2 Asset Charge Mdule Intrductin This dcument prvides an verview f hw t setup and track jbsite lcatin charges fr assets, cmmdities and cnsumables within the Trimble AllTrak Clud system. The Asset Charge mdule is an ptinal mdule available with the AllTrak Clud sftware. The Asset Charge mdule enables charges fr Assets, Cmmdities and Cnsumables t be tracked fr Jbsite Lcatins. Charges can be setup as a netime charge, daily charge, r n a time based rate schedule. AllTrak Clud will track the cst f the use f assets n a Jbsite and the Jbsites sub-lcatins based n hw lng thse assets are n the Jbsite. Cmpany Settings: Asset Charge Settings The Asset Charge Settings under Cmpany Settings establishes the default charge settings fr Jbsite Lcatins. Cmpany Default Settings must be saved befre Asset Charges can be setup fr Jbsite Lcatins, Assets, Cmmdities r Cnsumables. Select the apprpriate settings as described belw fr yur cmpany and click Save at the bttm f the Settings panel. Only an Administratr can set the Cmpany default Asset Charge Settings. Wrkdays and Business Hurs The wrkdays and business hurs shuld be set based n what days and hurs yur cmpany typically wrks n jbsites. These settings can be changed fr individual Jbsite Lcatins, but these settings are als used t adjust Time-based asset charges fr Jbsites that d nt fllw the standard settings. Fr this reasn, after being set these settings shuld nt be changed withut careful cnsideratin. Wrkdays: Check the days f the week that yur cmpany typically wrks. Chargeable hurs per day: Enter the number chargeable hurs typically wrked each day n the jbsite. Start Time / End Time: The start time and end time establish a wrk windw during which assets transferred t a jbsite shuld be charged. The wrk windw can be equal t r lnger than the chargeable hurs per day, but it cannt be shrter. Billable days per mnth: Enter the number f chargeable wrkdays that a Time-based charge asset shuld be n the site befre entering the 2 nd mnth f charges. Nte: If yu wrk a 5 day week and treat a mnth as 4 weeks then enter 20. If yu wrk 6 days and treat a mnth as 4 weeks then enter 24. Hlidays The Hlidays cntrl sets up the Hlidays that yur cmpany typically des nt wrk. Hlidays are cnsidered nn-wrkdays. If an individual Jbsite will be wrking n a typical cmpany hliday, the hliday can be remved fr that Jbsite using the Lcatin Settings (described belw). Click n t add a hliday r ther nn-wrking event t the settings. The recurrence f a hliday frm year t year can be setup in multiple ways. Name sets a descriptive name fr the hliday being added. 3 repeat year after year. Recurs every <select date> sets up a Hliday that recurs n the same date year after year. If the Hliday falls n a weekend the day the hliday is recgnized can be adjusted based n the fllwing settings: Nne: the hliday is nly recgnized n the day that if falls. Nearest Wrkday: the hliday shuld be recgnized n the nearest wrkday whether that day precedes r fllws the actual hliday date. If the hliday date falls n a Saturday, then recgnize the preceding Friday as a hliday, if the date falls n a Sunday then recgnize the fllwing Mnday as a hliday. Preceding Wrkday: the hliday is recgnized n the preceding wrkday regardless n which weekend day the hliday falls. If the hliday falls n Saturday r Sunday, recgnize Friday as the hliday. Fllwing Wrkday: the hliday is recgnized n the fllwing wrkday regardless n which weekend day the hliday falls. If the hliday falls n Saturday r Sunday, recgnize Mnday as the hliday. Recurs every <select week> <select day> f <select mnth>: sets up a Hliday that recurs n specific week n the same day f the week in a specific mnth year after year. Fr example in the United States, Memrial Day falls n the last Mnday f May and Labr Day falls n the first Mnday f September. Click Add t add the Hliday t the list f recgnized hlidays. Select a hliday and click t edit the settings fr the hliday. Select a hliday and click t delete the hliday. Charge Adjustments Charge Adjustments enable Markup r Discunt percentages t be setup fr Owned Assets, Rented Assets and Cnsumables. A psitive value will increase the standard amunt charged fr an asset by the percentage entered. A negative value will reduce the standard amunt charged fr an asset by the percentage entered. Minimum Asset Charge Value The Minimum Asset Charge Value establishes what the minimum charge value fr an asset must be in rder fr the asset t be charged t a jbsite. The Asset Charge Value is setup fr an asset when the asset s charge rates are setup. Lcatin Calendar Charge Adjustments The Rental assets charge n hlidays' checkbx sets whether r nt a Rental asset shuld be charged n a Hliday if the hliday falls n a wrkday. Nte: Individual Assets can be set t charge n hlidays r charge 7 days per week regardless f the Lcatin Settings. Lcatin Cap Charge Settings Asset Charge Cap Settings are setup at bth the Lcatin and the Asset Level. 