GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS OCTOBER 2015 Tour Fare Includes: Round trip transpacific air from Toronto, private motor coach land travel, private transfers between airport and hotel. U.S. Air taxes & governmental fees, and fuel surcharges. 4* & 5* class hotel accommodations based on standard twin-bedded rooms with private facilities. Tour fares shown are quoted on a per person double occupancy rate. Rate for triple occupancy is as same as that for double occupancy. Triple room is a twin-bedded standard room adding a rollaway bed. Single occupancy is subject to Single Supplement charge of $600. Air Business Class upgrade is available for $9000 pp. Comprehensive sightseeing, including admission/entrance fees are included per itinerary. The arrangements of these programs are determined by local tour operator and are based on local circumstances such as weather, traffic, holidays, etc. Daily meals and local flavors are included as specified in the itinerary. Buffet style American breakfast is served at all the hotels on your trip. For a group travel of each tour bus, a professional tour guide is assigned along the program to offer local guiding services. Luggage handling services are included throughout China. Gratuities for local guides, drivers and porters is $60 USD/each passenger for the whole journey is included. Tour fare does not include: Cancellation/Interruption/Medical insurance, Items of personal nature such as laundry, room service, phone bills, excess baggage charges, optional tours, and insurance premium, as well as any items or services not specifically listed in the itinerary are not included. Tour fare validity: All tour fares shown are based on the current value of the US Dollar as of March 1, 2015, and are subject to change. Should US Dollar devalue by 10% Citslinc reserves the right to increase tour prices accordingly. This applies to all tour payments including those that have been paid in full. Passenger Information: Passengers are responsible to ensure that TPI is provided with correctly spelled name, credit card billing address, mailing address, and phone data for each passenger. Terms: Names provided to TPI must match exactly the first, middle, and last name as appearing on passport(s). Failure to do so will result in denial of boarding. Deposit/Final Balance/Form of Payment: A non-refundable deposit of $500 CAD per person paid to Travel Professionals International-Guelph is required to secure your reservation. Reservation will not be confirmed until your deposit is cleared with our company. Final payment is due by July 24, Reservation is subject to cancellation if final payment is not received by due date; the deposit will be forfeited. All credit card payments include the merchant services fees. Cancellation & Refund Notification of tour cancellation for any reason must be in writing. Verbal cancellation by phone is not acceptable. Any cancellation refunds will be calculated from the date the written cancellation is received in our offices. Traveler(s) unable to complete the purchased trip for any reason acknowledge that any and all unused portion(s) of the vacation package is neither refundable nor exchangeable. Should the traveler(s) cancellation change the room configuration and thereby incurs a single supplement charge to a roommate the amount of charge will be deducted from the travelers' refund.

4 This is in addition to any other cancellation fees that may apply. To receive any refund, all air tickets and all other travel documents must be returned to Citslinc. Applicable refunds will be processed promptly following receipt of the written cancellation and documents. Cancellation Penalty Policy makes any cancellation on or after the day of July 24, 2015 passenger lose total deposit $500 per person. Cancellation on/after August 1 st, lose an additional $500/per person. Any cancellation on/after September 1 st, 2015, lose all the payments. Travel Documentation: Passengers must travel with a valid passport. No Visa is required for Thailand or Hong Kong. Itinerary Changes: The world of travel is ever-changing. Therefore, the day-by-day itinerary provided in this flyer is preliminary and subject to adjustment and change. The final verified itinerary will be sent to the passenger approximately two weeks prior to departure. Citslinc pledges to make every effort to follow tour itinerary precisely, however unforeseen situations do occasionally occur. If a hotel or flight in the itinerary becomes unavailable, Citslinc reserves the right to make substitution with hotel/flight of equal standard and quality. Passenger herby agrees to assume all risks of loss, injury or liability, arising out of the excursion that passenger is undertaking in under this agreement. Passenger on behalf of its heirs, and assigns, hereby releases the Citslinc International, Inc., Travel Professionals International and the County & District Law Presidents Association and their officers, directors, agents, employees, successors and assigns (the released parties ), from any and all liability for damage to property or injury or death of any person. Passenger acknowledges that all international travel carries certain risks and that passenger is voluntarily undertaking this optional recreational and educational activity and that the released parties shall have no liability to passenger for property damage or personal injury unless due to the wilful misconduct of the released parties. Due to local conditions at the time of travel, Citslinc International, Inc., Travel Professionals International and CDLPA reserves the right to cancel, advance or postpone any scheduled tour event and may, but it is not obligated to, substitute another event and shall not be liable for any loss whatsoever to the tour participants by reason of any such cancellation, advancement or postponement.
