Date: Time:- 11:00 am Place:- High Court, Lucknow Bench, Lucknow It is informed to general public that auction of above mentioned old scrap Computer Hardware and old used empty Printer Cartridges shall take place on at 11:00 am at the premises of High Court, Lucknow Bench, Lucknow. Willing bidders can inspect the above mentioned items at High Court, Lucknow Bench, Lucknow from to between 11:00 am to 03:00 pm. Bidders should be State Pollution Control Board / Pollution Control Committee approved e-waste Recycler / Collector / Dismantler or Manufacturer / Producer of the concerned items and must produce the certificate before participating in the auction. Date of Auction: Time : 11:00 am Place: High Court, Lucknow Bench, Lucknow Terms & Conditions for public auction:- 1. Auction Committee shall have right to reject any bid without assigning any reason. 2. The Committee reserves the rights of withdrawing from the auction any article proposed for auction without assigning any reason. 3. Bidders must submit the copy of registration certificate from State Pollution Control Board / Pollution Control Committee as an approved e-waste Recycler / Collector / Dismantler or the Certificate that they are producer of the items concerned. 4. Bidders participating in auction should read the conditions for Public auction and shall bid, if only he agrees to these conditions. He will have to deposit Rs.2,000/- (Rs. Two Thousand only) in cash as earnest money which will be returned after completion of auction to unsuccessful bidders as per rules. 5. Scrap articles, proposed to be auctioned, can be inspected by the proposed bidders from to , between 11:00 am to 03:00 pm, in the premises of High Court, Lucknow Bench, Lucknow, after informing the Court Officer and also obtaining gate pass for entry in the High Court. 6. Acceptance of the terms and conditions will be obtained in writing from all the bidders, before they are allowed to bid at the auction. 7. Bidders are cautioned not to form a ring from preventing realization of fair price of articles and if it is found that they have formed a ring then they may be debarred from participating in the auction and the Committee will have right to stop the auction. 8. The bidder, whose last bid is accepted, will have to deposit 50% amount (in cash) of the bid forthwith on the spot. No cheque, Bank Drafts or Hundi will be accepted. If he fails to do so his bid will be presumed to be canceled and his earnest money shall be forfeited. 9. In default of the payment of 50% amount of the bid by the highest bidder forthwith, his bid shall be canceled and the auctioned articles will be offered to the next highest bidder provided his bid plus amount realized from the highest bidder as earnest money does not fall short of the bid offered by the highest bidder. If this condition is not satisfied then the articles will be re-auctioned as and when the Competent Authority thinks best without any notice to the bidder. 10. The acceptance of any bid of auctioned articles will be subject to confirmation by the Competent Authority. 11. After the acceptance of last bid by the competent authority the bidder of highest bid shall have to deposit the remaining amount through demand draft in favour of " Senior Registrar, High Court, Lucknow Bench,

3 Lucknow" payable at Lucknow, within one week after approval by the competent authority. 12. The scrap articles shall be auctioned in the condition of 'as and where it lie'. 13. The auctioned articles shall be handed over to the highest bidder only after making full and final payment by him and the permission for removal is given by the Competent Authority. He will remove the material in the presence of an Officer of the Court. 14. The bidder whose last bid is accepted and approved by the competent authority, shall be responsible for removal of the material within 07 days from the Court premises at his own cost. 15. In case of any dispute regarding condition for auction, the decision of the Auction Committee shall be final and binding on the parties. 16. For any legal action in respect of auction, the territorial jurisdiction shall lie in District, Lucknow. 17. Minimum price of auctioned items shall be informed at the time of auction. 18. All applicable taxes, if any, at admissible rates, have to be paid by the successful Bidder.
