2 2 part-2 Terms & Conditions for Purchase of Various crop seed for krushi Mahotsav GSSC is interested to purchase Certified / Labelled seeds as under which should be produced during as per the following Terms & Conditions. (2) Without Security Deposit, Security Document Fee and required offer quantity, the tender will be rejected. (3) The Maize & Jowar fodder seed should packed 7.00 kg. packing in 54 X 35 c.m. size, 130 GSM Non woven, Non laminated p.p.bags and outer packing bag size ( 44 X 27 inch ) in two colour as per designed approved by GSSC, Of party's own cost. The minikits packing should be packed in outer packing bag ( 7.0 k.g. X 7 Bag = 49.0 k.g ). Party has to supply the Deshi Cotton, Hy.Maize, Hy.Bajra and Hy.Paddy seeds in Cloth bags / pouch party packing and packing should be printed as per the provision of seed act 1966 and seed rule (4) Gunny bags for secondary packing and other packing materials / labour charges, loading charges & other charges will have to be borne by the supplier. (5) The rate should be offered Rs. per quintal Ex GSSC Godown Gandhinagar and various District / Taluka place of Gujarat. Tender document fee Rs.5000/- And Tender Deposit should be sent along with D.D. in favour of Gujarat State Seeds Corporation Ltd of any Bank and payable at Gandhinagar (Gujarat)

(7) If the supplier fails to supply agreed quantity or short supply in that case proportionate Security Deposit will be forfeited. (8) In the case of delay in total or part in delivery specified schedule or cut of date given in the supply order, Corporation will be impose 5 % value of delay supply quantity as a penalty for first ten (10) days. After the Ten (10) days GSSC not received the quantity. (9) The Security deposit of the successful bidder will be refunded end of Septemer after complete supply and satisfactory result of the growing on the field of farmers to whom the seed was supplied / sold by GSSC. G.S.S.C. shall not pay any kind of interest on this tender deposit. (10) GSSC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders without giving any reason. (11) For GSSC information The Tenderer must have attached copy of seed license number & Income Tax No (PAN NO.) and give the details of seed sale turnover of the years And with technical bid. (12) The settlement of the dispute in respect of this agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the court at Gandhinagar only. (13) If any dispute will arise about this transaction the decision of Managing Director will be final and supplier has to accept it. (14) If any doubt about the quantity arise GSSC have reserve to right for G.O.T.Test (15) All packing & processing materials expenses borne by supplier (Second party). (16) GSSC will release the 90 % payment of packed after 10 days of the Received of quantity, STL Result, An Agreement & Bill. Remaining 10 % payment release after pre-audit. Payment will be made through RTGS No. only. (17) The guarantee of physical genetic purity and Germination would be given by the supplier party. In case of any complain the party will be responsible for losses to the farmers. (18) The Party have to give one (1) Lot wise samples of labelled seed of each Crop / variety at free of cost to GSSC

4 4 part-2 (19) There will be possibility of changing in quantity mentioned in Tender Form. (20) The rates are for fresh Labelled seed and are inclusive of all taxes whatever being levied by the central or state government including octroi, marketcess etc. (21) Tenderer can not be any change in offered variety / stage of each crop mentioned in tender form. But GSSC reserve the right to change as per requirement in packing size. (22) TWO BID TWO COVER SYSTEM THROUGH E TENDERING: Invite tenders in two sealed covers separately named (1) Tender Deposit / Tender document fee Cover with Performa No.4 and (2) TECHNICAL BID Cover with performa No.1,2,3. FINANCIAL BID should be submitted only through e- tendering. [a] Security Deposit / Tender document Fees Cover: The Security Deposit / Tender document Fees Cover should contain the amount of Tender Deposit / Tender Fees (Non refundable) in the form of Demand Draft in favour of Gujarat State Seeds Corporation Limited payable at Gandhinagar only. The physical copies of tender document fees, tender deposit should be STRICTLY submitted to GSSCL on dt up to Hrs. Physical Technical Bid and Security Deposit / Tender Fees Cover received after the due date and time will not be accepted and the offer will be categorically ignored without any communication [b] Technical Bid Cover Technical bid cover should contained copy of Tender form along with Performa 1, Performa 2, Performa 3 & Performa 4 along with attested copies of required document. The physical copies of Technical Bid should be STRICTLY submitted to GSSCL between on dt up to Hrs. Tenderer should attached scanned copy of all the documents of technical bid during e-tendering and also submit the physical document duly certified in Technical Bid Cover mentioned above. [c] Financial Bid: Financial Bid should contain only rates/prices of item including all taxes and offered quantity. It may be noted that Financial Bid will be submitted only through online e-tendering on website during to up to Hrs. It may be noted that physical copies of Financial Bid is not required to be submitted. The financial bid to be submitted only online. In case any Tenderer will submit physical the Financial Bid then it will not be considered and opened. (d) Physical Technical Bid & online technical bid & Financial bid will be opened on at Noon in the presence of the authorized representative of bidders who can remain present at GSSCL office at Gandhinagar. More ever I / We will also responsible for payment of any claim / compensation raised by any farmer in this regard.
