3 ABOUT CRYPTON VENTURE CAPITAL Crypton VC is a blockchain / cryptocurrency venture capital fund, managed by team which has extensive experience (over 15 years) in setting up and managing investment funds, as well as conducting investment processes. Our team have invested more than $150M, especially in FinTech / Blockchain / Internet / IT / MedTech projects. GOALS Crypton VC is a venture capital fund based on an ICO financial instrument that collecting funds as cryptocurrency for the creation of Crypton venture capital fund in exchange for digital assets (Crypton tokens - CRN). The fund will invest in hi-tech startups from the FinTech area, based on Blockchain; as well as cryptocurrency and other ICOs. For tokenizable projects in our defined portfolio, we will also anticipate launch for them ICO separately. Crypton token holders will receive 30% of digital assets (tokens) from the pool of each subsequent ICO which will be launched by Crypton fund. 8 BENEFITS FOR CRYPTON TOKEN HOLDERS The Crypton tokens will be issued to the stock exchanges in the first months after ICO, with the possibility of their free sale or buy. We are in talks with cryptocurrency exchanges and some of them are very interested in issuing Crypton tokens on their exchanges. Quarterly payment of the dividend - will be distributed among the Crypton token holders via a buy-back process. 30% of the profits will be distributed among the Crypton token holders via a Crypton tokens buy-back process. In this way, distribution of income drives liquidity of the Crypton tokens. For 30% of the Crypton profits, we will buy-back Crypton tokens from exchanges, and price of rest of the tokens will automatically increase. Receipt 30% of tokens from running ICOs for portfolio projects. 30% of tokens from fund projects ICOs will be allocated proportionally to Crypton token holders without any additional fees. 9 Starting from Q % of the profits will be distributed among the Crypton token holders via a buy-back process. In this way, distribution of income provides liquidity of the fund s tokens. 70% of the profits will be reinvested to multiply the return to the investors. DIVERSIFICATION OF INVESTMENTS 40% of collected funds will be invested in defined portfolio of Crypton projects. 40% of collected funds will be invested in other ICOs / cryptocurrency after fundamental analysis and due diligence. 10 The remaining 20% of the collected capital will be allocated to: 1) the team involved in Crypton fund analysts, traders, designers, project managers, lawyers, accountants, industry specialists, IT / blockchain specialists, 2) building an ecosystem that supports ongoing investments we aim for a comprehensive support of carrying out the projects from the investment portfolio, we wish to make available an entire ecosystem: from IT, to HR, finances, law, trade and marketing, so that the team doesn t waste time building this structure on their own from scratch, as it usually takes a lot of time. These resources will not be made available to the investment projects for free, but they will be offered at attractive market prices. Every management team of a project will be able to decide on their own whether they want to use the available infrastructure or create their own from scratch. Thanks to that, the originator can focus on the business development right away. This model is pretty much never used in other VC funds.
