Odessa District Reeves The donor is donating the design, construction and construction engineering and inspections (CEI) of highway improvements (addition of acceleration lanes, deceleration lanes, improvements to surface drainage and installation of small roadside warning signs) on FM 2903 located approximately 3 miles northeast of the intersection of FM 2903 and IH 10 in Reeves County, Texas. All design, construction, and CEI work will be provided by the donor, its consultant or its contractor. The donation includes a sum of $5,000 for the State's direct and indirect costs for reviewing proposed construction plans, specifications and estimates, and performing limited quality assurance inspection/testing and inspection of the work that is on the state right of way. The Donor will be responsible for the State's costs, providing needed real estate (if applicable), acceptable design of highway improvements, roadway construction, construction materials, and CEI for both material testing and construction inspection. Bryan District Brazos The donor is donating the design and construction on FM 2154 (Wellborn Road) to include a median cut, turning lane improvements and signalizing the intersection in College Station, Brazos County, Texas. The turning lane improvements on FM 2154 are as follows: 1) Remove section of existing median; 2) Construct northbound U-turn lane; 3) Construct southbound left turn lane; 4) Install traffic signals and pedestrian elements. All design and construction work will be provided by the donor, its consultant, or its contractor. The estimated value of the donation is $720,000, which includes payments for all State direct and indirect costs associated with the review, oversight, and inspection of the work that is on the state right of way. [The donation replaces one previously acknowledged in July 2017 due to a correction in the estimated value from $734,000 to $720,000.] Abilene District Scurry The donor is donating a fixed amount of $4,207 towards the State s cost to repair roadway damage and maintain roads in a passable condition on FM 1269 and FM 612 in Fluvanna, Scurry County, Texas during and after the donor s construction of the wind farm. Austin District Hays The donor is donating the design and construction of a left turn lane and deceleration lane on RM 1826 east of Hays CR 162 for a proposed residential development located in Dripping Springs, Hays County, Texas. All design and construction work will be provided by the donor, its consultant, or its contractor. Traffic Operations Houston District Brazoria Harris The donor is donating a fixed amount of funds towards the State s cost to design, fabricate, and install two memorial highway designation signs on the portion of FM 1462, between SH 288 and SH 35, designated as the Lieutenant Colonel Roy Lin Tisdale Memorial Highway within Brazoria County, Texas. The design, fabrication, and installation of the signs will be performed by the State. The estimated value of the donation is $3,657. The donor is donating the design and construction of a right turn lane from westbound FM 2920 into the Lidl Grocery Store development in Spring, Harris County, Texas. All design and construction work will be provided by the donor, its consultant, or its contractor.
