6 REVENUE SHARING PROCESS Coins collected as trading fees will be distributed throughout all wallets containing TOAX Tokens. Revenue distribution will be based on the number of TOAX each investor is holding every Wednesday, 8 AM UTC. Each investor must transfer your TOAX in your TOAEX.com account to receive your revenue share. 7 TECHNICAL INFORMATION All digital assets issued by TOAX will be ERC20 compliant and will include other mainstream standards where possible. This will enable TOAX derived assets to be transacted by as many as Ethereum Wallet programs as possible and be accessible across a wide variety of secondary exchanges. All reasonable efforts will be undertaken to conform to industry standards where possible in smart contract development. This will include independent auditing if necessary to increase security. Contracts used by TOAX in the TOAX issuance and dividend tokens are open source and all code is publicly viewable on the local TOAX Github. The contract development process is modulated where technically possible, with extensive white-box and black-box testing of all individual units before public deployment. Because the security of financial systems is critical to the company, all code additions are independently reviewed by all technical members of the development team. 07

8 TOAX TRADING PLATFORM OVERVIEW BASIC AND ADVANCE TRADING VIEWS Basic Buy and Sell Coins at Market Rate We will make TOAX the preferred cryptocurrency exchange for new traders by introducing the Basic Trading View. This mode will provide the essential tools needed to easily buy and sell coins at current market rates. Advance For the Experienced Trader The Advance Trading View will provide experienced traders with charts and relevant information to support their buy and sell decisions. The Basic and Advance Trading Views will share the same wallet so new traders can seamlessly transition to advance trading whenever they are ready. COIN LISTING AND VOTING Coins that would like to be listed in TOAX will have to fill out and submit an application form then wait for their coin to be added in the Voting List. The community may vote by depositing toacoins to the address assigned to each coin. The coin with the most number of votes at the end of the week will be added in our exchange. Free voting will also be implemented based on bounties, referral, and promotions in TOAX's social media channels. 08
