OF NOTE SORTING MACHINES PURSUANT TO THE PRE-BID MEETING HELD ON The following are the details. The last date for submission of the tender is upto15.00 hours. Time period for installation and commissioning (including start-up period) shall be within 6 weeks from the date of orders and the same shall also be firm and binding. The successful tenderer shall coordinate the activities relating to provision of infrastructural facilities within the scope of the Bank. Such facilities shall be specifically listed out by the tenderer at the time of submission of the tender. In any case, supply, installation, commissioning of all machines has to be completed by the dates stipulated in the purchase order. AMC Bank Guarantee valid for the entire AMC Security Deposit Bank Guarantee need not be submitted, as the EMD Bank Guarantee will be released only after the completion of supplying all the machines ordered, by the respective companies.
