The project was founded in 2017 by Trevor Koverko and is being developed as a platform that seeks to facilitate the issuance and trading of securities tokens on the blockchain. In other words, Polymath wants to strengthen the connection between the blockchain technology and financial securities (e.g. stocks, bonds, commodities). The platform enables the creation, issuance and trading of financial instruments on the blockchain in a regulatory-compliant manner. The programmable tokens would be more accessible, liquid and secure when compared to traditional forms of asset ownership and token issuance. According to Trevor Koverko (CEO), Polymath is the first decentralized marketplace for tokenized securities with the singular mission to launch 10,000 asset-backed token ICO's by Polymath's vision is to create a system where token holders replace shareholders in the global economy. Polymath is not doing an ICO. POLY tokens were created to facilitate the migration of financial assets to the blockchain and to be used within Polymath network. The tokens were distributed via private sale and via airdrop (to the people that went through the whitelist process).

2 Technology: Polymath uses a blockchain-based system to coordinate and incentivize participants to collaborate and launch financial products on the blockchain. As stated on their whitepaper, the Polymath platform opens up the blockchain to legally compliant securities offerings with a variety of services designed to lower associated costs. Polymath s system can be modeled as tools for a set of Participants, Assets, Marketplaces and Processes. In other words, Polymath platform makes it easy for businesses to launch a security token form scratch by automating the tech and legal work while providing a secondary marketplace to issue tokens to accredited investors. Polymath Token (POLY) The POLY token is an ERC-20 utility token on the Ethereum network, which will allow finnancial companies to create and issue their own tokenized securities on the Polymath Network. POLY is a utility token for issuers, investors, and developers: - Issuers will pay a POLY fee to create and issue Security Tokens. - Investors will use POLY tokens to pay for fees in order to participate in KYC processes and to interact with the network (i.e. buying, selling and trading Security Tokens). - Developers will receive POLY as incentive to continually evolve the network. Polymath wants to create a decentralized standard for Securities Tokens called ST-20. This standard will enable securities issuers to create tokens that represent shares and other instruments relating to traditional financial assets.

3 Team, Advisors and Partnerships Team: Trevor Koverko - Co-founder and CEO. Koverko was an early investor in Shapeshift, Factom, Maidsafe and EOS. He is also CEO at DAI (Digital Assets International). Chris Housser - Co-founder and COO. He works as a lawyer and technology entrepreneur focusing on blockchain-related projects. Housser has a Bachelor's Degree in History from University of Victoria and a Law Degree from the University of Western Ontario. Sukhveer Sanghera - Lead Engineer. Sanghera is the founder of Everhusk Engineering, a company that architectured and designed products for LedgerX, TD Securities, Deloitte, NASA. Advisors:

4 Patrick Byrne - Founder and CEO at Overstock. Has launched tzero licensed exchange for trading securities tokens exclusively. tzero is being advised by Polymath on its security token sale. This partnership may create an important connection between the Wall street and blockchain. Erik Voorhees - CEO at Shapeshift. Well known figure in the crypto community. David Johnston - CEO at Factom. Has a vast experience with blockchain technologies. Anthony Di Iorio - CEO at Jaxx and Decentral. Anthony was a Co-founder of Ethereum and has already integrated the POLY token into Jaxx wallet. 5 Closing Thoughts: With the regulatory climate around the world heating up, Polymath provides a unique solution for securities. As many of you know, we are starting our own ICO and we understand the difficulties its comes when determining SEC compliance issues. After speaking with multiple lawyers our fear is that many of these ICOs that are based "overseas" but have teams in the United States will be subject to significant SEC regulation. We know significant regulation is coming but we don't know when. That being said a majority of the ICOs that are "utility tokens" are actually supposed to be security tokens. We have taken a small position long-term position in PolyMath and will continue to accumulate as more regulatory and compliance news comes out. *Technical Analysis was not considered as Polymath is so new!
