1 Quotation for Renewal of TrendMicro Officescan Antivirus Licenses Ref: LICHFL/CO/IT/ /T-004 Closed quotations are invited for Renewal of TrendMicro Officescan Antivirus Licenses. The winning bidders quote shall remain valid for 90 days from the date of submission of the quotation. The quotations of TrendMicro Officescan Antivirus Licenses should be provided as per the format mentioned in Annexure-D. Any tenders which are incomplete or not as per the prescribed format i.e. Annexure-D will be summarily rejected. The envelope to be marked as: Renewal of TrendMicro Officescan Antivirus Licenses Ref: LICHFL/CO/IT/ /T-004 and should also contain the name and address of the Bidder. The quotations should reach us on or before 16 th August 2018 at 2 pm. Quotations received after the date mentioned will be rejected. The bids submitted will be opened on 16 th June 2018 at 3.30 pm. Vendors should submit quotations only after carefully examining the documents/ conditions/ schedule of work. Only price quotations may be submitted as per Annexure D. The initial commercial bid by each vendor will give the item-wise breakup and the total value. The order will be placed with L1 vendor after the Bid opening. Service support is critical in a Core Business environment. In case LIC HFL finds that the service support of the L1 vendor is not available or is not satisfactory at any particular centre / city, LIC HFL may at its discretion place the order with some other vendor whose service support is satisfactory and who matches the L1 rates. LICHFL may at its discretion extend deadline for submission of quotation. 2 Evaluation of Bids: Commercial Bids of those bidders who satisfy & submitted the bidding document as per requirement minimum technical specifications will be opened. The bidder quoting the lowest in response to this tender will be selected. Scope of AMC: The Annual Maintenance Contract will comprise of back to back support from OEM directly via web/telephone/ on support mode opted In case of any issue in the device LICHFL will raise a call with the vendor who in turn will coordinate with OEM and get that resolved within the timeline of SLA. Vendor shall provide web/telephone/ /onsite support pertaining to the severity of the issue. Timely firmware up-gradation. In case of firmware/hardware issue vendor shall reinstall the software and reconfigure the device. Upgrades updates and patches shall be applied as required. Vendor will have to support in case of any addition of new features or existing configuration changes in the device. Vendor will support in making any changes in the configuration / defining or changing the policies in the Firewall. Vendor will have to conduct half yearly preventive maintenance to ensure that the device functioning without defect. Upgrades updates and patches shall be applied as required. The spare replacement shall be of the equivalent and compatible and of the same or higher configuration. Vendor will provide 4 Hours response time from the time call logged within service window. The vendor has to suggest and implement new policies. Configuration should be in line of standard best practices in BFSI environment and as per the IT security policy of LIC HFL Configuration items support coverage review Configuration of good practice and vulnerability review. Terms & Conditions: 1. Period of Contract: The contract will be up to 31-July Either party can terminate the contact by giving three (3) months notice. 2. Payment Terms: 100% Advance after submission of invoice along with Performance Bank Guarantee for an amount of 10% of Annual AMC Contract. 3. Renewal Period: The renewal period will be from 01-Sep-2018 to 31-Juy Penalty Charge: Penalty will be deducted for each quarter. The Penalty for any downtime will be charged as under:

In case Downtime of Equipment in a Quarter is more than 10% the company reserves the right to terminate the contract for non-compliance. 5. Taxes: Taxes (GST) if applicable to be included in the cost. However, the quotation should clearly mention the basic price, Tax Applicable and Total Price per unit. Octroi as applicable will be reimbursed. 6. The Contract shall be interpreted in accordance with the Laws of India. Governing laws / Jurisdiction all matters relating to this activity shall be governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mumbai shall have the jurisdiction to decide or adjudicate on any matter, which may arise. 7. Payment will be released on confirmation of Back to back support with OEM. 8. Force Majeure Condition: a) The Vendor shall be liable for any delay in execution or failure of their respective obligations under this agreement except for delay caused by occurrence of events beyond control of the Vendor, including but not limited to natural calamities, fire, explosions, floods, power shortages, acts of God, hostility, acts of public enemy, wars, riots, strikes, sabotage, order/action or regulations of government, local or other public authorities. b) In case a Force Majeure situation arises, the Vendor shall immediately notify LICHFL in writing which should be duly acknowledged by LICHFL, of such conditions and the cause thereof within two calendar days and prove that such situation is beyond the control and affect the implementation of the agreement. c) Unless otherwise directed by LICHFL in writing, the Vendor shall continue to perform its obligations under the contract as far as it is reasonably practical, and shall seek all reasonable means for performance not prevented by the Force Majeure event. d) Notwithstanding the above, the decision of LIC HFL shall be final and binding on the Vendor. Note: 1. Prices should be quoted in Indian Rupees only with no conditions attached like Rs-$ exchange rate, OEM policy, inflation factor. 2. The Competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any quotations without assigning any reasons. 3. While placing the Purchase Order, LIC HFL further reserves the right to delete or reduce any item or section of the schedule of work without assigning any reason thereof. The decision of the competent authority will be final and binding.

4 4. Any tenders which are incomplete or not as per the prescribed format i.e. Annexure-A will be summarily rejected. 5. The company reserves the right to negotiate with the lowest bidders. 6. While submitting this bid, we certify that: (a) Prices submitted by us have been arrived at without agreement with any other bidder of this tender for the purpose of restricting competition. (b) The prices submitted by us have not been disclosed and will not be disclosed to any other bidder responding to this Tender. (c) We have not induced or attempted to induce any other bidder to submit or not to submit a bid for restricting competition. (d) We agree that the rates/ quotes, terms and conditions furnished in this tender will be applicable to LIC HFL. (e) The rate quoted in the commercial bid for hardware and software are as per the tender and subsequent pre-bid clarifications/ modifications/ revisions furnished by LIC HFL in writing, without any exception. If our offer is accepted, we undertake to complete the delivery of the licenses as per the terms and conditions of the Tender. We agree to abide by this offer as defined in this Tender from the date of submission of the bid, and our offer would remain binding upon us and may be accepted by LIC HFL any time before the expiry of the validity period. Until a formal contract is prepared and executed, this offer, together with LIC HFL s written acceptance thereof and LIC HFL s notification of award would constitute a binding contract between us. We also certify that the information/ data/ particulars furnished in our bids are factually correct. We also accept that in the event of any information / data / particulars proving to be incorrect, LIC will have the right to disqualify us from the bid.
