STPI -Pune invites sealed quotations for hiring 82.5KVA DGSet on Rental basis for 1 Year for our STPI Aurangabad Center. SN 1. Specifications of DG Set basis. Compliance of support terms should be mentioned in the specified space given on Annexure A-I & A-II. Deviation From the Service Specifications attached will not be accepted. Prices should be provided strictly as per Format given at Annexure A-II. Payment will be released on Monthly basis, at end of each Month after submission of Bills. The Prices quoted should be valid for a period of 3 months from the last Date of submission of quotes. The prices should be Quoted in INR inclusive of all Taxes. Your offer in Original, complete in all respect should reach us Latest by 5/09/2010 5/09/2010 at 17:00hours IST. Quotations are invited in Two Parts i.e., Envelope (1) : Technical Bid Containing : Compliance to the Scope of work as per Annexure - I Literature, Leaflets, Catalogues, etc., enclosed to quotation. Clients List with Contact Numbers Envelope (2) : Financial Bid Containing : Quoted Rates on your Letter Head in format given at Annexure A-II. Note : The bidder should sign each page of the Quotation. The Quotes will be sealed in Outer Envelop super scribing the words Quotation for STPI Aurangabad, which will bear the Address of the Authority, the Tender Number (i.e. STPI/P/TECH/AUG AUG/ /81 81), and the words DO NOT OPEN BEFORE the Due Date (i.e. 5/09/2010). The aforesaid Outer Envelope will contain 2 Separate Sealed Envelopes one marked Technical Bid and other Envelope clearly marked Financial Bid Note ote: Technical & Commercial Quotes in a Single Envelope will be rightly rejected. Quotes filled on the attached Performa only on a Company Letter Head, must reached to our office by 5/09/2010 till Hrs under a Sealed Cover. 3 ANNEXURE A TERMS & CONDITIONS GENERAL TERMS: 1. Quotations received after the above due date will not be accepted until any amendments. 2. PRICE: Please furnish your offer wrt to providing the services at STPI Aurangabad basis. The price quoted shall be firm throughout the quote validity period and not subject to escalation of any kind whatsoever. 3. TAXES ES: Please indicate all the applicable Taxes or Charges like VAT, Octrai, Freight and or Other Taxes/Charges (if applicable) must be mentioned in the price schedule. Any type of correction/addition in Price Schedule shall not be permissible. 4. PAYMENT TERMS: Payment will be released on Monthly basis, at end of each Month after Submission of the bills. 5. PREVENTIVE CALLS DURING THE YEAR: Routine Monthly Preventive Maintenance Visits and Fault Call visits as and when needed. 6. VALIDITY OF QUOTES: 90 days. 7. SPECIAL NOTE: Specifications and Terms and Conditions as contained in our tender documents shall be final and binding on all the Tenderers. It may please be noted that one agency cannot represent or quote on behalf of more than one supplier in the particular tender. Such tenders if received will not be considered. 8. The STPI Pune reserves the right to reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason and the decision of the STPI Pune shall be final and binding. 9. STPI Pune, may cancel the order if it is found that the agency is black listed on previous occasions by the any of the departments/institutions/local bodies/ Municipalities/Public Sector Undertakings etc. 10. STPI Pune, may reject the bid in the event that the bid is accepted but the successful bidder fails to furnished the Performance Security or fails to execute the contract agreement. 11. The prices should be quoted in INR with all applicable taxes inclusive. 7 Maintenance Service Schedule : Work Order covers Monthly & Break -Down Servicing along with repairs /replacement of parts. 8 Response Time : 1 Hr from lodging the complaint Resolution Time : 2 Hr and/or will provide standby equipment if problem not resolved with in 4Hrs. Note : In any Case of delaying of Response or Resolution Time Service Provider must Provide Stand by Equipment. And in case of No Stand by Equipment provided by the vendor if problem is not resolved within 4 Hrs then there would be a Financial Penalty of 1% of Monthly Billing Charges will be imposed. 9 The Services to be provided on 24 hours a day & 7 days a week & 365 days in a year basis ( i.e. 24 X 7 X 365 on site support) 10 Escalation chart & emergency toll free number / mobile number shall be provided for logging the fault, in case of emergency during off hours. 11 Changing of Engine Oil time to time has to be carried out by the vender. 12 Validity of Quotes : Quoted Price should be valid for a period 90 Days form the Last Date of submission of quotes 13 Any repair required should have to be intimated well in advance. 14 Any other Documents (i.e. latest IT Return, PAN Number, Service Tax Code, Registration Number), if available.
