3 1. Abstract Since cryptocurrency has been gaining worldwide attention, it has garnered recognition from many investors from around the world. One of the biggest issues cryptocurrency investors face is when certain cryptocurrencies lose a large amount of daily volume. After losing this volume the price starts to move in a downward direction. DOJI Network is introducing a functional token called DOJI. The DOJI Token looks to combat this issue by using a network of online services to generate volume within the DOJI Token ecosystem. By generating volume from the various DOJI Network subsidiaries, the DOJI Token is backed by an independent crypto-economy pioneering the future of the cryptocurrency market. Each platform within the DOJI Network (Exchange, Trade, Casino, and Draft) has officially adopted the DOJI Token. The DOJI Token will be universal amongst all DOJI Network subsidiaries, encouraging all DOJI users to be active in all aspects of the DOJI Network. 2. Introduction When too many Sell orders flood a specific cryptocurrency, the price of that cryptocurrency would start to move in a downward direction. When too many

4 Buy orders flood a specific cryptocurrency, the price of that cryptocurrency would start to move in an upward direction. By not having too many Buy and or Sell orders, the price of a specific cryptocurrency such as the DOJI Token could introduce stability and neutralization to the cryptocurrency market. The mission of DOJI Network is to generate currency related volume for the DOJI Token Ecosystem. By doing this, DOJI Token would technically rely on company related currency volume to try and stabilize the DOJI Token price. In order for this method to work there must be a need to either Buy and or Sell the DOJI Token. By allowing DOJI Exchange to instantly match Buyers to Sellers and Sellers to Buyers the DOJI Token price could move at a steady pace in a direction we all would like to see. 3. The Problem More than half of the cryptocurrencies on the market rely on a variety of small independent traders to generate volume for its ecosystem. When traders start to Buy and or Sell, the price can start to fluctuate in an upward or downward direction. As a result of this, most cryptocurrencies are not physically backed nor supported by anything and creates a fault line in the cryptocurrency market. When too many Sell orders flood the market the value of select cryptocurrencies can dramatically fall and oftentimes select currencies simply cannot survive the collapse.

5 According to coinmarketcap and many other tracking capitalization websites, Bitcoin price reached an all time high of around twenty thousand (US) dollars with a daily volume of around fifthteen billion (US) dollars on December 17 th, Since then Bitcoin has lost around thirteen thousand (US) dollars in price and ten billion (US) dollars in daily volume. This is a perfect example of how a cryptocurrency can fluctuate in a downward direction when large amounts of sell orders flood the market. 4. The Solution DOJI Token believes that in order to stabilize the price of any cryptocurrency it must be supported by a volume generated company. DOJI Network along with all other subsidiaries would be a perfect example of multiple volume generated companies supporting a cryptocurrency such as the DOJI Token. Within DOJI Network, DOJI Exchange will be the centerpiece of the entire Network. All fiat and DOJI Token activity through any subsidiary affiliated with DOJI Network will go directly through DOJI Exchange. By doing this we are creating a way for DOJI Network and all other subsidiaries to share its daily company volume with the DOJI Token Ecosystem. Using this method the DOJI Token price could be stabilized in such a way where large amounts of sell orders would not disrupt the traded price.

6 5. DOJI Network DOJI Network is a newly founded parent company holding four different subsidiaries headquartered in the United States of America. These subsidiaries will share its daily currency volume with the DOJI Token Ecosystem. By doing this, DOJI Network has officially adopted the DOJI Token as the main currency accepted across all subsidiaries DOJI Exchange DOJI Exchange is a digital currency exchange where its users will be able to buy and sell multiple cryptocurrencies such as DOJI, Bitcoin, Ethereum, Bitcoin Cash, and Litecoin. The exchange will also expand to support fiat currencies such as the United States Dollar, British Pound Sterling, Euro, Swiss Franc, Canadian Dollar, and the Australian Dollar. DOJI Exchange will be the centerpiece of the entire Network. All DOJI related fiat and DOJI Token activity through any subsidiary affiliated with DOJI Network will go directly through DOJI Exchange. 12 8.1. Crowdsale Token Allocation Crowdsale: 50% The Crowdsale section will be allocated to all Pre-ICO and main ICO participants. Any and all Crowdsale participants are not nor will ever be subject to hold any amount of DOJI Tokens for any amount of time and therefore can sell at the time of their choosing. Reserve: 25% The reserve section would cover any and all unforeseen expenses such as but not limited to, additional legal costs, compliance costs, licensing, etc. The reserve section would also fund any and all future DOJI Network investments and expansions.

18 9.1. DOJI Hardware Wallet DOJI Exchange plans to develop and manufacture a DOJI Hardware Wallet for users to store various cryptocurrencies safely and securely in cold storage. A hardware wallet is an electronic device that is designed to hold your private keys in a secure offline setting. This ability to store Coins and Tokens offline for safekeeping is referred to in the crypto community as HODL (Hold on for dear life). The digital signatures and private keys that users need to transact or transfer with will be stored in the DOJI Hardware Wallet. By using ancillary physical hardware no one can hack an account or wallet because the keys are not online to be stolen. A platform that provides a service such as all DOJI Network subsidiaries will mandate all

23 customers to submit appropriate identification documents and information such as photo ID, bank accounts, debit/credit card, and residential address. The purpose of KYC is mainly to ensure that unqualified people are precluded from using a service that they are not authorized to use. It also provides a database of information that can prove useful in an investigation by law enforcement in the event of some future criminal activity. KYC is an integral part of many online platforms such as gambling and forex trading. AML stands for Anti Money Laundering. AML refers to a variety of regulations that are enacted to prevent the generation of income via illegal and illicit transactions. Risks associated with new technology and cryptocurrency tokens in general are a relatively new and untested technology. Due to this nature, technology-related unforeseen events may occur at any time. Participants comprehend and fully accept all types of related risks involved. Ethereum related risks to tokens will be issued on the Ethereum blockchain thus being dependant on it. The functionality of the DOJI Token or any subsidiary of DOJI Network will be severely affected should the Ethereum protocol malfunction or fail. Risks associated with quantum computers despite the efforts made by the blockchain community to safeguard the security of cryptocurrency technology, the potential development and deployment of quantum computers or any other kind of advanced types of computers in the future may put this security at risk.