4 Nt Capped: When Nt Capped is selected assets will charge a jbsite the entire time an asset is n the jbsite and charges nly stp when the asset is transferred ff f the jbsite. Use Asset s Cap Settings: When Use Asset s Cap Settings is selected then asset charges will be capped based n hw each individual asset cap setting is setup. Capped (asset charge value) per lcatin: When Capped per lcatin is selected then an asset will stp charging a jbsite nce the amunt f charges t the jbsite frm the time the asset was transferred t the jbsite reaches the asset charge value. Charge Value Capped at: The Charge Value Capped at percentage enables asset cap charges t be capped at a percentage f the Asset Charge Value. 100% caps charges at the Asset Charge Value, 80% caps charges nce jbsite charges reach 80% f the Asset Charge Value, and 115% caps charges nce jbsite charges reach 115% f the Asset Charge Value. Nte: Individual Asset Cap Settings can be setup t verride the Lcatin Settings regardless f the Lcatin setting. Prrate Charge Settings Prrate Charge Settings nly apply t Assets that are setup with Time Base Charges. Prrate Charges d nt affect hw assets using a Daily Charge are charged t the jbsite. Prrate Charges can be selected fr Time Based Daily, Weekly and Mnthly rates. Prrated Charges take affect after an asset has been n a Jbsite fr mre than the time perid fr which Prrate is selected. AllTrak Clud calculates a time perid Prrated Hurly Rate fr each time perid based n the time perid charge amunt divided by the number f hurs in the time perid. Prrate Daily: The Daily Prrated Hurly Rate equals the Daily Charge divided by the number f chargeable hurs per day. After an asset has been n a Jbsite fr a full day, the asset will charge the Jbsite at the Daily Prrated Hurly Rate until the asset has been n the Jbsite lng enugh t reach the weekly rate. Prrate Weekly: The Weekly Prrated Hurly Rate equals the Weekly Charge divided by the number f chargeable hurs per week (hurs per day times wrkdays per week). After an asset has been n a Jbsite fr a full week, the asset will charge the Jbsite at the Weekly Prrated Hurly Rate until the asset has been n the Jbsite lng enugh t reach the mnthly rate. Prrate Mnthly: The Mnthly Prrated Hurly Rate equals the Mnthly Charge divided by the number f chargeable hurs per mnth (hurs per day times wrkdays per mnth). After an asset has been n a Jbsite fr a full mnth, the asset will charge the Jbsite at the Mnthly Prrated Hurly Rate until the asset is transferred ff f the Jbsite. Save Click the Save buttn at the bttm f the Asset Charge Settings panel t save the cmpany defaults fr Lcatin Charge Settings. Lcatin Settings: Asset Charge Tab The Asset Charge Tab when creating a new lcatin r editing a lcatin is nly available fr Jbsite Lcatins. When creating a new Jbsite Lcatin, the Asset Charge settings fr the Jbsite will default t the Cmpany Asset Charge Settings. The Asset Charge settings can be mdified fr each individual Jbsite. There are 2 Asset Charge Settings fr a Jbsite that are setup with the default Cmpany Asset Charge Settings. 5 well as hw a Jbsite s Charge settings may differ frm the Cmpany default settings. Apply charge settings AllTrak Clud enables charges fr a Jbsite t be clsed n a selected date s that n changes can be made t the charges prir t that date. A Jbsite s Charges can be clsed n any date selected by the user. A Jbsite s Charges can be clsed multiple times n different dates. The Apply charge settings selectin sets when mdificatins t a Jbsite s Charge Settings shuld be applied. Previus clsure date: Selecting previus clsure date means that any mdificatins made t the Jbsite s Charge Settings will be applied frm last clsure date fr this Jbsite. If the Jbsite s Charges were last clsed n Octber 25, 2015, then the mdificatins will apply frm Octber 26, 2015 frward. Next clsure date: Selecting Next clsure date means that any mdificatins made t the Jbsite s Charge Settings will nt be applied until after the next time the Jbsite s Charges are clsed. If the Jbsite s Charges were last clsed