5 Chapter 032 Happenings Happy Holidays & Happy New Year Recently, I went through the pantry and disposed of the expired food items. I was amazed at how many years some of the things had been expired, some had expired in That lead me to the kitchen cabinets, some of the food items were not as old, but needless to say, it was time, it was time for things to be tossed. Are there things at your house that has expired. It might be a great rainy day project. Same thing with medications, I went into the bathroom and disposed of some items that had expired. Whether it is food stuff or medications, it is just not safe for you to have them in your house. If you need help with this and your family is far away, let me know and I will come over and help you with this project. This was a good reminder for me and it should probably be a yearly project. I have also changed my mindset on over the counter stuff. I have gotten away from some products and I like the natural stuff. Things that are not as mediciney As the holiday seasons are approaching, on behalf of the board of Chapter 032, we wish you to be safe and well. Please pay attention to the dates in this newsletter as they are pretty important. Paul as AD I and I are traveling to the Eureka and Crescent City Chapters and will not be back until the day before the Chapter 032 December meeting. Please pay attention to the Luncheon response dates in this Newsletter. Susan 5 Please remember that you can go on the CalPERS website to check your CalPERS Account, as well as any CalPERS Information
