3 1. Introduction Global investment in financial technology has grown significantly in recent years. Current trends show a shift towards fintech and away from traditional banking. Such trends can be largely attributed to the introduction of blockchain technology and the meteoric rise of cryptocurrency. Bitcoin, a market leader in technology innovation, revolutionized digital currency by eliminating the need for financial institutions and promoting financial inclusion. Naturally, applying blockchain technology to financial services has resulted in the emergence of investment platforms that align with Bitcoin s premise. By offering innovative solutions to improve existing financial services, investment platforms have become widely accepted and unsurprisingly popular. Serious investors quickly recognized early potential and responded by bypassing banks to capitalize on higher interest rates, faster transactions, lower fees, and financial inclusivity. This sudden rise in popularity has opened opportunities for new fintech platforms to enter the cryptocurrency marketplace and overtake existing financial providers. 4 3. Our Services Lovar deliver four overarching investment solutions including Term Deposits, Sell Over Time, internal exchange, and external exchange. Token-holders can choose to invest in long term or short term deposits to earn daily interest at greater rates than offered by banks. Our Long Term Deposits feature the additional option of selecting compound interest to earn even greater rewards. Similarly, Sell Over Time (SOT) is designed to offer investors 25% greater profit than internal exchange. 7 6. Term Deposits Term deposits involve holding cryptocurrency in a digital wallet for a fixed term in order to earn interest. Interest earned is dependent on the term, fixed interest rate, and amount held. Deposits can be short-term or long-term, and deposit-holders may choose to reinvest at maturity. Advantages Depositing is a quick and easy way to earn income. Anyone can deposit. There is no minimum amount required. Deposit-holders are guaranteed to earn daily interest. It is a safe investment. Tokens submitted to SOT are locked for a fixed term and progressively sold until- 7

11 8. How to Deposit and Sell Over Time 1. Sign in or register at Lovar.io 2. Transfer Bitcoin or Ethereum to your Lovar wallet. You can withdraw funds at any time. 3. Purchase Lovar using Bitcoin or Ethereum at ICO or on exchanges. 4. From your dashboard, select Term Deposits or Sell Over Time and enter the amount you wish to invest or sell. 5. Confirm your transfer and start earning income. 9. Lovar Wallet Lovar offer a multi-currency wallet that supports BTC, ETH, and LVA. Support for additional cryptocurrency will be prioritized and decided by holding community opinion polls. Lovar ensure maximum wallet protection by securing user accounts through SSL encryption and two-factor authentication. 10. Internal Exchange An internal exchange will open at Lovar.io in September, The initial token price at opening will be set at a minimum of USD$2.00. Investors can participate in the internal exchange to instantaneously earn a guaranteed maximum profit of USD$1.20 per token (ICO Round 1) and a minimum profit of USD$0.20 per token (ICO Round 8). Each referral bonus will be 5% of the total number of tokens a referred investor purchases. Bonuses earned during ICO will be available when short term deposits open in September, Bonuses earned after the launch of internal exchange will be available immediately. How referral works 1. 13 13. Initial Coin Offering Lovar will launch ICO on June 14, Each round will open at 2:00 UTC after the previous round ends. Investors can purchase up to 3,000 tokens per round during Rounds 1 to 7, and an unlimited number at Round 8. A total of 7,500,000 LVA will be released and ICO will run for up to 70 days, at which point any unsold tokens will be burned.