n Octber 25, 2015 and mdificatins are made t the Jbsite s Charge Settings and the Jbsite is then clsed n Nvember 7, 2015, the mdificatins will nt apply t the Jbsite until Nvember 8, Time Zne The time zne fr a lcatin will autmatically default t current time zne f the brwser being used t access AllTrak Clud. Typically, this shuld be yur current time zne. The time zne is represented as an ffset frm GMT (Greenwich Mean Time). Yu can change the time zne fr the Jbsite by adjusting the ffset frm GMT time. The time zne des affect the Start and End Time f the wrking day n a jbsite. Wrkdays and Business Hurs The wrkdays and business hurs shuld be set based n what days and hurs this Jbsite is being perated. Daily Charges and Time based charges will autmatically be adjusted t accunt fr lnger r shrter wrkdays, wrkweeks and wrk mnths. Wrkdays: Check the days f the week that are wrking days fr this Jbsite. Chargeable hurs per day: Enter the number chargeable hurs being wrked n this Jbsite. Start Time / End Time: The start time and end time establish a wrk windw during which assets transferred t a jbsite shuld be charged. If this Jbsite is wrking a 12 hur day instead f a typical 8 hur day then the wrk windw will need t be adjusted t accunt fr the lnger wrking day. The wrk windw can be equal t r lnger than the chargeable hurs per day, but it cannt be shrter. Billable days per mnth: If this jb is wrking 6 days per week and the default wrk week is 5 days per week, yu shuld adjust the billable days per mnth accrdingly. Nte: If yu wrk a 5 day week and treat a mnth as 4 weeks then enter 20. If yu wrk 6 days and treat a mnth as 4 weeks then enter 24. Hw changes t the default wrkday settings impact charges: Daily Charges and Time Based Charges (Daily, Weekly, Mnthly) are affected by changes t a Lcatin s wrkhurs per day, wrkdays per week, and wrkdays per mnth. An adjustment factr is calculated fr the lcatin based n these settings. If the standard wrk day is 8 hurs and this lcatin wrks 10 hurs then daily rates then the day is 25% lnger than standard s daily charges are increased by 25% t accunt fr the additinal time tls are used n the jbsite. 6 hurs per day ttaling 40 hurs per week and this jbsite is wrking 6 days and 10 hurs per day ttaling 60 hurs per week then the week is 50% lnger than standard. In this case weekly charges are increased by 50% t accunt fr the additinal hurs wrked. Taking this example t a full mnth where the standard mnth is 160 hurs (20 days * 8 hurs), the increase is 24 days * 10 hurs ttaling 240 hurs which is als a 50% increase fr the mnth. Hlidays Add r remve Hlidays fr this Jbsite. Charge Adjustments Different prjects are estimated and cntracted differently. Enter the apprpriate Charge Adjustments as a Markup r Discunt percentages fr this Jbsite. A psitive value will increase the standard amunt charged fr an asset by the percentage entered. A negative value will reduce the standard amunt charged fr an asset by the percentage entered. Minimum Asset Charge Value Enter the Minimum Value fr an Asset t be charged t this jbsite. If an asset must have a value f $300 t be charged t this Jbsite, then enter 300. 7 Sub-lcatins f a Jbsite Jbsites may have ther Jbsites, Emplyees and Cntainers as a sub-lcatin. Asset Charge calculatins are always run and cnslidated fr the Parent Jbsite and all f its sub-lcatins. Jbsite as a sub-lcatin A Jbsite that is a sub-lcatin f anther Jbsite can be setup with different Charge Settings than the parent jbsite. Fr example if a Parent Jbsite is setup t wrk 8 hurs a day, 5 days a week, it may als cntain a sub-lcatin Jbsite that is setup t wrk 16 hurs a day, 6 days a week. Charges fr assets at each f the Jbsite lcatins are calculated based n that Jbsite s settings, but the charges are cnslidated in a reprt run fr the Parent Jbsite. Emplyees and Cntainers Charge Settings are nt setup fr either Emplyee r Cntainer lcatins. When an Emplyee r Cntainer is dragged t be a sub-lcatin f a Jbsite, it will assume the Charge Settings f its immediate Parent Jbsite. When an Emplyee r Cntainer is mved in and ut f a Jbsite a transfer is autmatically generated fr every asset at the Emplyee r Cntainer lcatin t ensure that charges are tracked prperly. The transfer reprt is available in the Transfer Histry tab f the Transfer Cart. Setting up Charges fr Unique Assets, Cmmdities and Cnsumables Hw much t charge a Jbsite fr the use f a Unique Asset, Cmmdity r Cnsumable must be setup in the system fr each asset. If the Asset Charge