2 QUALIFYING CRITERIA: 1) The bidder should be prequalified agencies by MEDA.( Maharashtra EnergyDevelopment Agency ) 2) The agency should have executed & successfully completed similar type of workmore than 50 KW systems during last five financial years. 3) The bidder should have average annual turnover of Rs.1.5 Crores during last 3financial years. 4) The agency should have Bank Solvency of minimum Rs. 30 Lacs. 5) For pre-qualification, on-line submission shall be accompanied by attestedcopies of valid documents listed below. (i) The bidder should be prequalified agencies by MEDA.( MaharashtraEnergy Development Agency) ii)work completion certificate for similar type of work more than 50 KWsolar systems during last five financial years. (iii) Annual turnover certificate for last three financial years certified bychartered Accountant in the format given below. vi) Bank solvency certificate as per the details at Sr. No.4 above.vii) Sales tax certificate (MVAT). viii) Income Tax Permanent Account No./Pan Card ix) Service Tax Registration Certificate. x) EPF Registration Certificate. The applicant should also produce original documents for verification if called for. Failure to attach the necessary attested documents as listed above with the applicationwill render applicant ineligible for purchase/ download of blank tender without anyintimation. NOTES: 1) Tender documents shall neither be sent nor received by post/courier. 2) Right to issue tender documents is reserved with CIDCO. CIDCO reserves fullright to reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason and the same shallbe at the entire discretion of CIDCO. CIDCO s decision in this respect shall befinal and binding. 3) Conditional tenders shall be summarily rejected. 4) The offer shall remain valid for a period of one hundred twenty (120) days fromthe date of submission of tender. 5) The agencies eligible on the basis of CIDCO s registration & having fixed EMDwith CIDCO will have to enclose the valid EMD exemption certificate ofappropriate amount issued by CIDCO. Further agency will have to payadditional amount of EMD (against the difference) separately to CIDCO.
