2 INSTRUCTIONS TO CONTRACTORS. 1. This tender is for the for supply & providing fully automatic organic waste composter having capacity of 25 Kgs/ day 01 (One) number, 50 kgs / day 03 (Three) number and 75 Kgs/ day 03 (Three) number at different locations belongs to State Bank of India in and around Kolkata (both dry and wet solid waste) generated from kitchen and gardens at seven different locations belongs to State Bank of India in and around Kolkata. It is a Two Bid Tender containing Technical and EMD in Cover I and Price Bid in Cover-II. In their own interest of the agencies are advised to use their own specific seals and desist from using currency coins for the purpose of sealing the same. Tenders with incomplete or broken seals are liable to be rejected, the matter solely resting at the discretion of the EMPLOYER. If any agency does not quote for one or more items, the tender will be considered as incomplete and will be rejected. 2. Bank reserve to itself the right to accept or reject any tender without assigning any reason for doing so and does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any other tender. 3. General Specifications are for guidance only. The latest ISI codes and Specifications and mode of measurements if any will be referred to during execution. 4. The term Employer or Client shall mean Assistant General Manager (Premises & Estate), State Bank of India, Local Head Office, Kolkata. 5. Tenders are to be uploaded directly to under procurement news In case the date of tendering is declared as a holiday, the tendering will be conducted on the next working day at the same time. SBI reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever. It is the agencies responsibility to well prepared and get ready with tendering procedures & well equipped with all requirements. SBI will not take any responsibility of delay in submission of EMD etc. Note: For any additional features provided by the vendor,no additional cost will be paid. Special Terms & Conditions: 1) The successful vendors have to supply, install the machines at different locations as advised above. 2) The vendors should invariably submit factory test certificates. 3) The technical Bid should contain the following: i) EMD, Tender cost in the form of DD or BC favoring SBI ii) Signed copy of tender document on all the pages iii) Test certificates if any. 4) The rate shall be firm for the entire supply. 5) The rates quoted shall be inclusive of cost of all material, Labor, taxes (excluding GST), levies/octroi, transportation to site and hand over to concerned officials etc., However, GST will be paid as per Govt. Norms. 6) No additional cost for transportation, Way Bill, Entry Gate Taxes, loading and unloading of Machines at 07 (seven) required sites will be paid by the Bank. Bank will not give any letter / Way Bill for transportation of Machineries from Company to SBI Sites/ Locations. 7) The rates quoted by the vendor shall include all eventualities, such as heavy rain, sudden floods, accidents, fire, riots etc., which may cause damage to the item at any stage till supply & successful installation. Till such period, SBI will be responsible for any damage.

3 TENDER FORM Dear Sir, I / We the undersigned have carefully gone through and clearly understood tender documents comprising of the tender form, Notice to contractors, and Special Conditions, Specifications and Schedule of quantities. I / We do hereby undertake to execute and complete the whole or part of the work (as desired by you) at the respective rates which I / We have quoted for the respective items of the Bill of Quantities and at which rate the items specified amount as per Price Bid. I / We are depositing as Earnest Money a sum as mentioned in the NIT in favor of SBI payable tat Kolkata. I/We further agree to give warranty of 12 months from the date of successful supply, installation. I/We agree not to employ Sub-contractors other than those that may be specifically approved by you. I/We agree that all the rates quoted by me/ us are inclusive of all except GST, nothing extra shall be claimed anytime. I/We agree to pay Income tax, to be deducted at source, at the rate prevailing from time to time on the Gross value of the Bill, and the rates quoted by me/we are inclusive of same. The fees towards AMC will be released in quarterly basis. The gist of the AMC is as under; i. Visit of plant once in 15 days and submission ii. of service report. Free replacement of mixing blades in required and repair of storage tank if any iii. Checking of motor, heater and blower along with control panel and repairing the same if

5 required. iv. Checking of power cables, exhaust and door sensor etc. and all necessary required checks to keep the machine all the time. 1. AMC for the first year 2. AMC for the Second year 3.