mdule is activated there, a Charges tab will be available when adding r editing an asset. Cnsumables Cnsumables may have the fllwing Charge Settings: N Charge: A Jbsite is nt charged fr any f these Cnsumables. One Time Charge: A Jbsite is charged a One Time amunt when the Cnsumable is transferred t the Jbsite. One Time Charge edit bx: Enter the amunt a Jbsite shuld be charged fr each Cnsumable transferred t the Jbsite. If Cnsumables are transferred ut f a Jbsite (e.g. back t the warehuse r t anther Jbsite), then the Jbsite will receive a credit fr the Cnsumables transferred ut f the Jbsite. Cmmdities Cmmdities may have the fllwing Charge Settings: N Charge: A Jbsite is nt charged fr any f these Cmmdities. One Time Charge: A Jbsite is charged a One Time amunt when a Cmmdity is transferred t the Jbsite. One Time Charge edit bx: Enter the amunt a Jbsite shuld be charged fr each Cmmdity transferred t the Jbsite. Daily Charge: A Jbsite is charged a set amunt fr each wrkday the Cmmdity is n the Jbsite. Charge Value: The charge amunt is the value f the Cmmdity and sets the Cap amunt fr the Cmmdity. 8 Assets same type may have different purchase prices and the charge value enables cnsistency. Daily Charge: Enter the amunt t charge a Jbsite fr each wrkday the Cmmdity is n the Jbsite. Charges fr Assets that utilize an Asset Template are set fr the Asset Template and nt the individual Asset. When creating r editing an Asset the Charges tab will display the charges and enable yu t jump t the Asset Template t set r mdify the Charge Settings. All Assets assciated with an Asset Template are charged at the same rate and any mdificatin t the charge settings apply t all assciated Assets. If an Asset is nt assciated with an Asset Template, the Charge settings can be set n the Charges tab. An Asset r Asset Template may have the fllwing Charge settings. Charge Value: The Charge Value must be set fr an asset regardless f which Charge Type is selected. This is the value f the Asset and sets the Cap amunt fr the Asset. This value is used instead f the purchase price because assets f the same type may have different purchase prices and the charge value enables cnsistency. N Charge: A Jbsite is nt charged fr this Asset. One Time Charge: A Jbsite is charged a One Time amunt when this Asset is transferred t the Jbsite. One Time Charge edit bx: Enter the amunt a Jbsite shuld be charged when the Asset is transferred t the Jbsite. Daily Charge: A Jbsite is charged a set amunt fr each wrkday the Asset is n the Jbsite. Daily Charge: Enter the amunt t charge a Jbsite fr each wrkday the Asset is n the Jbsite. Time Based Charge: Selecting Time Base Charge will display a Rate Schedule setup the charge rates fr Hurly, Daily, Weekly and Mnthly time perids. Hurly Rate: Enter the amunt t charge a Jbsite fr each wrkhur an asset is n the Jbsite. After hurs, use the fllwing Daily Rate: Enter the number f wrkhurs an asset must be n the Jbsite befre the Daily Rate applies. Daily Rate: Enter the amunt t charge fr each wrkday the asset is n the Jbsite. After days, use the fllwing Weekly Rate: Enter the number f wrkdays an asset must be n the Jbsite befre the Weekly Rate applies. Weekly Rate: Enter the amunt t charge fr each wrkweek the asset is n the Jbsite. After days, use the fllwing Mnthly Rate: Enter the number f wrkdays an asset must be n the Jbsite befre the Mnthly Rate applies. Mnthly Rate: Enter the amunt t charge fr each wrkweek the asset is n the Jbsite. Nte: It is nt required t use all time perids in the rate schedule. The rate schedule can be setup withut an hurly rate and start with the Daily Rate. In this case, the Hurly Rate and the After hurs, use the fllwing Daily Rate shuld nt be entered. 9 the Weekly and Mnthly Rates as defined. An Asset can be setup with a Weekly nly rate r a Mnthly nly rate. Skipping a time perid (Hurly Rate and Weekly Rate, but n Daily Rate) is nt allwed. Asset Charge Adjustments: Individual Assets and Asset Templates allw fr Cap Settings and Hliday Charge Settings t be set fr individual Assets. Always fllw Asset cap Settings: Selecting this checkbx frces this Asset t fllw the Asset Cap settings regardless f a Jbsite s Cap settings. If this bx is unchecked then the Asset will always fllw the rules established by the Jbsite (ne f which is t fllw the Asset s Cap setting. Nt Capped: When Nt Capped is selected assets will charge a jbsite the entire time an asset is n the jbsite and charges nly stp when the asset is transferred ff f the jbsite. Capped (asset charge value) per lcatin: When Capped per lcatin is selected then an asset will stp charging a jbsite nce the amunt f charges t the jbsite frm the time the asset was transferred t the jbsite reaches the asset charge value. 