Despite the vast number of exchanges cropping up, insufficient volume remains an issue for many traders. There is also a lack of corporate governance and industry best-practices to help safeguard the deposits of traders. As such, traders are also at risk due to the unnecessary risk associated with P2P transactions. The costly trading fees in some of these exchanges which can go up to 1%, discourage "market-makers" from providing the much needed liquidity to the exchanges. Companies that intend to list their coins/tokens on SINEGY-Marketplace will be required to pay listing fees using MKTP tokens. Traders which uses MKTP tokens as a base pairing will be entitled to 0.003% taker fee. 8 MKTP TOKENOMICS SINEGY-Marketplace will have a utility token called MKTP. Here is a summary of information on the MKTP token: 1) The MKTP Token is an ERC-223 token created based on the Ethereum blockchain network. 2) It is a utility token in the IEO - Initial Exchange Offering for SINEGY-Marketplace. 3) The total of MKTP tokens created is 70 million. 4) Only 5 million MKTP tokens will be in public circulation. 5) Once all 5 million unsold tokens have been sold, even the SINEGY-Marketplace will have to purchase them from the public at market prices. 6) This means that SINEGY-Marketplace will have no control over the MKTP tokens. 7) SINEGY-Marketplace will lock down and not use the remaining 65 million MKTP tokens unless there is another round of funding, which will only be done when milestones are first achieved and an expansion of SINEGY-Marketplace is needed.

The public is welcome to audit this at any time. 9) The demand for MKTP tokens will be based on these factors: a) The demand of the token increases when the number of listings increase on the exchange. i) This is because SINEGY-Marketplace will list all of the unsold tokens for sale at a predetermined price (Let s call this the listing price). ii) SINEGY-Marketplace will increase the amount of tokens required for a new listing based on the current number of listings.
