4 Token Allocation Token sale We have divided our token sale into an Initial Token Sale, in which we will distribute 50% of our total token supply and a Future Token Sale, scheduled for 2021, when we plan to fully decentralize Hey, Be Well! and distribute another 10%. This rounds up the percentage of tokens owned by the Hey, Be Well! community at a total of 60%. Founders & Team Both the founders and the core team members have invested a lot of their own resources into the successful development of Hey, Be Well!, especially in the initial stage. We have allocated a total of 15% to them, for their effort in conceptualizing, designing and building the project from the ground up. Strategic Partners & Advisors We have already attracted strategic partners and advisors that bring immense value and insight to the project. We plan on consolidating long lasting relationships with our advisors and partners, and for that purpose we have allocated 10% out of our total token supply. Unsold Tokens Unsold tokens: All unsold tokens will be automatically redirected to the Community Pool and used to increase user acquisition and retention through gamification and strategic incentivisation of our Key Players. Community Pool 15% out of the total supply of HEY issued will be allocated to Hey, Be Well! s community pool. The community pool represents a strategic token supply, maintained at optimum levels by commissions charged for transactions within the platform, with the purpose of incentivizing desired behaviour of key players that contribute to the ecosystem in a positive way. page 2