11 Running Asset Charges Asset Charges are run fr Parent Jbsites and their sub-lcatins in Charges View. The Charges View cntains a Lcatin Tree and a Charges Panel with 3 Tabs. The Charges View enables yu t view what assets have charges pending n a Jbsite, run Open Charge reprts t preview charges fr a Jbsite fr a specified time perid, and t clse the charges fr a Jbsite nce they have been reviewed. An AllTrak Clud user s rle must have privileges t run and view Charge reprts and additinal privileges t clse charges fr a Jbsite. These privileges are set in the Emplyee View n the Rles tab. Pending Charges Tab Pending Charges displays Assets, Cmmdities, and Cnsumables that have charges pending fr the Jbsite selected in the Lcatin Tree. Assets will appear in this view even if they have been transferred ff the selected Jbsite if Charges fr the Jbsite have nt been clsed since the assets were transferred ff the Jbsite. Lcatin Tree The Lcatin Tree is filtered t display Jbsites and Lcatin Grups that cntain Jbsites. The Charges panel displays the assets n a jbsite and its sub-lcatins (Jbsites, Emplyees, and Cntainers). The Lcatin Tree can be expanded by clicking n at the tp f the tree view r next t a specific lcatin. Sub-lcatins may be selected t display just the assets at that lcatin and its children. Charges are always run fr the tp level Parent Jbsite and my nt be run individually fr a sub-lcatin f the Parent Jbsite. Plug Charges Plug r ad hc charges can be added t a jbsite in the Pending Charges tab. Plug charges are used t add additinal csts (e.g. delivery charge) r credits (e.g. vercharge) t a jbsite. Click Add Plug at the tp f the Pending Charges panel t add a Plug Charge. Enter a descriptin fr the charge. Enter the amunt f the charge (a negative value will act as a credit t the jbsite). Enter r select the date the charge ccurred. Add any ntes abut the charge. If an Asset was selected in the grid prir t clicking n Add Plug then the charge will be assciated with the selected Asset and the Scan Cde and r Alternate Cde will display in their respective fields. Select a Plug Charge in the grid and click Edit Plug t make changes. Select a Plug Charge in the grid and click Delete Plug t delete the charge. Run Charges Click t Run an Open Charge reprt fr the selected Jbsite. This ptin is nly available fr a tp level Jbsite. If yu have a Jbsite selected and this ptin is nt available, navigate the Lcatin Tree t select the Parent Jbsite. Select Clsure Date: A ppup will appear where yu can select the desired date t run the Charges thrugh. 12 selected Jbsite. If the Charges have never been Clsed then Charges will be run frm the date the 1 st asset was transferred t the Jbsite. Any day since the last clsure thrugh the day befre the current date (yesterday) may be selected. The current date cannt be selected because the day is nt ver. Click n Run Charges t generate the Open Charges reprt fr the selected time perid. The Open Charges tab with the Jbsite fr whm the Open Charge reprt is generating selected will pen autmatically while the Open Charge Reprt is generated. Run Charges fr a Lcatin Grup Select a Lcatin Grup in the hierarch and Click Jbsite under the selected Lcatin Grup. t Run an Open Charge reprt fr every Select Clsure Date: A ppup will appear where yu can select the desired date t run the charges thrugh fr every Jbsite cntained in the selected Lcatin Grup. Charges are always run frm the day after the last clsure date fr the Jbsites. Yu can select any day after the last clsure date thrugh the day befre the current date. Click n Run Charges t generate the Open Charges reprt fr the selected time perid. A single Open Charges Reprt will be created that cntains the charges infrmatin fr each Jbsite cntained in the Lcatin Grup Open Charges Tab The Open Charges tab displays all Open Charge reprts fr the Jbsites. The Lcatin Tree is filtered t nly display Lcatin Grups that cntain Jbsites and tp level Parent Jbsites. Select All in the Lcatin tree t view the Open Charge reprts fr all Jbsites. There can nly be ne Open Charge reprt per Jbsite at ne time. Click n refresh t update the grid view t shw the newly generated Open Charges reprt. When the reprt displays n the grid, cnfirm that the date fr the reprt is