3 INTRODUCTION Three different investment options for exchanges are currently dominating the digital currency market: Fiat to Bitcoin trading Trading of Fiat to Bitcoin and additional assets Pure Bitcoin to asset trading While we are convinced of the success of pure crypto exchanges, we see a predominant and unsolved problem in this sector: For interested parties who are not educated enough about the requirements of digital currencies (e.g. Bitcoin) in a differentiated way; there are very limited possibilities to invest in smaller projects e.g. ERC20 tokens. This is due to the still unavoidable measure of first having to acquire Bitcoin on an exchange in order to transfer it in a second step to another exchange - all this just to acquire a desired asset there. Since an overwhelming majority of assets can only be exchanged for Bitcoin, they are directly dependent on the situational Bitcoin price - and that, even though these should not be related at all. In the future, transparency and the connection to the alternative market should remain decisive factors. We are therefore committed to creating an interface in the investment sector that is an attractive trading platform for both conventional investment firms and private investors. 4 In order to make this possible, we are focusing on the establishment of an internationally usable exchange, which enables a direct investment in assets. Investors are currently forced to choose from an almost overwhelming supply of ICOs. For this, they constantly have to check them for professionalism and transparency - but there is no sound and final security. Our platform therefore offers a transparent sector with only selected and verified ICOs that can be acquired with the BACE token among others. 5 PROBLEMS THE COMPLICATED ACCESS TO ASSETS Currently, no exchange offers the opportunity to buy smaller currencies or ICOs without detours using fiat (USD). Now imagine the following scenario: An acquaintance tells you about a blockchain project in which he wants to invest. To do this, he has to go through 6 steps Registering on an exchange The transfer of the capital contribution to an exchange The days of waiting until the transaction is completed The acquisition of Bitcoin / Ethereum. Sending the digital currency to an exchange The acquisition of the desired asset with Bitcoin / Ethereum This 6-step process is not only a significant obstacle for new traders, it is also an unnecessary detour for experienced investors and investment firms. We recognize a major problem in this process. As a measure, we plan to make access to smaller assets and ICOs more direct. BACE will provide a platform for direct trade between all currencies and fiat. Investors can therefore directly access the assets listed by BACE. 6 THE ICO PROBLEM The appearance of dubious ICO providers and intentional scams aggravates the situation of investing every day. Investors are therefore exposed to a large number of risks. BACE s vision is to neutralize these risks. The BACE platform, in combination with the BACE token, allows for investments in listed ICOs, which were selected and thoroughly reviewed by our team in advance. Investors then have the opportunity to analyse those listed ICOs in a differentiated way based on a detailed description on the website. Upon completion of the ICO, it is then possible to trade the asset. THE DEPENDENCE OF ALTCOINS ON BITCOIN The majority of Blockchain projects and alternative digital currencies are in a one-sided dependency relationship with Bitcoin. Especially smaller currencies or starting projects are exposed to the partly enormous effects of Bitcoin performance. This can be attributed to the direct trade between Bitcoin and these currencies. BACE strives to weaken this dependency by providing new assets with the possibility of a fiat market. As soon as a currency on BACE has more volume in the fiat pair than in the Bitcoin pair, the dependence on Bitcoin is minimized. Due to the volatility of Bitcoin, the dependent assets are at a disadvantage. As a result, an expansion of the market is very beneficial. At times, it was interesting for investors to sell their Altcoins before a Bitcoin hard fork to make a profit. For investors whose focus was on the diversification of Altcoins, this meant an inevitable loss. Some assets lost over 60% of its value. 7 CONNECTING THE MARKET TO FIAT A large number of prestigious Altcoin exchanges offer only the exchange and transfer of Bitcoin and Altcoins. Investing fiat directly in assets or withdrawing profits directly from a bank is currently only possible for a small minority of exchanges. However, these are subject to the problem of offering only a small number of assets. BACE links fiat / BTC exchanges and BTC / ALTCOIN exchanges to generate a whole new kind of exchange. This not only ensures a large ALTCOIN market but also fiat deposits. 8 BACE EXCHANGE ENGINE The engine of the BACE Exchange has a processing capacity of more than 1,000,000 orders per second. Overloading due to a very high number of requests can be countered with the flexible and extensible engine in no time. Thus, our platform can assert itself with one of the fastest and safest engines on the market - and therefore convince potential users. In the process, our team focuses on quality assurance and strives to counter possible difficulties that may arrive. This way, investors are spared common issues such as stuck orders or time-consuming processing. 9 ASSETS BACE lists all realizable and carefully reviewed assets. Ensuring the ability to trade them with fiat is at the core.
