3 1.0 OVERVIEW OF RHYPTON ECONOMICS The first of its kind, Rhypton spells for an ICO which represents multibusiness and very unique methodology for sustainable wealth creation for participants. 5 3.0 TOKEN DISTRIBUTION The Rhypton Tokens are generated by the Ethereum Smart Contract ERC20. The Smart Contract is set-up by Rhypton. The number of Rhypton Tokens is capped at 2.7 billion. Up to 68% Rhypton Tokens will be sold to the public/crowd that covers all the investors and participants. 32% Rhypton Tokens are allotted to the entire corporate network and major contributing departments and groups and has a lock-up period of 12 months. 13 9.0 RHYPTON TOKEN FUNCTION The Rhypton token will act as a payment unit on the Rhodium International platform. The need on the token is based on the need to create Purchase Points Units credit funds from purchaser s account for buying products and services, and transactions within the community. This will enable the users to utilize vast base of services like banking, transfer of funds, buy and sell products on E-commerce marketplace and use Rhypton tokens to travel and use various affiliated services. In addition, as mentioned to the previous section, the Rhypton platform will enable owners and organizations providing products and services for ipurz and other affiliated services of the system core to receive Rhypton tokens as a remunerations and rewards for their contribution as vendor or service provider. 12% of the income from all Rhypton transactions will be distributed to the IBO. Using a proprietary token allows writing a smart contract that allows such actions. The use of Cryptocurrency does not directly provides such opportunities. The participants personal information and identity proofs are then computed and compared to a legal database. Rhypton tokens are the only currency used on the platform. Rhypton tokens does not represent company shares or give rights to revenue sharing. From token economics point of view, the Rhypton token is a payment token, therefor there is no guarantee of its future value. LIMITED ISSUANCE OF TOKENS The total number of issued is 2.7 billion Rhypton tokens. The release of new tokens is made possible by smart contract. All unsold tokens will be burned.