crrect. If the date is fr an lder reprt, click n refresh t update the list. The Open Charges reprt will be generated in bth a PDF and an Excel frmat. Each reprt can be dwnladed and pened by clicking n the crrespnding reprt icn t the right f the desired reprt. Review the reprt t determine that the chargers are crrect. If charge adjustments are needed, return t the Pending Charges tab t add plug charges t the Jbsite. If an asset is missing r is n the Jbsite when it shuld have been transferred ff f the Jbsite yu may be able t back date a transfer t crrect the errr. Cmmdities and Cnsumables cannt be transferred using a back date. After the adjustments have been made, run charges again t generate an updated reprt. Clsing Jbsite Charges Jbsite Charges can be Clsed frm the Open Charge tab by selecting the desired Open Charges reprt(s) that are ready t be Clsed and click n. Warning: Once Jbsite charges have been Clsed fr a specified time perid they cannt be repened r mdified. This als means that any changes t Asset Charge Settings r Lcatin Charge Settings will nt affect any Charges that have already been clsed. Hwever, changes will impact charges that are still Open. 13 prir t the last clsure date f the Jbsite will be applied in the next clsure time perid. Fr example, if a Jbsite s Charges are clsed n Octber 15, 2015 and later an asset is transferred t the Jbsite as f Octber 10, 2015, the charges frm Octber that shuld have charged in the Octber 15 Clsed Charges reprt will be reflected in the next Clsure reprt. Nte: Multiple Open Charge reprts can be Clsed in ne step by selecting multiple Open Charge reprts in the Open Charges tab and clicking n. This shuld be dne with cautin since Clsing Charges is final and cannt be undne. Clsing a Lcatin Grup Open Charge Reprt: Yu can select a Lcatin Grup Charge Reprt and click n. This will Clse the Charges fr all Jbsites with Open Charges that were run fr Lcatin Grup. While running Open Charges fr a Lcatin Grup will nly create a cmbined Open Charge reprt cntaining all Jbsites, the Clse prcess will generate bth a Cmbined Clsed Charge Reprt cntaining all Jbsites and individual Clsed Charge reprts fr each Jbsite. Clsed Charges Tab The Clsed Charges tab displays all Clsed Charge reprts fr the Jbsites. The Lcatin Tree is filtered t nly display Lcatin Grups that cntain Jbsites and tp level Parent Jbsites. Select All in the Lcatin tree t view the Clsed Charge reprts fr all Jbsites. There can be multiple Clsed Charge reprts fr each Jbsite. These reprts can be dwnladed and viewed by clicking n the PDF r Excel icn n the right side f the desired reprt. The Clsed Charge reprts cannt be deleted frm the system and are always available. The list f Clsed Charge reprts can be filtered by entering a Date range in the Start and End Date bxes and clicking n Search. Reprt Page - Lcatin Charge Reprt The Lcatin Charge Reprt available n the Reprt Page can be used t summarize multiple Clsed Charge Reprts fr a Lcatin int a single reprt. A date range must be entered and all Charge Reprts that were Clsed within the date range fr the selected lcatin(s) will be cmbined int a single reprt. The reprt is divided int different sectins fr each selected lcatin. Emplyee Rles There are 3 Additinal Privileges that can be selected fr an Emplyee Rle that are related t the Asset Charge mdule. Can this emplyee view jbsite charges? Set this ptin t Yes in rder fr an emplyee with this Rle t be able access the Charges View and run Open Charge reprts fr Jbsites. This setting des nt enable the emplyee t Clse charge reprts. Can this emplyee clse jbsite charges? Set this ptin t Yes in rder fr an emplyee t be able t Clse an Open Charge Reprt. This ptin shuld nly be set fr emplyees qualified t verify that charges are ready t be clsed. Selecting this ptin autmatically sets the view jbsite charges ptin t yes. 14 Charge Calculatins AllTrak Clud calculates the current charges fr an asset by calculating the ttal amunt the jbsite shuld be charged fr the asset since it arrived n site thrugh the selected clsure date and subtracting the ttal amunt f previusly clsed charges fr the asset. AllTrak Clud is able t adjust charges in situatins where a jbsite was charged at higher rate in ne time perid, but the asset remains n site lng enugh t reach a discunt threshld. Fr example, an asset is n site fr 2 days prir t the mnthly clsure date and charged at the daily rate, the asset remains n site reaching the mnthly rate threshld, s it shuld be charged at the mnthly rate.
