The premises should be located in VERNA, VIDYANAGAR, GOGUL, FATORDA, CALANGUTE, CANDOLIM, BAGHA and BICHOLIM BRANCH (TEHSIL GOA, DISTRICT GOA) IN GOA STATE only. 2. Area required for the leased premises is around sq ft. on ground floor in Verna, Goa and around 1400 sq.ft. on ground floor in VIDYANAGAR,GOGUL,FOTARDA,CALANGUTE,CANDOLIM,BAGHA, BICHOLIM BRANCH 3.Interested parties who have clear title of property may submit their offer under 2 covers Super scribed as TECHNICAL BID and PRICR BID respectively separately for each center. 4. Technical bid should contain the details of the specification of the premises. 5. Price Bid shall contain nothing but rental aspect of the premises without any condition. 6. Cost of the bid amount is Rs. 300/- which is not refundable. The amount should be remitted by way of demand draft favouring Vijaya Bank and payable at Pune. Demand Draft should be enclosed in the Technical Bid. 7. Last date for submission of bid: Before 2.30 P.M. of Date: Offer of technical bid and price bid submitted in the same cover will not be entertained. It should be submitted in two covers separately. Registration charges will be borne by the bank/ owners on 50:50 basis. e. During the pendency of lease, bank has got the option to vacate the premises by giving one month s notice. f.
