2 INTRODUCTION Börser s concept wasn t created just to take advantage of the crypto boom, but instead it was created as a direct response to many existing problems related to start ups, financial markets and the crypto space itself. While trying to create Mi Wall Street (f0rmer Mi Forex Hub) we ran into the problem of finding funding, therefore we looked into crowdfunding platforms trying to find a solution and found out that those were created for projects located within the jurisdiction where the crowdfunding platform was established, and that s how we thought of the possibility of creating a crowdfunding platform that would embrace projects from all over the world, and we discovered that the licensing process and regulations wouldn t allow us to create such platform. After running into that many problems is when we became aware of blockchain and its multiple benefits. After an exhaustive research of the blockchain arena and cryptocurrencies we have not only found an answer to regulatory challenges related to crowdfunding but also a vehicle that would enable us to raise the capital required to develop Mi Wall Street and enhance both projects while creating a liquid investment vehicle that will not only innovate in the crypto space but that will bring a solution to many existing problems in the fields of financial markets, crowdfunding, money remittance and of course the crypto space.

3 What s CROWDING FUNDS? CROWDING FUNDS is going to become the first crowdfunding platform accepting projects from all over the world using an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) style funding procedure. End User Experience If you have X project looking for X amount of capital you will be able to receive the funding you need by creating a token of your own using Börser s proprietary cryptocurrency, then you will launch an ICO to allow potential investors from all over the world to invest in your ICO using Börser s Cryptocurrency (BOR). Business Model BÖRSER s business model will allow CROWDING FUNDS to profit from every project is funded by investors as it will provide it s services based on a fixed percentage fee. By requiring the use of Börser s Cryptocurrency for every new ICO and every investment made in the platform we guarantee the continuous increasing value of Börser. An index of Crowding Fund s hosted projects post ICO will be created and will allow investors to become a part of said companies while bringing liquidity to the tokens created in the platform, which at the same time will increase the use of Börser s Cryptocurrency (BOR) and will of course contribute to increase its value. 4 What s MI WALL STREET? Mi Wall Street is a Forex broker working under license of its liquidity provider X Open Hub UK. It s difficult to find a reliable forex broker, and it s nearly impossible to find a company that provides all services related to financial markets under one roof, the same way as it is impossible to find a company that provides certain high quality services to small investors, such as managed accounts or efficient trading signals. Mi Wall Street comes as an answer to all of the above problems, it will provide the following services: Managed Accounts for both the small and accredited investor Accurate Trading Signals generated by our in-house expert traders Forex & Stock brokerage accounts as well as Crypto trading accounts If you look at this from the other side of the table trying to set up a licensed brokerage is very difficult and expensive, in order to solve that problem we have decided to turn Mi Wall Street into a Multi Level Marketing (MLM) franchise-style corporation that will come to innovate in this arena and will make traditional brokers obsolete. We will also innovate by becoming the first decentralized MLM company by using Börser s proprietary platform, as well as Börser s cryptocurrency (BOR) as the currency used to pay all of its members. 5 MI WALL STREET s Plan of action During Phase I Mi Wall Street will not only become the biggest Forex, Stock and Crypto Broker in the world and the first company to offer all markets related services to small investor but it will make all of the above available via a MLM like franchising product utilizing Börser s decentralized blockchain platform and proprietary currency while at the same time it will allow its clients and members to keep multicurrency accounts (inclusive of Börser s currency). At this stage Mi Wall Street will pursue the necessary licensing requirements at a recognized jurisdiction that will allow it to engage in the aforementioned activities. An Investment fund using Börser s cryptocurrency will be created to capitalize various projects. At Phase II Mi Wall Street will develop an expert trading system based in artificial intelligence for all of our in-house trading. 6 What s BÖRSER? BÖRSER is a cryptocurrency (not a token) to be developed based on its proprietary platform and backed by Mi Wall Street & Crowding Fund s shares which will create benefits that are typically exclusive of shareholders. Key Features It will be the 1 st cryptocurrency developed using PHP programming language, which is the most used in the world. One of the reasons why Bitcoin and most cryptocurrencies generate controversies in some sectors of the financial world is the fact that they are not backed by any assets of any type. Opposite to this BÖRSER will be one of the 1 st Cryptocurrencies backed by real assets. The company will pursue working agreements with companies with similar goals, such as that will facilitate the use and exchange of BÖRSER s cryptocurrency and fiat money within a lawful environment. BÖRSER will work as a very efficient and cost effective remittance channel that will allow him compete against informal systems like the Hawala in India and formal remittance services like Western Union and Money Gram. It will also come as a solution for countries with restricted currencies like Venezuela. In certain locations our agents will allow its clients to purchase BÖRSER using cash in any given amount. 13 What s a PRE-ICO? A pre-ico is basically a presale of the future tokens or cryptocurrency that will be created and that will be duly listed in a virtual exchange during the Initial Coin Offering (ICO). If we compare Cryptocurrencies capital raising process with a regular company then the Pre-ICO process would represent the 1 st round of financing funded by Venture Capitalists. Whereas the monies raised before the Pre-ICO would be very similar to Angel money; funds injected at an early stage of the company by Angel Investors. One of the advantages of a PRE-ICO compared to regular funding is that depending on how it is structured it can represent a very liquid instrument for the Investors involved. 15 BÖRSER S PRE-ICO We are looking at engaging with different pre-established call centers in India capable of running the PRE-ICO crowd sale on behalf of BÖRSER. To run a successful PRE-ICO we will create a professional business plan capable of complying with the most challenging demands that could come from the most experienced Venture Capital firm, the same way we will develop a White Paper up to the standards of all successful ICO s. Additionally an introductory 90 seconds video that will briefly explain about the project will be created along with a proper professionally made 5 minutes elevator pitch and a minutes full investor pitch, these will represent a few of the innovative tools that will allow us to bring both crypto and sophisticated investors on board. 16 What s an ICO? The Initial Coin Offering (ICO) presale was named that way based on its similarity with an Initial Public Offering (IPO). The idea to presale coins of a cryptocurrency or tokens of a blockchain project has evolved in a successful instrument to raise funds for the development of a new application that uses blockchain technology. Those who invest in ICO s do it with the sole expectancy of buying tokens or cryptocurrencies at a discount price which will allow them to profit once the ICO and coins distribution takes place, most of them are involved in the crypto space and similarly to the IPO investors they trust that the project will be successful and expect its tokens or cryptocurrencies to be adopted by the community so its price can go up the same ways stocks do when a successful IPO takes place.
