the front page, this is the same for 21km or 10km entries. Supporters $140 includes Pasta Diner, Event T-shirt and Prize Giving Dinner. (Deduct $85 from package price) Travel documents All participants must be in possession of a valid passport (valid for 6 months after the date of your return) and all visas, permits required for your passport type. It is ultimately your responsibility to have the necessary documentation to travel. New Zealand passport holders do not require a visa for Rarotonga, if you have another type of passport, please let us know.

I acknowledge this can prove to be a tough environment to run/race in and that the nature of this sort of travel will always have its risks. I understand that I am booking a soft- adventure / event holiday and standards such as accommodations, transport, medical service and other event factors will not be of the same standard that I/we are used to at home, or that might be found on a conventional holiday.
