5 What is TradeTrust? TradeTrust is a short term investment platform that specializes in Ethereum cryptocurrency day trading. TradeTrust offers investors the ability to create trade contracts with different risk levels. According to the different risk level, investors are able to potentially gain higher returns, but can also lose at a higher loss. Contracts are bought using the TradeTrust token, which can be purchased on the exchange using Ethereum. TradeTrust operates a team of experienced day traders based in Europe. All trades are done manually across multiple exchanges that support the Ethereum market. Trade data is being saved daily for future development of the AI Trade Manager (described below). TradeTrust is partnered with an experienced third party vendor for big data management. Machine learning systems are being developed for both the trading team and the future AI Trade Manager. Cryptocurrency has been gaining a lot of momentum in the last year since the influx of new investors in Bitcoin, causing a sharp increase in price. The media has been following the trends associated with cryptocurrency, which has brought a lot of new interest from both startups and investors. A lot of new blockchain technology and tokens are being created for several markets. One blockchain TradeTrust has been following is Ethereum. 9 Roadmap May 2018 will be the official launch of the TradeTrust platform. Investors will be able to purchase the TRT token on the internal exchange in order to create an trade contract. The development team predicts the launch to be around the beginning to middle of May. August 2018 will consist of two important milestones. First, the release of the executive financial summary paper for May-June activity. Financial summaries are elaborated below. Secondly, the first beta run of the AI Trade Manager. The AI Trade Manager will provide new opportunities for the trading team (explained below). December 2018 will include the launch of the new features to the platform (v2). 11 ICO In order to create a strong and steady product to the public, the TradeTrust team is running an ICO to onboard the leading blockchain and AI developers, an experienced marketing team and legal advisors. The AI Trade Manager explained below is the core of TradeTrust and will be the brain behind higher returns on investments. The team believes that generating higher ROI s for investors will also allow an increase in scalability and new opportunities for the emerging cryptocurrency market. The ICO will have 5 stages and will last 15 days. The ICO will take place on the TradeTrust platform. Each stage will consist of 3 days with the respectable price and total token allocation. 15 Trade Contracts Investors create an account on the TradeTrust platform and are requested to deposit Ethereum to their generated wallet. Using the internal exchange, an investor is able to purchase TradeTrust tokens in order to lock in an trade contract. When creating a contract, the investor has the ability to define his investment budget and the level of risk; low, medium or high. Each risk level has its advantages and disadvantages, and TradeTrust recommends investors to read and understand the risks involved before creating an trade contract. Once an trade contract is created, the TradeTrust trading team uses the investment budget and places a trade. Depending on the budget, TradeTrust may group multiple contracts into one trade to maximize potential profits. The TradeTrust team will trade on potential cryptocurrencies that will provide a return in less than 24 hours. Once 24 hours from the contract creation date arrives, TradeTrust will return the profit/loss result to the investor in Ethereum. TradeTrust cuts a percentage of the trade result to cover operation and trading fees. If an investor wants to continue investing, the investor will have the option to purchase TradeTrust tokens at market value and place a new trade contract immediately. According to the level of the investment, TradeTrust will provide investors with trade summaries. Certain information will be excluded in order to not affect the TradeTrust trading teams strategies. Similar to a broker consultation to define risk levels, TradeTrust offers low, medium and high risk levels when creating an trade contract. Each level defines the trading team to the level of aggressiveness when making a trade. Low-risk investments will result in a lower percentage of potential profits, when high-risk can result in higher percentage of profits. 19 Trade Team The TradeTrust team are past stock market traders specializing in arbitrage trading. As early investors in Ethereum, it opened new opportunities for cryptocurrency trading. The TradeTrust trading team consists of two groups of traders with different trading styles. Each trading style fits a different type of risk level, some being more aggressive while others more passive. The team has explored multiple formats and decided on this strategy as it has returned the highest overall profit gains. The team currently sits in Europe, but the TradeTrust management in cooperation with legal and financial advisors are looking at the possibility of expanding to other regions in order to provide 24/7 coverage. Traders are currently covering 18 hours a day, but the team hopes to reach full 24 hour daily coverage by the upcoming months. 19 Trade Team

21 AI Trade Manager The AI Trade Manager is being built to provide the trading team with an additional tool to predict and conduct smart trades. For the past couple months, the TradeTrust team has been storing data from trades in order to allow for future development of a machine learning trade prediction platform. The team has been designing an intelligent asset allocation system that utilized Deep Learning and Modern Portfolio Theory. The mission was to integrate an investment strategy that could adapt to rapid changes in the cryptocurrency market. The initial AI model was responsible for predicting investment returns based on historical data. This was achieved by integrating Long Short-Term Memory Units, which are a advanced incompasy of a Recurrent Neural Network. Using a Memory Cell, this build can store information for multiple timestamps. These properties power the model to learn long and sophisticated temporal patterns in data. Resulting in this, the team is then able to predict the asset s potential returns, as well as the uncertainty of the estimates using a method called Variational Dropout. In order to strengthen predictions, the team uses a range of market data, such as various coins, exchanges, etc. in the model, in addition to the historical returns of relevant assets. This results in tens of values that the team uses in order to make final trade predictions. Lastly, the team uses the predictions of return and risk for all the assets as inputs to a Mean-Variance Optimization algorithm, which uses a quadratic solver to minimize potential risk for a given trade return. This method determines the different allocation of assets which works to ensures the lowest possible level of risk given the values of prediction. Combining these models creates an investment strategy which generates an above average success rate on predicted trades. To simplify, the AI algorithm is used to help predict the success rate of a potential trade using past data. This helps reduce the probability of conducting a trade that might look good to the human eye, but in fact is proven with computed data. Using this AI algorithm, the development team will take forward steps in the development of the actual trade manager. The trade manager will conduct trades in addition to the trading team in order to maximize efficiency and reduce potential risks. The production of the trade manager will start in July 2018 and the team predicts to start testing in early of August Both the AI algorithm and trade manager are built entirely from scratch by the TradeTrust development team.
