Travel Insurance (available for $109 per person); Delta airline luggage fees; Meals other than breakfast; sightseeing tours in London; items of personal nature; and passport fees. Passport Requirements: All passengers are required to have a valid passport for this trip. The fees for a passport are around $160 and it will take about 4-6 weeks to process your passport application. If you already have a passport, please make sure it will not expire prior to December, If you are not a US Citizen, please contact GalaxSea Cruises & Tours for the required documents. Travel Protection Insurance: A comprehensive travel insurance plan is available to protect you and your vacation costs. This cost is offered thru Delta Vacations for $109 per person. This plan must be purchased with your initial deposit to be covered. The comprehensive plan includes protection for cancellation fees, travel delays, lost/delayed baggage, medical reimbursement, emergency evacuation, and 24 hour emergency assistance service. A description of coverage will be included with your final travel documents. To receive a copy before departure, please contact GalaxSea Cruises & Tours. How Do I Sign Up? Reservations are being accepted now and are sold first-come, first-served. Check, cash, money order, or most major credit cards are accepted for your initial deposit of $ per person, plus insurance. Once your deposit is made, a letter will be sent confirming your space. Legal names are required as they appear on your passport, along with date of birth, telephone number, and mailing address. For your convenience a reservation form is enclosed for you to complete and mail with your payment. You may copy this flyer for your friends or family. Payment Schedule: Act quickly to sign up and reserve your space. Space is limited and is sold first come, first served Reservations close on our rate program on May 31 st, or whenever our space sells out. The deposit of $500 per person is required at the time you make your reservation. Travel insurance ($109) is also required with your first deposit. We will collect another $500 per person payment by June 14 th. Your final balance will be due by August 13, Other monthly payment plans are available.

4 Consumer Terms and Conditions GalaxSea Cruises & Tours, MSSU, and Southern Safari are acting as mere agents for the Tour companies, Airline, & Hotel SUPPLIERS in selling travel related services, or in accepting reservations or bookings for services that are not directly supplied by GalaxSea Cruises & Tours (parties). These parties, therefore, shall not be responsible for breach of contract or any intentional careless actions or omissions on part of such suppliers, which result in any loss, damage, delay, or injury to you or your companions or group members. Unless the term guaranteed is specifically stated in schedule, or handling of personal effects. These parties shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages or losses caused to any traveler in connection with terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction failures or difficulties, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, abnormal conditions or developments, or any other actions, omissions, or conditions outside of their control. These parties are not responsible for cancellation of any service/s and or refunds from any supplier or carrier that may cease operations. Traveler is herby warned of the above risks as well as possible travel industry bankruptcies and medical and climatic disruptions, and is advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage against them. Traveler s retention of tickets, reservations, or bookings after issuance shall constitute consent to the above and an agreement on his/her part and is expected to convey the contents hereto to his/her travel companions or group members. Please purchase with your first payment to obtain coverage. Cancellation fees are charged regardless of your reason to cancel. You and your vacation investment are protected with this plan. This plan includes cancellation coverage, baggage coverage, and medical coverage. A description of the policy will be provided with your travel documents.
