Secundrabad invites sealed tenders for disposal of different variety of seeds as "Non seed" - Qty approximately qtl, on as is where is basis at 4 locations in A.P. state as per enclosed annexure 'A'. The tender document cost is Rs.200/- ( non refundable) and may be purchased from NSC offices at Warangal ( ), Guntur ( ), Kurnool ( ), Nandyal. ( ), and VPC (S) ( ) up to 3 PM dated EMD for ' Non Seed' is Rs lakhs /-( Rs. One Lakhs only) and may be deposited only through DD favoring "NATIONAL SEEDS CORPORATION LTD" payable at Hyderabad / Secundrabad. RTGS OF EMD IS NOT ALLOWED UNDER ANY CIRCUMTANCES. The tender terms and condition is enclosed vide annexure 'B'. The sealed Tender Bid offer may be submitted after inspection of stock, along with requisite EMD in the office of undersigned on or before 3.00 PM dated and tender will be opened same day at 3.30 PM. 3 ANNEXURE ' B' NATIONAL SEEDS CORPORATION LTD: No: Admn / 7 (01) / NSC- SEC / / Dated: TERMS & CONDITIONS OF TENDER FOR DISPOSAL OF DIFFERENT VARIETY OF SEED AS NON SEED 1. Seed Material packed in more than 10 kg size bags will be delivered on as is where basis directly in NSC Container is after defacing of printed details on bags and removal of Tags & labels by party at his own cost. 2. Seed Material packed in up to 10 kg size bags will be delivered on as is where basis after removal of Tags, labels and bags by party at his own cost in his own bag. 3. The EMD of the 1 st, 2 nd and 3 rd highest parties will be retained till the completion of the deal. 4. The EMD of the successful tenderer will be retained till completion of the transaction. without any interest. 5. In case the successful tenderes fail to lift the stocks before the time as stipulated, the Corporation reserves the right to forfeit the EMD. 6. The stocks of paddy seeds are fit for human and animal consumption. Other seeds are treated with chemicals and not fit for human and animal consumption. 7. The stocks can be inspected between hrs and hrs on all working days at the stock point. 8. Quantities mentioned in the tender notice are approximate. 9. The successful tenderers will have to deposit security i.e 10% cost of the stock within 3 days of acceptance of the tender and this deposit will be adjusted in the last consignment. The stock shall be lifted completely from the stocking points within 15 days. 10. In the event of non lifting of complete or partial stock in time by L-1 party, the stock will be offered to L-2 or L-3 Party without any notice since the space is urgently required in NSC godown to store Rraw seed or Packed seed. 11. In case of non-lifting or partial lifting of the stocks, NSC apart from enforcing the other conditions will offer the stocks to any other party at the cost and risk of the successful tenderer who had defaulted. Any loss on this account will be recovered from the successful tenderer. 12. The tenderers must check thoroughly the quality of the stocks before submission of the tender. 13. AP Govt VAT shall be extra and to be borne by the tenderer, beside it any other tax if applicable shall also be born by tenderer.

4 14. The Tenderer shall have to execute an agreement in the prescribed format on non-judicial Rs. 100/- stamp paper stating that ; a. The stocks will not be used for seed purpose. b. The stocks if treated with chemicals will not be used for human and animal consumption. 15. In the event of any differences or dispute arising out of or in connection with agreement the same will be referred to the sole arbitrator to be nominated by the Chairman and Managing Director of NSC on application being made available to him by either of the parties and agree that there shall be no objection to such person being in any manner connected with NSC or the Government of India undertaking. The arbitrator so appointed shall have the power to determine his own procedure and should make an award which shall be final and binding on the parties. 16. Further terms and conditions if any can be informed at the time of opening the tenders. 17. The Regional Manager Reserves right to increase or decrease the qty at the time of delivery, accept or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason what so ever.
