2 EXHIBIT A DONATIONS April 26, Investors, Ltd. 2 AASA Holdings Humble The donor is donating the design and construction of a traffic signal from SH 99 at Imperial Promenade/Townsen Blvd into the Imperial Promenade development in Humble, County, Texas. All design and construction work will be provided by the donor, its consultant, or its contractor. The estimated value of the donation is $500,000. Bryan Brazos The donor is donating the design and construction of a raised median gore at SH 6 on-ramp on SH 6 northbound frontage road between SH 30 (Harvey Road) and FM 60 (University Drive) in College Station, Brazos County, Texas. All design and construction work will be provided by the donor, its consultant or its contractor. 3 3 Badger Mining Corporation Odessa Winkler The donor is donating the design, construction and construction engineering inspections (CEI) of highway improvements to include addition of acceleration and deceleration lanes, improvements to surface drainage and the installation of small roadside warning signs along SH 18 in Winkler County, Texas. All design, construction, and CEI work will be provided by the donor, its consultant or its contractor. The donation includes a sum of $2,000 for the state's direct and indirect costs for reviewing proposed construction plans, specifications and estimates, and performing limited quality assurance inspection/testing and inspection of the work that is on the state right of way. The donor will be responsible for the state's costs, providing needed real estate (if applicable), acceptable design of highway improvements, roadway construction, construction materials, and CEI for both material testing and construction inspection. The estimated value of the donation is $2,000, Brazos Queen, Inc. Waco McLennan The donor is donating the design and construction of a reinforced concrete sidewalk, five feet in width and approximately 25 feet in length, within the IH 35 right of way west of the Brazos River in Waco, McLennan County, Texas. All design and construction work will be provided by the donor, its consultant, or its contractor. The estimated value of the donation is $1, Camillo Properties Ltd. The donor is donating the design and construction of a left turn lane from northbound SH 75 into the North Meadows development in Willis, County, Texas. All design and construction work will be provided by the donor, its consultant, or its contractor. The estimated value of the donation is $90,000. The donor is donating the design and construction of a left turn lane and temporary traffic signal at the driveway of the donor s facility on FM 1593 in Point Comfort, Jackson County, Texas for use during the plant s construction. The donor is also responsible for major maintenance (i.e., damaged components) of the traffic signal while in operation, and removal of the temporary traffic signal within one month after construction is completed. All design and construction will be provided by the donor, its is $750,000. The donor is donating the design and construction of a right turn lane from northbound FM 1876 into the donor's development in Sugarland, Fort Bend County, Texas. All design and construction work will be provided by the donor, its consultant, or its contractor. The estimated value of the donation is $60,000. The donor is donating the design and construction of a left turn lane from southbound FM 865 into the Lake Park development in Pearland, Brazoria County, Texas. All design and construction work will be provided by the donor, its consultant, or its contractor. The improvements include: 1) adding a right turn deceleration lane on Austin Highway (Loop 368), 2) widening of the north leg of New Braunfels Avenue for two northbound lanes, 3) right turn deceleration lane on New Braunfels at McNay Driveway, 4) restriping northbound approach of New Braunfels at Austin Highway (Loop 368), and 5) signal modification and adjust the signal timing at Austin Highway (Loop 368) at N. New Braunfels Avenue. The engineering shall be provided by the donor, its consultant, or its contractor. The state will let and construct the project as part of a current project of Austin Highway (Loop 368). The estimated value of the donation is $150,000. The donor is donating the design and construction of a traffic signal and roadway modification and improvements from northbound and southbound FM 521 at Fenn Road into the donor's development in Alcola, Brazoria County, Texas. All design and construction work will be performed by the donor, its consultant or its contractor. The estimated value of the donation is $380,000. The donor is donating the design and construction of a deceleration lane from eastbound SH 99 into the Woodson's Reserve Development in Spring, County, Texas. All design and construction work will be provided by the donor, its is $50,000. The donor is donating the design and construction of a flashing signal from westbound US 59/ Interstate 69 frontage road into the donor's development in Splendora, County, Texas. All design and construction work will be provided by the donor, its consultant, or its contractor.
