1 IDBI Bank Limited Corrigendum to the RFP for Procurement of EWS Solution for IDBI Bank Ltd IDBI/CMG/RFP/ /03 dated: 15-October-2018 The following modifications have been proposed in the RFP IDBI/CMG/RFP/ /03 dated: 15-October-2018 for Procurement of EWS Solution for IDBI Bank Ltd 1) Page 17 : Clause 10.3 stands modified as under - The payment shall be made according to the final commercial bid submitted by the selected bidder for the bank, the broad payment terms as per milestones / deliverables / quality expectation are as follows: (I). Payment for the Supply of required Software, Design, Installation, Implementation, configuration, integration and Commission of the EWS Solution shall be made as per Scope of Work. 1. On delivery of product, execution of Agreements and 20% of total cost of (I) submission of all documents including Performance Bank 2. On completion of customization as per requirement of 20% Bank & successful completion of UAT 3. Implementation of Solution as per the scope of RFP 20% 4. Completion of training & handing over of all documents 20% 5. After completion of warranty 20% (II). Payment for Hardware 1. On delivery, successful installation execution of Agreements and submission of all documents including Performance Bank Guarantee 60% of total cost of (II). 2. On Go-Live 30% 3. On completion of one year from Go-Live 10% (III). Payment for Cost related to External Data Services Payment in respect of Credit Information Company (CIC) Half yearly in arrears Payment in respect of Data Aggregator Quarterly in arrears (IV). Other payment terms Database same as Hardware terms indicated above at (II) AMC and ATS payments yearly basis in advance Manpower cost for DBA and PSE quarterly in arrears Development/ Customization In arrears on completion of the Development / customisation requirements and on Go-Live of the customisation to the satisfaction of IDBI Bank. Proposed solution & related hardware & software should be maintained with back to back 24*7*365 support from the respective OEMs by the bidder till the end of the contract.

2 Also, onsite support should be provided from10:00 AM to 7:00 PM on all Bank working days from the date of go live. Onsite support shall be available on call for attending to emergency situations like application crash, application down, etc,. including bank holidays/non-working hours. All the payments will be made to the Successful Bidder subject to the performance/ delivery of the Services to the satisfaction of IDBI Bank for this purpose. 2) Page 32 Clause FINAL EVALUATION stands modified as under - i. The evaluation of the response to this RFP will be done on a Techno-commercial Evaluation Method. ii. All bidders scoring minimum of 80 marks based on the detailed evaluation in Technical Proposal Evaluation would Technically Qualify for the Commercial evaluation. The Technically Qualified bidder with the lowest Commercial Quote (L1) will be declared as the Successful Bidder. The commercial Bid needs to contain the information listed hereunder in a sealed envelope bearing the identification Commercial Bid for Early Warning Signal Solution. 3 7 ATS Cost for EWS software for 3 years after warranty 8 ATS Cost for DR site (Database & other tools) for 3 years after warranty 9 ATS Cost for DC (Database & other tools) for 3 years after warranty (1 to 9) (A) 10 Cost related to External Data Services for 4 years (i) Cost pertaining to CIC (The costing to be provided on the basis of data scrubbing frequency on monthly basis in respect of Corporate and Retail borrowers.) (ii) Cost pertaining to Data Aggregator (The data aggregator pricing is fixed and there should not be any variable / hit based / service requests cost during the contract. The data to be provided on real time, monthly basis. However, in the event the data sourcing is on a particular frequency, the refreshed data to be provide immediately on occurrence of such frequency) [(i)+(ii)] (B) Commercial Quote [(A)+(B)] $ AMC percentage per year should be within 8% of the respective hardware cost. # The rate arrived to be used for future development / customization if required by the Year 1 starts from the date of Go-live. The services to be provided by CIC and Data Aggregator considering about 4000 Corporate accounts (Non Individuals and LLPs excluding proprietorship and partnership firms) and around 22 lakh retail Accounts (Home loan, Loan against property, Auto loan, Personal loan, Education loan, Agri, MSME, proprietorship and partnership firms). Estimated growth at 20% CAGR for the contract. Note: The Bank reserves the right to accept / reject any works mentioned in the above table. The quoted prices and taxes, duties & statutory levies such as Service Tax, VAT/GST / Sales Tax, Octroi, MC cess etc. should be specified separately. If any taxes to be paid by the Bank, same should be mentioned explicitly. Bidder should take into account Municipal Corporation cess for while submitting their Bids, in case Bank is liable to pay NMMC cess, the cess amount will be deducted by the Bank while making

4 payments to the Vendors. The Commercial bid should be submitted strictly in the format above. Any modifications / addition / deletion / non submission in the above format of, what so ever nature, would make the vendor liable for disqualification and any decision of IDBI Bank in this respect would be binding on the bidder. Prices quoted should be exclusive of all applicable taxes. Applicable taxes would be deducted at source, if any, as per prevailing rates. Post warranty on site resource support will be availed by the Bank at its discretion. After the Contract Period, ATS would be availed by the bank with the successful bidder on the mutually agreed terms. METHODOLOGY FOR ARRIVING AT SUCCESSFUL QUOTE : S.
